Location is good for city centre.
Luggage storage available.
Very dusty under the bed and behind tv.
Only one pillow provided per person.
No black out curtains, so you wake up with the sunrise.
Breakfast is very poor, small selection, bacon under cooked, fruit spoiling, cereal left out unattended throughout the day, no decaf coffee.
Cleaning staff entered room despite ‘do not disturb’ sign on door.

The hotel service was exceptionally helpful, courteous, supportive, and very pleasant.definietally location is perfect - NEXT to the old town
The breakfasts were quite modest, with little variety — the selection became rather monotonous over time. The rooms were rather small and very simple.

A very good example.of a small hotel that does everything well. Check in worked well and, being a first time in Vienna, we were able to get information about hotel and local area. Room was spacious and clean and bed was very comfortable. Wide spread for breakfast service time was to our liking. Reception and breakfast room staff looked after us throughout.
Only a coffee machine provided so unable to have a morning cup of tea after waking up.

The room was beautiful and clean. We stayed for only two nights and the towels were changed anyways. The location is perfect, you need 3 minutes to get to the Cathedral and about 5 minutes to Uban station. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. We will come again for sure.
The only thing we did not like was the parking, it's the public parking and it's a little bit pricey, but that is mentioned on booking site.

As I mentioned before, this is definitely my hotel in Vienna. Frank welcomed us with exceptional warmth and hospitality. The lady serving breakfast is incredibly kind and attentive, always with a big smile on her face.
I would also like to compliment the rest of the staff for their genuine warmth and friendliness. Frank

Staff was very friendly. Houskeeping cleaned the rooms nicely. The location was perfect everything was near. Renovated rooms.
Breakfast was not much. Taste was okey but not much veraity. Our window didnt close properly. We notifyd the staff at the recepcion about it and asked for a room move because we couldnt sleep because of the cold as well as the noise coming from outside. They told us there are no available rooms witch is complitely fine since it was december. Staff informd us that they will send up maintenance to have a look. We went back and the window was still not fixed. Since we were leaving the next day we didnt say it again. But it was disapointing. The value for money was not good

The location was fabulous. Just a few minutes walk from Stephansplatz and most of the concert venues.
The wifi was poor. It didn't impact our stay too much, but just a little frustrating as we needed to research the City to make the most of our short stay.
