Loved its location to the PA Hospital a short 5min walk. The Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. The spacious King room with balcony was a comfort after coming back from spending all day at the hospital. Having a mini kitchenette was also helpful staying 4 nights.

Would have liked access to an ice machine for drinks. I also rang the out of hours number a few times once at 6.30pm and once at 8am and no response.

Coming up from the GC for a hospital stay so we booked here because it was close to Greenslopes. It was really affordable. Staff were very friendly. Complimentary drinks on arrival was also lovely.

The staffing hours are weird for a place that advertises as being hospital accommodation. I booked what said it was a "high floor" it wasn't. It was the second floor facing the street with no view. Lots of mould in the shower and the room had a dusty smell to it. Not sure if it was cleaned thoroughly

Whole place felt like it was kind of in lockdown. We went back the day after we checked out to pick up a shirt we had left behind. It was around 2:30pm and it was locked and no staff on site so we weren't able to collect it.

Location was great but a bit away from all the action. No issue with close public transport. The staff were awesome and very accomodating. Had a hiccup with the air con so I was moved and the staff were great about it.

A bit outdated. Starting a freshen up now… Reception informed me it was a budget room when booking.com didn’t mention budget whatsoever… the price is up there for ‘budget’

Location ,quiet room clean

Shower had very little pressure shower screen allowed water to go into bathroom floor. No plug for sink. One evening we came back to find the air conditioning unit had heavily leaked on one bed so pillow, mattress and bedding were wet. No one at reception and too late in the evening to make a complaint. Next morning notified management who 2 hours later moved us to another room. Gave us a " bottles of wine" for being so nice. Only the " bottle of wine" was tiny!!

The location near by the PA Hospital bus Station and Burand M1 Bus Station was awesome. The rooms were spacious with a small balcony. It was very secure. Check in at reception was great and the staff were happy to provide information. The basement carpark was excellent with a height of 2.3 metres, which we needed.

Location was great, close to our event venues and shops were a 5 min walking distance from the hotel. Has undercover parking so you didn’t get wet in the rain, rooms were spacious and clean and the kitchenette was so handy. Room had a balcony so you could let fresh air in if you didn’t like it too cold with the AC. Friendly front office staff who were most obliging and helpful.

We were happy overall.

The lady on the desk was kind and helpful. It was walking distance from hospital.

The room had a funky smell. No coffee or tea provided. It didn’t feel or smell clean. Bathroom very old and tired. This hotel was not a budget price so I expected better. The area near the lifts had a massive hairball about 20cm round on the ground when I came out this morning. I don’t want to run into whatever that came off of!

Close to PA Hospital which was very convenient given my wife was admitted following surgery. Room itself was very clean and tidy and quite comfortable. Staff were very polite and helpful

Nothing stood out. It was quite comfortable and suited my needs. The only thing I can pick up on was there was no tea towel in the cupboard under the kitchen sink so I could wipe the dishes after washing them

Very very friendly, helpful staff. Due to limited reception hours and me leaving before 6 am and not returning till after 8 pm, check-in staff kindly provided me with all I needed for my 4-day stay. Really appreciated the secure parking. A thai restaurant is on site and a shopping center just a few hundred meters away. Good functioning fridge and enough basic cutlery/dishes in the small kitchenette.

No fly/security screens at groundfloor unit windows. No laptop safe. Microwave in shared Laundry, poor lightening. No small sharp knife to cut fruit. Iron was in poor condition, exchanged it to one less stained, yet this one did not heat up. So I used a kitchen towel as a buffer to iron my white business tops with the iron in the laundry. This saved my white tops from black stains, as the towel caught the dirt well.

I booked the Hotel Chino due to its close proximity to the Princess Alexandra Hospital, where my partner had been admitted. It proved to be very comfortable, with all the facilities required for a longer stay. I was unsure of how long I would need the room and the staff were incredibly accommodating of this, which took a lot of pressure off. The hotel has secure basement parking and is walking distance to a Woolworths supermarket and various food outlets. There is also a very good Thai restaurant downstairs.

The room was comfortable and secure, with a nice view of the city from the balcony. I also liked the on site secure parking, amd that it was close to all the places we needed to access.

Really the only thing that i didn't like... was not being able to smoke out on the balcony. I'm not a smoker, however my partner is, and we were there for her to have surgery at the PA and while recovering, it was a little hard for her to be going up and down the lift everytime she wanted to have a smoke, I understand not smoking in the room or inside the building, but I think being out on the balcony should not be an issue.

The air conditioning in the room was so noisy that I had trouble sleeping. I think there was something wrong with it. But I arrived late on the Friday night, so couldn't do anything about it. The next nights were cooler, so luckily didn't need it too much. I reported this to the staff at reception when I checked out. Room 405.

Friendly staff, central location close to PA hospital and bus stop. Verandah and the breeze that flowed through the unit allowing me not to use air conditioning.

No screens on windows or doors. Bed too big for the room and I couldn't close the bedroom door. Not all under bench lights were operational in kitchen. No salt and pepper though, tea, coffee, sugar and milk was provided. The sofa bed couch was uncomfortable and rolled to the centre. Nothing major really. Many things just slightly wonky. Bed was too firm for me.

Location if you’re visiting loved ones in hospital it’s perfect.

Overall needs an update, Very tired property. Albeit, our rooms were clean, didn’t go into restaurant as was closed. The foyer and lounge at entry all very old and tired. The old gym equipment, not functional, needs replacing all rusted. Look its basic accommodation for what you need if going to hospital. It was secure. Location across from PA hospital. Staff were friendly and clear on instructions and access over Easter weekend.
