Excellent location, the property requires some refreshing but is in good condition overall. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Compared to previous years, the hotel has lowered its standards. There was no welcome wine and the minibar was empty.
Note for those upgrading their room category: Despite booking a higher standard room on Booking.com, the staff assigns cheaper rooms - you have to insist on the room type you reserved.
Parking: Information regarding the opening of the parking gate is located after descending the steep ramp. It informs that you need to reverse your vehicle and report to the reception desk.
Please note: Exiting in reverse up the narrow and winding ramp is extremely difficult. It would be advisable to place the information before the ramp to avoid such situations.

Comfy beds with mediocre pillows. Big bath, good location with restaurants and markets around. However, cleaning was not top notch, some used glass was not replaced but put back into place. On the checkout day, cleaning staff tried to enter the room while we were still sleeping and then in another hour they tried to enter again (like clean after guests checkout maybe?)
Other hotel staff was helpful and nice, limited but delicious breakfast. Overall definitely a good catch for its price.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I did not have the breakfast at the hotel so I can not comment on that. The Location of the hotel was great. I could easily walk to a grocery store, coffee, restaurants, and sites. Public transit was easily accessible as well.
The AC didn't get as cool as I would have liked and I had it on the lowest temperature, but this was not a deal breaker.

Good location close to the centrum, but not touristy. Quiet area, no car noise, close to a big park and some nice architecture.
The room was huge, almost like having a little apartment. Finally a hotel room with enough storage space and hangers to pack out our clothes, hang towels to dry and so on.
Bathtub added a little luxury.
There was a strange humming noise from outside, that disturbed a bit during the night when we would have liked to sleep with the windows open. I didn't figure out if it was the building's own ventilation, something from another building or something third.
The key cards stopped working at some point, but that was quickly fixed by the staff.

Although, I was told that I didn't have to book a parking space, there was none available. That the park house was full, could only be discovered at the entrance, which is at the end of a very steep slope. Hard to come back out of there. Another park house was across the road, 5€ more in fee. A bit of a muddle, that one can do without after a 7 hour drive.

Quiet area is great, dead end street, and later we walk slowly up 30 minutes from the hotel to see popular spots so walking distance is nice. Breakfast options just as fine, great food quality also coffee not the worst. Room size is nice. Comparing offer we had, good value - money ratio for location. Accessories in the room were ok, bed comfort just as fine, little bit too hoot to sleep.
Furniture including bathroom looks quite old.
TV not working, just broken green screen signal.
Broken window, couldn't close, there was still small gap, but had no need to resolve as area is quiet and it wasnt cold.

We arrived late in the evening and had to wait for about 10 minutes for a staff member to arrive and check us in. We had immediate problems with our keys and had to wait (again) for someone to resolve them. There is an emergency light that lights up the entire room that cannot be turned off. 1. The key to room didn’t work, I couldn’t get in my room so every time I had to go down to the reception and have it checked/changed. And when I got late to the hotel at 4 am I couldn’t get in, and it took me half an hour to get someone from the staff to come to the reception and change the key again! (I insisted on having a 2 hour later checkout for the inconvenience, but when dropping my key at check out the receptionist asked me if I had paid for the late checkout). 2. The staff who checked guests at breakfast was quite rude, not locating my name in the paper list at once and doubting I have paid for the breakfast. One of the guests even offered to show her the passport as she was so inquisitive. Coffee machine didn’t work the first day. 3. I arrived on my Birthday, and asked at reception if there any treats or bonuses available - they said nothing is available:)

This was my second stay here. I love the location close to the city centre. The breakfast is very delicious and the room is spacey. What I love about this hotel is that there is a bath in the bathroom, not just a shower. Outside of the rooms, the hotel needs maintenance. This applies to the interior spaces as well as the exterior spaces. The plumbing needs maintenance too-in my room, the water did not drain quickly. There was a noise problem with a continuous background hum that woke me up several times. It was unclear whether it came from a nearby construction site, maybe a generator, or from the hotel itself.

The hotel staff were unprofessional and did not know how to handle things properly. We couldn’t get clear or satisfactory answers to our questions. As a family of four (2 adults and 2 children), we had to book two separate rooms. Initially, our rooms were on different floors. We asked to be moved to the same floor, and although they changed the rooms, they then failed to move the baby crib to the new room. It took a very long time for them to find a solution.

Every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. For the price I paid I expected very budget/basic but actually the cleanliness was impeccable, the facilities were modern and well-maintained, and the comfort level was outstanding.

We booked two rooms, both rooms were comfortable and spacious enough.
The breakfast was amazing, better than many similarly rated hotels we've been to.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the parking was adequate.
We arrived two hours early and weren't able to check in, but they at least let us take a parking spot in the garage. They also lent us a blanket for our infant.
The price is good for what you get, and in Vienna.
There was no A/C in the rooms, so it was very warm throughout the night (this was still between winter and spring) and the open window was barely enough.
One of our rooms didn't have a plug for the bathtub; at least we were able to take one to the other, but if we didn't have two rooms, we would've had a problem.
