I would like to highlight especially spacious bathroom with large bath. Spacious was in general an appartment as a whole.

I do not have any particular critical comments.

Location was good

In the description is was writing that apartment has a kitchen, when I came there I saw small kitchen without oven. Also you do not see host at all, he does not come to welcome you, show you the room or whatever. Host took charged me 200โ‚ฌ for smoking inside, and I did not smoke at all, when I send him messages about that topic he did not respond me on viber. I am feeling upset.

worst customer service ever. they have all communication done via video chat (and we dont see the other person we are talking to) and whenever we dont agree on something - they just stops responding. i have never experienced this bad customer service ever in any other place.

The appartament was really nice, also the views and the terrace. The location is good. Everything is very comfortable.

Check-in a bit messy, partly due to the language. Little more complaint.

I did like the location and the price was fair price price

The way they treat customers charging hundred euros from pound bank account and then we found in after three days and sending so many rules and regulations no friends allowed 3 oโ€™clock chicken and 10 oโ€™clock checkout that for hours what they going to do I was there at 1 oโ€™clock so I couldnโ€™t check in in my apartment until three

the apartment was perfect . very clean and everything we needed. was missing tv and a cooking pan but otherwise great value for money

the service was terrible. was suppose to pay on location but the pull the money from my account day before and tells booking that the money could not be drawn from my account ( was not even suppose to withdraw ) so not getting my points on booking.com as I booked via . still says payment invalid. they also took a deposit - as was transferred back on the day of checkout .the entire check in vi camera and on screen where you can see other visitors names/ details etc is in no way living up to GDPR reg

The mattresses were comfortableThe wifi was ok

The furniture didn't fit the room - you have to step over the third bed to get to the wardrobe. And you always have to watch your head not to hit anything. The linen and towels were greish, we decided not to use towels. The pillows were lumpy. The kettle was dirty. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain.

Location

Staff attitude was rude when requested toilet paper - promises were broken 3 times and wehad to wait 2 days to get the item - the staff insisted that was an apt and not an hotel and we should be responsible to get the supply - IT WAS ONLY AND WORST ACCOMODATION OF 4 WEEKS TRIP TO CENTRAL EUROPE AND ITALY!!!!

After visiting this place, I didnโ€™t receive my deposit back for no reason. Manager told that we smoked in apartment but the room already reeked of cigarettes. All photo proofs are funny and I donโ€™t recommend this place to anyone

We were 9 people, no cutting boards, no plates, no forks, no bowls. No glasses, cups. Only a knife and a lot of kettles. It was not possible to open many of the windows. Bad air conditioning, hot.
