I visited Vienna for a concert in Stadthalle, and the location of the accommodation is absolutely perfect for that. The room had everything I needed for my short stay. The room was clean and cozy. The staff at the reception was very friendly and nice.
The bathroom is a bit small, especially the shower area felt a little claustrophobic. And breakfast for 22 euros is probably a little too pricey, but luckily it's optional, and there are quite a few cafes around the hotel with cheaper breakfast options :)

The room was spotless, small but perfect for one person and very well laid out. Comfortable bed, separate toilet from bathroom.
It has nothing to do with the room per say, but with the corridor or at least with the room's location. Being woken up by people talking and some music before 7am, that was not the best way to start the day. The corridors are not like in your average hotel. Though I really like the way the hotel/pension is, the corridors do not do any favours regarding noise. Better have some earplugs just in case.

Pillows were too soft. Minibar, or a small fridge, even an empty one, would be desirable. FYI: we stayed in Pension Stadthalle - hotel may be different.

Booked last minute, yet found the price very reasonable and value for money! Room was clean, bed was comfy, there was no noise or disturbance. Easy to reach with public transport from the center/train stations etc. The staff at the reception were very friendly and warm (this is rare in this part of the world, so needs to be mentioned :))
The check-in and check-out happens at the main reception which is 200m away in a different street. This may not be a big deal, but needs to be mentioned upfront on the listing. Bigger persons may find the shower too tight to fit in.

Great location close to metro & tram lines as well as Westbahnhof train station which is also the bus stop for Vienna Airport bus. Room is clean & daily housekeeping is available. My request for extra pillow, blanket & kettle were all fulfilled. Check-in is at the more expensive sister hotel 2 minutes down the road & this is also where the luggage storage is
Bathroom was super small & the shower curtain sticks to your body during shower as it is so small. The single room was also very small but manageable. Would be nice to have a small bedside table or more shelving in the room as well as a common area with fridge & microwave.

The hotel was in a quiet space, and the staff were pleasant. However, during my stay, the weather was rainy and cold, but the room temperature was quite pleasant, even though the heating wasn't on.
It was quite a strange hotel, and it's not as close to the city center as I expected. I spent a lot of time getting to the city center. The closest metro station was a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Additionally, the main hotel rooms and the check-in/check-out office were located in different buildings, which was about a 3-minute walk away. This was inconvenient because when you had a question or a problem, you had to leave the hotel building and go to the office; there wasn't even an internal phone to contact the reception.
There was a hairdryer in the room, but it didn't work.

Such a lovely accomodation! Rooms are clean and well maintained, everything works just seamless inside. The stuff was professional and helpful (reception desk is in hotel just down the street). Heating was good, there were towels, hairdryer and there was always hot water. Doors open with magnetic cards, which is convenient because they are easy to store in your wallet. Location is good, being close to tram station and metro. It is safe to say that price was bargain for the quality of accomodation.
10/10 would come again.

I booked two single rooms, but after few days I got e-mail where one of rooms was offered as bigger for same price. I accepted it and when we came to rooms, surprisingly, it was two small rooms. I am not saying that I was not correct as I made such reservation, but why it was offered additionally to have one room bigger? What's the point?

Unfortunately there was no electric kettle and/or fridge in the room which was a bit of a disappointment. The rooms are very minimal but it was a bit challenging to not have access to a kettle. This would be a minor addition which would add substantial value.

I have booked to stay in the pension but on checking in I was offered to stay at their hotel as they had a vacancy. The staff was nice and polite. The hotel was really nice and clean. My room was lovely, clean and spacious for a single person. It was also very comfortable and had all the things you expect in a hotel. The only thing they don't have and UK hotel do is a kettle in the room for tea or coffee so don't expect that in there.

First of all I would like to praise receptionist who welcomed us. He was really nice and should be used as an example how hotel's personnel should behave. Room was nice and clean, especially having in mind the price we paid for it. Although the bathroom was situated in the box attached to the room, it didn't bother me like I thought it might based on photos.
Pension belongs to the hotel located in the nearby street, so don't forget to do the check in process in the hotel first and then come to the pension building.

The location was great for us. Close to supermarkets and the airport bus stop, as well as a major metro link. We love walking, so the 20 min walk to the cc was fine. The staff were really friendly and the room decor (if not certain aspects of the design and facilities) was great. Spotlessly clean and clean linen/bed made/room vacuumed every day. Beds were comfy and the shower was lovely.
A couple of issues. I was staying with my teenaged daughter and, as Brits, we were not especially keen on the translucent glass division between the bathroom and the bedroom. Not transparent but still too revealing. The other issue was the lack of sockets. One socket nowhere near the beds isn't good enough for the price I paid. No kettle in the room - again, not good enough for the price bracket. I also didn't *particularly* want to walk up the road with my extra pillows at 10 p.m. from the main hotel because the request from my wife for more pillows that morning hadn't been actioned.

Value for money. Clean and tidy. Conveniently located near a supermarket several streets away. Staff at check-in hotel was friendly and check in/out process was efficient. Shower was spacious enough for me and water flow is good. WiFi works well.
The tap was a bit difficult to lift up and down, needed more force. Body & hair wash was combined into one kind of soap and located near the water tap which is less convenient to use when showering. Would be better to have it nearer to the shower and add-on a hair conditioner. No kettle.
