The apartment is great, it was clean and it had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully equipped. The location is great, we went to a concert in Wiener Stadhalle and it was literally like 15 minutes away by foot or like 2 minutes by tram! City center is also close with U3 train we arrived at The Cathedral in less than 10 minutes, so we were really pleased with the location. We saw some comments about Wifi not working but it was working perfectly while we were there. Florian was great, he answered our messages really fast and he was always available if we needed help. We had a great stay in Vienna and in this apartment!!
The apartament is a little worn out, for example the floor is a little squeaky but i didn't bother us at all

The room was spacious and with a nice design, clean and well equiped.
The host was very helpful and kind, we had a good communication.

Great location and a big apartment. Very convenient if you're arriving for a late check in since you receive all the details in advance and a code for the apartment door if needed.
There are multiple appartments and we've got one on the 3rd floor with no elevator, didn't knew it until the day before our arrival.
In summer, the appartments are very hot and there is no AC or fan-windows help a bit but we had to buy a fan to manage with the heat and leave it after us.
The mattress was on the softer side and didn't quite fit the height of the bed frame so be aware.

The apartment is nice, clean, spacious, with very interesting interior design. The internet is fast. The location is excellent; well-connected with the city center as well as with the Schönbrunn and Belvedere. Also the good connection with the airport (the bus station is 5-minute-walk). Food shops & coffee shops are near, bakeries, pharmacy...etc
Maybe it would be better if the check-in starts at 2 pm, rather than 3pm.

It's a neat and spacious apartment close by Westbahnhof which makes it very convenient to travel to the city centre or other parts of the city by metro. The host is helpful with providing information. Everything you need in an apartment is there (except a washingmachine)
There's no airco in the apartment, which makes it really hot if it's more than 25 degrees.

Great location: transport stops + supermarkets (even small one which works on Sundays).
Stayed here in late September - place was warm, no additional devices was needed.

The checking in at 3 and the checking out at 10 has to be revised. My flight was at 3:30 and I didn’t know what to do with my suitcase. I asked if I could leave it in the apartment while the cleaners were working but didn’t get a response.I asked the woman in the cleaning agency at the bottom of the building to keep it for me and she agreed. Another thing there was no kettle or coasters for drinks. I didn’t want to spoil the lovely reclaimed furniture they had.Otherwise Florian was great and they let me in before 3.

It would have been great to have an extra blanket available as well as an extra dishcloth (for drying the dishes).
Our apartment (apartment 11) had a door with a glass window to the hall which would have been no problem had there been no glass windows around the front door. I’m a sensitive sleeper and the whole bedroom lit up when someone in the staircase switched on the lights (I remedied this the second night by attaching newspaper to the bedroom door).
An extra bedside lamp for the left side would have been nice.

- The apartment is very nice and big. bedrooms are very pleasant and the beds are quite big and comfy. Kitchen and living room are also big spaces to spend time in.
- The location is excellent, very well connected to the center but also in a quiet area.
- Reasonable price.
- They wait until the last minute to send you the codes to enter the apartment. We received them at 16:30 and the check-in starts at 3 pm.
- The check-out time is at 10 am, we requested 2 weeks before the trip if it's possible to extend it to 11 am. The owner kindly confirmed us with no problem and said it's been arranged. they hadn't requested us anything by then. However, a few hours before leaving the apartment, we were advised that we had to pay an extra cost for the late checkout and they sent us a payment link from a different website, which seems a bit suspicious that late on our stay.
- The windows have roller blinds that we couldn't roll up, so we couldn't also open the windows properly, I guess this is to prevent smoking, but we couldn't have much natural light in.

This property is on an excellent location, everything needed is close by, bus, tram, metro, whole shopping mall. The apartment is super spacious and ideal for 4 people, with 2 really comfortable and big beds. There is a big bathroom and a small and separate toilet, which is well thought out. Kitchen is well equipped for even a longer stay and the living room is big and could host dinners. Host was excellent and the communication was impeccable, all our questions were answered efficiently (don’t be discouraged with the check in instructions, it’s much simpler than it looks). All in all, good value for the price.
Important note, there are 3 flights of stairs without an elevator, so not suitable for people with mobility issues. The whole apartment could use a new coat of paint, because even though it looks really cool, the wear and tear is quite visible and takes away from it, especially since it was cleaned but it didn’t feel that way. For longer stays (longer than a day) I would recommend some more basic necessities be provided, we had a half a roll of toilet paper for 3 people/4 days. Nothing too dramatic is lacking, but this would significantly improve the overall experience.

We had the most wonderful three-day stay at this apartment in Vienna, and I can't recommend it enough! The location was absolutely perfect, making it convenient to explore all the major attractions. The apartment is very close to the metro and tram station, direct connection to the center. There are many supermarkets nearby, good restaurants, everything you need. We could reach any point of attraction in Vienna in about 15-20 minutes. The apartment was not only clean and well-maintained but also beautifully furnished, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Even though it was very cold outside, the rooms were well heated. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The host went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The attention to detail in the apartment, from the comfortable bedding to the thoughtful amenities, truly made us feel at home. Check-in is easy process. The host provided clear instructions, and it made our arrival stress-free. It's evident that they take great pride in maintaining the property and ensuring their guests have a fantastic experience. Close enough to central Vienna via public transport, we chose the Metro, nearest station a few minutes walk from the apartment, but far away enough to avoid the noise, hustle and bustle of a busy city. Florian kept in touch before, during and after our stay to inform us of key codes and advice needed for our stay.
Would have liked the ability to open the blinds as the cords to operate the mechanism had come off. The apartment was on the third floor and there isn't a lift so a struggle with luggage and dodgy knees :D

We would have needed more plugs near the bed to charge things. There was only one.
Maybe a bottle of oil in the kitchen.

The radiators only had off and full power as options. It wasn't possible to just have half heat.
A pair of wine glasses would be nice.

Cosy and quiet studio apartment as it doesn't face the street, but inner courtyard. The street itself is also very small and not noisy. Perfect location, just steps from Westbahnhof and metro station. With metro line 3 you can reach the heart of Vienna in just minutes, or take a leisurely walk down Mariahilfer Strasse enjoying shopping (or just window shopping) reaching the Museumsquartier and from there wherever you want. Several supermarkets around and within the train station if you wish to prepare the food for yourself in the kitchen. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Functional kitchen with basic amenities. All in all, if you are not a great demander, the perfect quiet place to rest sore feet after a long walk, with a glass of beer or wine (or two, three, four... ?)
Nothing to complain about, really, just some small improvements in the toilet and kitchen.

Location was good. There is a metro station and shopping center nearby. Appartment is well furnutered and has good TV. Internet was good and stable.
The stairs in the house are not lit. I did not recieve a PIN code for the appartment door in advance. Also there was an additional 250 eur deposit not described on the booking page, but It was returned after check out.
It would be nice to have a kettle, but in principle you can use coffee machine to boil water.

The lack of air-conditioning was a problem, whilst I understand it wasn't stated as included it was worse by arriving to an apartment with the heating on full (it was 25°C outside) and there wasn't a fan in the apartment. Alongside this there was no mention of the fact that there was work going on next to the apartment which started at 7am sharp, and with the lack of Aircon/fan the windows were open to allow some airflow so being woken up was impossible. Finally the checking online facility didn't work and a code to open the door was not generated, so getting in contact with the host took a fair bit of time with us stood on the doorstep.

The way it looked online. I fell for the good pictures when in reality it was trash.
I arrived at this property on the 17th of July for a 2-week stay. On the first day, the owner notified me that there would be no hot water due to a gas pipe issue and offered a 20% refund. I was informed that more information would be available after the 23rd of July. Unfortunately, I left today, on the 31st of July, having had no hot water, no refund, and no explanation for the continued issue. This experience was absolutely unacceptable, and I need to be compensated for the lack of promised amenities.
I would absolutely never choose to stay here or at other similar properties again.

What I like about this house was the location it was kind of near the city centre.
The door lock system was confusing, and on the second day, the hosts were nice but didn't respond. As soon as we message , we need to wait for info kind of 15 hours.

Great location, perfect for two people, big and comfortable, host very attentive and fast responding. No elevator, but not a problem.
It was very cold in the apartment, the heating system didn’t work. We asked the host for help, they answered promptly but didn’t help much, asked to send a picture of thermostat to check with the team. So, before booking check if the heating system is working ?
Also, the second day hot water in shower was very low, very quick coming cold.

Very well connected and not so far from the expensive and crowded city center. Spacious place and good value for money. Very conveniently close to the Westbahnhof station from which you could even take a train to other countries. Supermarkets, cafes are very close.
The entrance of the building and stairs didn’t look in good shape. The lock of the apartment did not seem too secure.

Instead of breakfast, the apartment offers a fully furnished and equipped kitchen. This was our preference and we were completely satisfied. The location of the apartment is excellent, offering convenient connections to the airport and the city center. The ideal center is within walking distance of one of Vienna's busiest shopping streets.

Location was ok and apartment is well equipped, check in process is easy.
When we enter the apartment it was completely cold inside, no heating at all. Considering wintertime and how cold weather was, it was really big issue. We tried whole day to turn on heating according to host’s instructions (he didn’t answer our messages and give further instructions) and finally we managed to turn it on late at night. It took whole night to warm up! But, as soon as heating started to work, we lost hot water. Started to call, send messages but NOBODY answered for 3 days!! In the middle of Vinenna for NY, we had to shower with freezing cold water. We get only machine generated answers on booking and phone number provided on Booking was also unavailable, it is probably phone number of some office. Host didn’t provide any phone number where you can really reach someone, send messages or get some help anyway.
Thomas send message on Booking last day just to underline that checking out time is 10 o’clock and it is not possible to get late check out. No word about not solving serrious issues we had.
If you choose this apartment, be ready to solve issues by your selfx beacuse host is totally unavailable!

Great location, easy to get everywhere. The apartment is huge, both on the surface and height. Many appliances, such as dish washing machine, kettle, coffee macine (with a few complementary pads), dishes, cuttlery, microwave, stove, and so on...
The beds are very, very confortable, the bathroom has both shower cabin and bathtub. The central heating works great. Very clean. We could not connect to the wifi, but we used our netflix just fine on the TV (also a huge screen). The surroundings were very quiet both during the day or the night.

Huge room and lovely decoration. Very clear check in instructions. Cereals, snacks, coffee... were there for us, thanks! Super well connected, public transport in front of the door.
You only receive the check in instructions at 4 pm sharp. It doesn't have that many plugs. Neighbors downstairs smoke, and you get the smell into the staircase and inside the apartment. It didn't have enough hooks in the bathroom for the towels but not a big problem for us.

I liked EVERYTHING about the apartment and location.
I didnt like the lockbox where you are supposed to find the key. The box isnt working. I had a friend's help when l arrived, but when l was leaving l didnt have help and missed my own appointment because the key lockbox was stuck, no matter the efforts to open it!!!

Access was straightforward, although the instructions were a bit unclear. I received several different codes for the main entrance and the unit door, but only two are necessary.
The condition of the house was unsatisfactory. There was a persistent sewage odor in the bathroom and visible mold in the shower. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided. The WiFi, advertised as high-speed, was unstable and frequently unavailable, affecting both internet access and TV functionality. Overall, the property did not meet acceptable standards, and management was unresponsive to complaints during the stay. I do not consider this accommodation to be worth the price.
