They have been very accommodating about dietary requirements (in our experience, for vegan).
Disability access may be challenging for some, due to a few steps to climb from the reception and to the elevator (there may be another route we may not be aware).

The room given to us is very small and odd shaped and hard to move around with our luggage. The mattress is sloping down to edge of the bed and my spouse did not have the best of sleep. Due to the heat wave, it is good that they provided a fan but it was so noisy and we could not have it on at night.

My only room complaint: the air conditioning seemed to be a little fussy and I couldn't get it to operate in fan mode when it was a little stuffy in the room and I just wanted fresh air. (Granted, I didn't ask the hotel staff about this, so this is also on me.)
Breakfast was standard European hotel breakfast, decent coffee, good bread; perplexingly, the pastries were very good the first day but not so great the remaining three days.
