We loved the portable air conditioner available!! It was a life saver on these late September hot days. The room was delightfully decorated and had many lighting options. It was a nice relaxing two night stay for our group!
We would have preferred the breakfast be included in the overall cost of the room. The view wasn't great and the windows didn't open easily. However, none of this made a bad night's sleep.

Absolutely perfect location! We went to the Opera and it is around 200 metres, which was absolutely amazing! Great value for the money, very kind people in the reception, kettle with tea and coffee was great.
There are very thin walls, so we could hear some noise at night (not from other rooms, from other part of the building) and it was also quite cold in the room (but it was around -6 outside), although the heater was working perfectly, but the cold was coming from the floor, so I would recommend to take warmer pyjamas in the winter.
There was no do not disturb sign for the room door.

The main reason for the trip, besides visiting a beautiful city like Vienna, was to see an opera at the State Opera. The Pension Suzanne is a very short walk from there and perfect for a couple. The fact that it is in the city center, close to the underground and other public transport allowed us to quickly reach all the places we wanted to visit, although most of the time we were on foot. Indeed, we love strolling down the streets, discovering places that otherwise we could not notice. The welcome at the Pension was very warm and we had a good time.

Me and my small family - 2 adults teen child traveled to Vienna for the first time for the opening weekend of the Christmas market at St. Stephens Cathedral, Am Hof and Rathausplatz in November 2023. Clara at Reception greeted us with a friendly smile, handed us maps and other info and processed our check in with ease. The room was cozy and we felt safe and secure. The location is excellent, close to shopping, pedestrian street, world renowned food and we were just minutes from the Underground so it's an easy walk. Very clean and easy location to navigate from quickly!

Pension Suzanne's location is just perfect - the Opera is around the corner, and you can reach St. Stephen Church in a couple of minutes, as well as other iconic museums and landmarks, all within a walking distance. Our room was very comfortable, spacious, clean, and incredibly quiet even though facing the street. It has a lovely old world decor with a modern clean bathroom. The lack of breakfast was not an issue as there is a great cafe & bakery right next to the Pension's entrance. The hotel staff are very nice, helpful and provided a homey atmosphere.

I even got a lot of pleasure when I had a talk with receptionists. They are very kind and pleasant people. Looks like it's the best place for this price.
