The room was exactly like how it seemed in the photos. Plus, the location was really good. It was close to many restaurants, 3 minute walk (or even 2) from the subway. It isn't in the very center of the city but everything is pretty close. You can probably walk to the center in warm weather but I stayed in February.
Transportation was very easy. Also, Google Maps works really well for public transport in Vienna, so you dont need to worry about it at all.
If you dont want to pay for early check-in and arrive early at the hotel, you can leave your luggage while exploring the city.
Housekeeping was neat, there is a mini fridge and kettle in the room, and the closet space was enough. The bathroom was really nice too, and there is a hairdryer if you need.
I didn't have breakfast but it was 15 euros as far as I remember but there are also many restaurants and cafes you can just walk to (5-10 minutes away).
Overall, everything was very clean, neat, and tidy. I'm really glad I chose to stay in this hotel!
The TV in the room doesn't really work. There are no channels, no internet and and you can't connect your phone to watch something either. I figured the Bluetooth was working, so I listened to some music and watched YouTube, but there was no image, unfortunately.
Lastly, I think air-conditioning might be added to the rooms. I don't know what it's like in summer, but every guest has a different temperature preference, so it's good to keep in mind. The room was warm in February, but I usually like staying in even warmer rooms (it wasn't cold i just like it really hot, lol). If you'll be there in summer I think you should know this.

Excellent price-performance balance. The rooms were clean. Transportation is easy and you can reach the central points of the city with a 15-20 minute walk. It's right near the subway, but you don't even need it. Staff are caring. I was also pleased that there was a full-length mirror.

For a hotel that considers itself as 3 stars and for the price I paid, I would expect a few very basic things which the hotel did not provide. It was about 33 Celsius in Vienna during our stay and they claimed they cannot turn on the AC because the neighbors complain about the noise. This is extremely odd and we were not able to stay in the room to rest after our long flight since it was way too hot! Also, there was only one elevator that was working (out of 2). There are 8 floors in the hotel, which meant we had to wait for the elevator every time approximately 8-10 minutes. This is unacceptable. Why didn’t they bother to fix the other elevator? Of course, no warning was made prior to our arrival to those two things. I think those are very basic services that I expect the hotel to provide or at least notify on in advance so I can make a decision if I’m willing to stay in such conditions. Anyway, in all honesty it was a disappointing experience.

I felt sorry for the front desk staff because they must hear the same complaints over and over. The owners really need to update and address these basic issues! We stayed in September… the room heat would have been even more of a problem in summer!

The hotel is located in a quiet backyard on a convenient neighborhood. The Rossauer Lande station (U4) is just 2 minutes walking distance. The tram stop is 8 minutes away. There are lots of nice restaurants and cafes close to the hotel. They kept our luggages for free before the check in.
The room was spacious and clean. There is fridge, safe and hair dryer in the room. Wifi was working fine. The staff were very friendly and no reception available after 10pm. (There is a pin code to open the door)
The room was quite warm at night; however, it was still Ok. It would be good to have electric sockets nearby bed. There was no regular housekeeping. We just got only once within 4 days.

The room was old and there were moths, it ruined a cashmere cardigan I left on the chair overnight. When I enquired about a sewing kit at reception, I was sent to a restaurant. I booked that hotel unintentionally from the outer door of your same hotel in Bad Mergentheim Germany. It was getting late and I needed a room and one of the guest explained and helped me register a room which can only be done online We then waited for the password only to find it did not work. We then called the number for problems and after much discussion we were told we booked a sister hotel that was in Vienna. We then booked the proper hotel with the intent that the manager we had just talked to could cancel the mistake that just happened a few minutes earlier but can’t. My wife and I have used booking.com numerous times over the years and I have gotten to the point where I would rather use other sources to find a hotel.
