Hotel Beethoven is located in a quiet side street 328 feet from the Naschmarkt Open-Air Market and the Theater an der Wien in Vienna's 6th district, just a 5-minute walk from the Ringstraße Boulevard and Vienna's center. It offers free WiFi access. All rooms at the Beethoven are nonsmoking, elegantly furnished, and very quiet.

They feature soundproof windows, satellite TV, a mini-bar, and a bathroom with a hairdryer and toiletries. In the elegant Beethoven Lounge, a samovar is available around the clock to provide guests with hot water, tea, and instant coffee. Drinks and small snacks are available at the the 24-hour bistro.

The dining room made me coffee in morning with a nice greeting and style. The bar gave us special treatment when we were running to show one night. Located right by concert halls, really great market and easy to get around. I love this place and this city. Would definitely do this again. Had a mini split so we were able to control the temp in this room better than all other hotels.

It was great that they had a laundry service, my only complaint was this service which was very much needed mid trip, was pretty expensive so we really had to be selective on what we had to wash....not really a complaint but something you should be aware of....

Hotel is right Next to Naschmarkt and very close to museum quarter. It’s a 15-20 minutes to walk almost everywhere also very close to Karlsplatz metro station. Spacious rooms with beautiful decoration and good facilities. We had even French press and ground fresh coffee. Lovely hotel stuff. Ludwig bar is a gem, very lovely cocktails

The hotel is located within walking distance of many of the sites and is in a quiet street with no noise at night. Felt very safe, even at night. We complained about the tiny beds in the first room we were given and were moved to a different room for the following two nights at no additional cost. There was a lift for those with mobility issues. Apparently there is a classical concert each Sunday afternoon, but we had another activity booked so missed it.

The room we were initially given had tiny twin beds just 80cm wide, more like a child's bed and not a full size single bed. The room was a strange shape and had a view of a concrete wall. Given the cost of over 300 Euros this seemed outrageous. The breakfast was mediocre for the 28 Euro per head cost, and the dining area a little lack lustre. Skip the breakfast and get something at one of the many gorgeous coffee houses instead. The exterior of the hotel was pretty shabby so first impressions were not good.

The hotel was located in a beautiful historical building, with excellent connections to anywhere in the downtown area. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Clean, spacious room. Excellent breakfast with a lot of variety to suit all tastes. In addition to the buffet, you can order, e.g. egg dishes, and pancakes, which was a great bonus. We also enjoyed the lively hotel bar. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely loved this unique and wonderful hotel. Packed with character and with extremely helpful and polite staff. We stayed in one of the salons (506 Heddy Lamar). It was huge and had everything we needed. So much nicer than some of the soulless "luxury" rooms we've stayed in. Large comfy bed, great heating, excellent shower and chilled out seating area with a great decor,which allowed us to relax after long days of walking. Great choices at breakfast which should suit most tastes. Liked the complimentary coffee and cakes in the afternoon. One of the particular highlights was the hotel's Ludwig bar. It was run by two of the nicest and welcoming bar staff you could ever meet. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Good drink selection and cocktails were extremely well made. Unlike many hotel bars it was often busy and had a very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Try the bar's own recipe Gluhwein, as it is far superior to the stuff in the Markets. The hotel is extremely well located. All the museums, the Spanish riding school and some absolutely stunning buildings are 10-15 minutes walk away. The Naschmarkt is about a minutes walk away. Didn't try any restaurants, but found a great wee bar called Kaseland Wien Eck. Also lots of food stalls with spices, cheeses and confectionery. Spittelberg Xmas market 15 minutes walk away was very impressive. It is set over three cobbled parallel streets, which made it more atmospheric than the others we saw. Gets really busy at the weekend. Lots of restaurants and bars in the vicinity of the hotel. Would thoroughly recommend staying at this fantastic place.
