I liked the size of hotel - boutique but spacious- and the rooms. They are comfortable.
I would make it 100% non smoking. The balconies all interconnect and some guests use these balconies to smoke and talk without consideration to other guests. If you leave your window open you can easily have cigarette smoke wafting in. If you close the window you won’t get the smoke or any noise - noise proofing is good. I’d like to see more cooked savory options - vegetables beans etc . I liked that the kitchen will prepare eggs for you but the staff didn’t come take my order and the portion size was tiny! My recommendation would be to go out and have breakfast elsewhere. These are all smallish points and overall we did enjoy this brand new hotel and would return!

We absolutely loved the location of Hotel Indigo Vienna – Naschmarkt — everything is within walking distance: Naschmarkt, the aquarium, and even the Opera is just about a 15-minute walk. The rooms are clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed despite being compact. The staff was very friendly and responsive. We also appreciated the housekeeping-on-request concept — it worked perfectly, as any request (towels, cleaning, etc.) was handled immediately.

Our experience was less than ideal due to several issues related to cleanliness, maintenance, and service.
On our first night, we discovered ants in the room. After contacting Reception, a staff member came with insect spray and suggested that we treat the affected areas immediately, as the ants were spreading to different spots around the room. Specifically suggested that I sprayed the areas myself. I do not think this is the ideal course of action to suggest to guests. As it was late and we were about to go to bed, I preferred not to have insecticide sprayed in the room at that time and instead requested that the issue be addressed by room service staff the following day. The next day, no one showed up, despite our explicit request and the fact that we had not placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. Although we had requested room service, beds were unmade, ants were still there, and obviously no one has sprayed the room.
Upon checkout, a member of staff asked about our stay, and we explained the issue we had encountered. He assured us that he would look into the matter, but we never received any explanation, apology, or follow-up.
While we understand that occasional issues can arise in any hotel, what was most disappointing was the lack of follow-through and communication after the problem had been reported. A simple acknowledgment or update would have gone a long way toward improving the overall experience.

It would be great if the hotel has a fixed driver base that is trained on the pick up of guests as the hotel is a bit hidden and i encountered a conflict between two drivers that have been called by the hotel and they complained about bad communication from the reception staff.

It would be great if the hotel has a fixed driver base that is trained on the pick up of guests as the hotel is a bit hidden and i encountered a conflict between two drivers that have been called by the hotel and they complained about bad communication from the reception staff.

This was our second stay at Hotel Indigo Naschmarkt. We love the location which is ideal, especially if you travel by train and public transportation. The staff is very attentive and friendly, going out of their way to meet your needs. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and we especially appreciate all the plants everywhere. It's also surprisingly quiet considering the location, and the breakfast is amazing.
