It was Noisy you could hear other people talking in the other rooms, the restaurant was closed so no room service I wasn’t feeling well and I had to go out for some food . I put do not disturb but they tried to get in for cleaning and for the mini bar anyway.

The location is exceptional, close to St. Stephen Cathedral, and it is convenient to walk to most of the sightseeing places. It is also close to the metro, making travel anywhere super fast.
The room was clean and of sufficient size, though the bed was too soft and the water pressure in the room was not strong enough.
The staff were friendly, the cleaning lady in particular; however, they would knock on the door and open the room directly even with the "do not disturb" sign, which made the experience a bit less pleasant.
Overall, would recommend this place if you are looking for a convenient and clean place to stay!

I usually don't leave reviews, but this place annoyed me. The walls are paper thin (as are the pillows), bed heads are on the corridor wall, so you have to deal with other guests having door slamming competitions all day and all night, mere inches from your head. If you're unfortunate enough to be on the 1st floor staff below you also enjoy slamming doors from 0500, when this is mentioned to reception they think its amusing. Give it a miss, plenty of better accommodation in Vienna.

Although cleaning was done daily, room was not clean (apple under fridge from probably previous guests, dust on LED of headboard). I also did not like the fact that we booked two rooms - one room for 1 person and 1 room for 2 adults with child. The smallest room was given to the one with 3 people so we were squashed + the cot. The room was not also made to be safe for toddler - sockets exposed. Lighting was very poor and furniture damaged. Given we were given the smallest room for 3 people the room was foggy and it was very hot inside. Not worth the money we paid.

The front desk staff were quite helpful and nice. The breakfast was great. The location was great.
Two main things resulted in this bad review: 1) the cleaning staff were belligerent and intrusive. An old man on the cleaning staff burst into my room TWICE despite the "Please do not disturb" sign on the door. No good explanation was given for the intrusion but he yelled at me about being in the room too much (I was sick with a cold and in bed at the time!). Furthermore, after that, the cleaning staff never cleaned the room again. This is inexcusable and extraordinarily unprofessional behavior for a hotel, in my opinion. 2) I checked out early, and the front desk receptionist waived the last night's cost. However, upon returning home, the hotel manager hounded me multiple times to pay the final night. Again, this is entirely unprofessional and showcases the lack of communications and systems in place there. I would recommend avoiding this property and business in Vienna.
