The property was fairly central and easy to reach from the airport. You could reach it both by train and bus which was very convenient. As expected by the pictures, the property is a bit old and the furniture outdated. The pictures matched the room we got.
The bed were really uncomfortable and the mattresses need replacing. The rooms are also on the ground floor so you can hear people in the street if you leave the window open but we went there in winter so it wasn’t too much of an issue.

The room and the shared kitchen were well-cleaned when I arrived. Even my room faces the street but the quiet and clean neighbourhood provide a comfortable and relex vibe during my stay. The shared kitchen provides all homeware,microwave and cultry to use. The WC is cleaned by the team but the cleanliness depends on the other shared users throughout the day. The elevator is the most amazing facility I appreciate even I use the spiral staircases the most.
Just 5 minutes walk from Westbahnhof Station and there are two supermarkets, a Lidl and a Hofer, just opposite to the station. It is a good city walk from the Westbahnhof Station to the Kunsthistorisches Museum Wien, around 35 minutes, and you can enjoy the well-preserved building and modern shops on the journey.
Highly recommendation to you if you would like to experience more like a local in Vienna in Happy Hostel!
The services of Happy Hostel are all good except they cannot control the way of other users keeping the WC clean.

I stayed in what felt like a shared apartment, with my single room sharing a bathroom and kitchen with two other rooms. Everything was exceptionally clean and organized. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it perfect for preparing meals, and the bathroom was spotless, complete with complimentary toiletries. The location was fantastic—close to a metro station and a bus stop, providing quick access to the city center and major attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly, spoke fluent English (which was very helpful), and even lent me a hairdryer during my stay. Overall, a comfortable and convenient experience!
Our room had a strange smell, but on our last day, we had the chance to see the other rooms, and they didn’t have any unpleasant odors. I suppose we just had bad luck with our room.

For the price, the room was insanely good. It was very spaceous, clean and the bed sheets were provided, the only shopping we did was for food. The apartment was also very near the Westbahnhopf so we could walk to the metro and everywhere else. The staff was also very friendly.
In the specific room we were staying in there was a heater for apparently multiple floors so it was turning on and off constantly, but to be fair, it was easy to tune it out after a while.

The main drawback is that the apartment has an outdated furniture, which is reflected in the price. Additionally, the extra tenant lives there permanently and treates it as his own, including some disruptive habits—most notably making a lot of noise early in the morning, which made it nearly impossible to sleep past 6:30 a.m. It was quite frustrating

The first look of the room was very pretty. The host said it was one of the two most beautiful apartments in the facility and it was a pretty looking apartment. Very spacious as well.
The utensils in the kitchen were all dirty like you find rice stuck to the pots and pans in the cupboard dirty, good thing Ikea is 500m away.
The bed was not so comfortable but lucky for us the sofa bed was good so we slept on the sofa bed

The location it is very good considering that you have supermarket and easy access to public transport.
Considering the high prices in Vienna I recomend this place as an option for 2 or 3 nights if you don´t want to spend a lot of money. The staff was very nice.
It is not the most comfortable place that I stayed, it is old and humble but it was worth it to save some money.

Decent budget place not far from lots of street shopping and the center of town. Area was quite enough where we were at though. Kind staff. Could have fixed meals there if Id chosen too. There's a nice elevator if youd like to use one. I ended up renting out an entire room for 4 people, so although it cost me a bit more, I was really able to spread my stuff out the day before leaving the country.
All was fine, except the accommodation was a little easy to get lost in. Not a huge place, but I still got turned around once or twice. I'd also meant to try and stay closer to the airport the night before my early flight, but the accommodation isn't really in the direction of the airport. My bad.

The room was tidy and spacious, with a dining table, a separate couch, plenty of storage, and a desk that made it easy to get some work done during our trip. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. The shared kitchen was well equipped, and our flatmate was polite and helpful.
The room is a bit old-fashioned, though this didn’t really bother us.

I stayed for a night. Location is convenient for the train station, and the rooms are super cute and feel like home. Super clean, comfy bed, warm room despite it being cold outside. Great shared kitchen and clean bathrooms. Staff (2 guys) were really friendly. The guy with Ukraine shirt is the sweetest! He instantly puts you in a good mood with his attitude and jokes! You should give him a raise ?
The only complaint I have is the noise that comes in the room from the lobby. When other guests get up earlier and leave, you can hear every step, even if they are trying to be careful and silent. Same for when someone gets up for the bathroom. It is the cutest place but would be great to change the doors at least to somehow stop these noises from coming inside.

The room was spacious and clean. The location is very convenient, close to train/tram/bus stations, close to supermarkets. Kitchen was OK, good enough to prepare normal food.
The room was a bit cold, seems there was no heater. Though there were enough duvets available, it was a bit uncomfortable. However, kitchen and bathroom had heaters. So bathroom was warmer than bedroom.

Great place for a shorter stay. The room looked the same as in the pictures. The location is amazing, super close to public transport and easy to find. The host was very helpful and nice.

The bed was really cozy. Easy to follow usage rules. Sadly the mobile internet signal was close to zero. After an extreme long city-walkaround this property has an elevator :)
