The food is amazing, the chef is super talented and nice. the pool is great,as well as the sauna. The location is quite central.
The rooms are super clean and big.
Exceeded all my expectations, thank you!
Just a tiny idea for improvement, at friday there was an Arabic dinner, and while it was really fantastic for adults,it lacked options for kids.

Its very clean , tidy , & grand .. very clean room & bathroom .. Im thinking to go back again because of this hotel
If I have to find one thing .. in the breakfast lounge ( gardenia ) they dont let you do things by yourself they surround you if you want anything ..
I suggest one thing to them ( as every time I tried to bring anything from breakfast I came with my table cleared already ) so my suggestion was to put a flag or sticker with indication (Green & Red) if someone finish or he bringing some more ( as I like to bring one item at the time )
pls let me know it you will do that suggestion !!

Hotel facilities super. Underground nearby 200 m.
At sunrise there is a stinging sensation on the front of the faade due to the sun and sleep is disturbed.
Taxes should be deducted directly at the time of booking and not when the guest arrives at the hotel. To me, this is anarchism. The total price was already charged at the time of booking.

The Hotel is spotlessly clean, modern, very well furnished and equipped and everything worked. Well situated 5 minutes walk from Mashrek Metro station.
Breakfasts were superb.
The staff were amazing throughout our 8 day stay, everyone from housekeeping to restaurant & kitchen staff were a delight to talk to. Such a happy positive team. We had a fabulous stay here and are happy to recommend it.
It could have been a 10, however the hotel does not have a liquor license, but, plenty of other places around do and this would not stop us from returning.
