Nice views of the city.
Clean,neatly presented bedroom
Separate kitchen.
Good front desk staff member, unfortunately cannot remember her name.
Fitness centre and communal facilities.
Close to local station and river.
Too much furniture in bedroom, a trip hazard.
Required transport to see most of the main attractions.
Minimal beverage facilities, kept requesting supplies.

The breakfast was good. Great value. Staff in was nice. Top floor was quiet but i wont recommend anything lower. The kids stuff in the lobby was great for us.
The prepayment was not nice. The location was slightly far from things. I didnt mind as it was quieter but then again that intersection is crazy. The laundry was not working. The outlets in the rooms didnt work. The hair dryer didnt work.

Friendly service, large and clean bathroom. The bed was big and the room had everything needed for staying longer than one night - an iron and ironing board, big wardrobe with a lot of hangers, a vacuum cleaner, a table with two chairs. The kitchen part had a fridge, a microwave, a stovetop, a kettle, a coffee machine for Nespresso capsules and all the kitchen utensils. There is a garbage room on every floor where everyone can dispose off the trash.
The building is a bit outdated but well maintained. There are some dirty spots on the hallway carpet, normal for such a busy hotel. The bed was a little higher than standard.

The staff is friendly and helpful
The breakfast is good and the staff is good
The presence of a refrigerator and tools
The smell of the bathrooms and rooms is not good, muffled, and the smell of cooking
The level of hygiene is not good, and the soap box in the bathroom is finished. Garbage bags were not placed. There are no shower tools
The furniture is old and the decoration is not good
There is no room service or someone to carry bags
Insects enter the room at night. There are no nets on the window

The hotel is ideally situated for exploring the city on foot. All the sights of Vienna are close by. The rooms are large, comfortable, overlooking the city. The kitchenette is small but sufficient. Very nice staff. Parking. Green areas all around, which is important when traveling with a dog. Ours was delighted. Great place for reasonable money.

Located at the heart of the city. The room was comfortable and we had a nice view of the city. Cute breakfast area and lounge. Breakfast was pretty good.
Reached two hours before check in time (3pm) but the staff began processing check in only after 3. Would have been more efficient if they could have processed it earlier, so I could have been in the room at 3, instead of having to wait another 45min. Didnt get a friendly vibe from the staff at the hotel.
The room could have had more amenities. Just some coffee/tea bags even. No cleaning service happened in the 3 days I was there.

Firstly. The Air conditioner was not cooling.secondly, the cloth dryer was not working. Thirdly, the tap mixer gets stuck every time.lastly. I have been accused that i have damaged the microwave although that i have never used it.
I have stayed in adagio in France& Belgium and it was fantastic but in Vienna it was very bad.
