The location was great, as well, as the size of the apartment. The sofa was comfortable and the TV had Netflix, so that was a bonus.
There wasn't enough toilet paper for 4 people and also not enough dishwasher tablets. The smaller bedroom's bed was too soft and doesn't support your body. It would have been nice to have a broom to make it easier to clean the apartment. Lastly, when we arrived at the apartment it smelt like somebody had smoked before and then covered it up with deodorant.

ATTENTTION/ ATTENTION
So here are some things that better be not left unsaid:
The check in was just teribble, we've been at the appartment at 4pm but the code was not working at all so we've been in front of our flat like more than one hour waiting until they do their job
So far soo good but soo many things are not working in this flat!!
On a rainy day we just wanted to watch netflix and chill and enjoy our apartment but we have not even got the sheets where we get the login for netflix, so were just bored there for hours
At the first evening we realised that in one bedroom the light was not working at all so we payed for a 2 bedroom apartment but had to sleep in one!
Other lights are as well not working in this flat!
We got just one toilet paper roll for 3 days??
This must be a joke, so we had to buy some more
And as well it was hilarious hot the whole time in the flat
All radiators have been at 6 and as well u could not switch the temperature in the room witch was 28 dagrees all the time in midsummer
The water at the shower was most of the time just cold or lukewarm
Just to make it clear we've been sooo exieted to come to this awesome city and also we've been super exieted about our Apartment, wich is really not cheap
100€ per night is a lot i i would say nothing at all if everything would have worked out well like it should actially for this price!!!

Things did get solved after contacting the host, like a shower hose that was leaking and a lamp that wasn't working.
also close to the metro and city centre (but that was one of the main reasons we choose it).
the floor and some other things are just a little worn out by time and usage. As it was warm those days, you couldn't keep the appartment very cool for the night as there was no airco and it was a roof appartement.
Also there was no sign of an information leaflet for restaurants nearby or other interesting things/phone numbers.

Great central location. Building is very quiet.
Quick response from hosts to questions during the stay.
No curtains/shades in one of the bedrooms so no way to block out the light.
The wifi connection is not stable.
The toilet was quite stinky, lots of air freshener needed to cover the smell.

the shower was poor - limited flow especially when someone else was using water - eg sink in kitchen. Boiler taps leak. the heating was hard to control - when we arrived it was 25 degrees and we tried to turn down on thermostat but had limited effect.

Like the fact that I could let myself in at the arrival without having to wait for anyone.
Nice big TV in the Living Room with Netflix already setup. Kitchen has got all the basic stuff you might need.
There is a nice terrace and the fact you can set the heating as you like is great.
Location is perfect, underground and public transportation is just around the corner.
Private parking for 9 euro per day is also available 20m from the flat.
Some shades for the roof windows in the second bedroom would be nice. Otherwise the sun wakes you up around 7am, and it will be even earlier in the summer.

The photos looks different from what it is the property in itself . Big space and good location , those were the only 2 positive things .
The whole property was extremely dirty/ dust everywhere . We found spiders in all rooms We spent one whole morning cleaning the apartment . The main bedroom has no blinds and 2 big windows on the ceiling It was impossible to sleep Both bathrooms were smelly all the time . The whole property was not well equipped , no wardrobes . Pillows and covers were worn out .TV set was not working . Host didn’t arrange any welcome kit such as a small bottle of water . Im an active traveler I’m used to book apartments I have never been in such a bad property as this one . Photos are misleading . The price is too expensive in relation to the service provided.

We were given a code a few days before arrival that opens the door of the flat and were told that the code expires the day of checkout which isn’t true. On the day of checkout around 9am, the group who were booked to stay turned up and used the same code to let themselves into the flat. We felt very unsafe knowing that anyone with a code can walk in at any time and the fact that the code doesn’t get changed.
Checkout time was 11am and at exactly 11am the property owner turned up. We were just putting out coats on to leave but again it was another person that entered with the code without knocking.

The location is great, the main tourist attractions are close enough to reach by walking and there are also good supermarkets nearby.
The trasport connection is also very good, bus and tram stops and metro stations are in a walking distance.
The apartment is spacious and in good condition, the beds are comfortable and there is a big terrasse.
The apartment is easily accessible, it is possible not to take any keys with you when you go outside.
The windows in one bedroom do not have curtains, so the sunlight bothers you in the morning.
There are no extra pillows, blankets, or towels.
The toilet room stinks, probably due to the old pipes, and there is no air freshener.
The shower is not comfortable enough for tall people, the shower glass does not fix.
Besides 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people for 10 days, liquid soap in the bathroom, one garbage bag and dishwashing liquid in the kitchen, there were no other toiletries, sugar, salt, coffee, tea, or cooking oil left, so you have to buy everything on your own. We travel a lot and stay in apartments often and this is the first time there is nothing left, even a bit of coffee/tea for the first time, which was unpleasant, especially because we arrived late on Saturday evening and all stores are closed on Sundays.

The location was excellent, just a 15-minute walk from Stephanplatz and 2 minutes from the metro. The apartment was pleasant, peaceful, modern, and well-lit, equipped with all the necessities. It also boasted a fantastic terrace. Additionally, the large TV with numerous streaming services was a delightful way to unwind after a full day of sightseeing.
If I were to write one thing I did not like, it would be that the elevator was out of service, and the apartment is on the fifth floor. So, indeed, climbing up several times a day with small children was often quite difficult.

Superb location. Very easy contactless check in, lovely apartment with outside terrace. Good sized living area with sofa, table and chairs, excellent facilities in kitchen. Two bedrooms made up as requested. Lift to apartment (which is top floor).
One room had no covering on the velux window whatsoever. Luckily I had an eyemask or would have been impossible to sleep past the early hours. Other room had curtains, but was quite small. TV is on a flat wall, and you can tilt it out, but it doesn't face the sofa which was a litttle annoying.
Had some trouble with check in as it involved a phone call to access the first door, and with an overseas phone I was unable to connect. Luckily my friend's phone worked.

The assistance to get inside the apartment and availability for our invoicing requests were superb. The apartment is very central, its best side is the location. If you need a place that is central and more home-likely, that could be a good option. The heating inside the apartment was also very good, including the hot water for shower.
The WC was our major problem, it smelled very bad, and we could tolerate it only because we spent most of the day outside. It needs some maintenance or other solutions, I would really love to go back to this place but would not because of this.
The facilities could be a bit more generous; the towels and the blankets were so small and not very comfortable. It would help to have some basics in the bathroom and kitchen for very simple use, such as sugar, coffee, tea, a proper handwash liquid, and more toilet papers. Those details can define the overall experience of the place.

Central location, full kitchen facilities, comfy beds, chairs and sofa. Apartment was warm. Large fully equipped bathroom. Separate toilet. Patio area for fresh air plus table and seating in warmer weather. Messages to management answered quickly and effectively.
Very few complaints, but larger bedroom with velux windows had no blinds so we were woken up too early in the morning by bright light. We covered with foil and sellotape as a temporary job.

We had a great stay at the Modern Suite in the city centre. Communication with the host was excellent – very friendly and quick to respond. The location is perfect, with great access to public transport and everything within walking distance. The apartment was clean, tidy, and exactly as shown in the pictures. Highly recommended!

The apartment's location is really good - very close to the city center within the walking distance. The communication is also very fast and comfortable. Overall, the apartment is big, quiet and cozy.
There are a number of aspects that we didn't like, which makes the value of this apartment much lower, considering its price.
1) We asked for an earlier check-in, and they refused us, explaining that cleaning takes more than 3 hours after checking out. But the apartment wasn't sparkling clean when we checked in. There was dust on shelves - I had to clean them myself. Both coffee makers were dirty, and there was mold in one of them because nobody had disposed it's content after previous use. The bathtub was dirty, the water got stuck because of other people's hair that nobody cleaned.
2) We asked for an extra pillow, and the response was that they were able to bring it only the other day.
3) There is no welcoming coffee / tea / sugar - nothing, you have to buy everything; it is not what you expect when you rent the apartment, it is the first time I experience it - and I travel a lot.
4) There is no air conditioner - and considering that it is a roof apartment, it gets really hot inside by the evening. Moreover, the bigger bedroom doesn't have any curtains, so you have to wake up early in the morning as soon as the sun rises.
