The facility is conveniently located if, like me, you were working in the city. It is a short walk to the city and 5 mins walk to BNE Central station. There is a supermarket adjacent to the complex so you can resupply easily.

A minor point, but if it is raining you'll need an umbrella to get to a restaurant. But hey - you've got a kitchen in the apartment so not a big deal.

Location to an event we were attending. Was quieter than I expected given the location. After hours check in and access were explained well. After hours number was quick to respond and sort out our parking issue temporarily.

The apartment was tired and needs updating. The vinyl couch and dining chairs are worn / cracking, one dining chair has a bent leg, the bed needs replacing along with the pillows. The bedroom fan is noisy on med or high. The bathroom cupboards and drawers are all chipped. The rug wasn’t vacuumed. Can’t comment on kitchen, didn’t use it. Our allocated parking space was occupied so parked in a visitor’s spot overnight and the replacement was very tight, the driver in the space next to me wouldn’t be able to get in without damaging my vehicle. We were both parked evenly within our spaces, it’s just tight.

There was no one in attendance when I arrived and I wasn’t able to contact anyone via any of the phone numbers for assistance. Luckily they turned up after 1/2 an hour or so and opened up reception again.

The location was perfect for a family. Literally on top of a woolworths (and coffee shop). Made getting meals and necessities so easy. About a 1km walk to the Queen Street Mall and Riverside ferry if going the long way. Also close to central station, which was easy getting to on the day we went to the Gold Coast, or Boondall for a concert. Our room was clean, some scratches and scuffs but nothing that made our stay unpleasant. Big dining table perfect for meal times. Standard pool and spa, but kids love any pool or spa. Overall, highly recommended this place for families for the pure convenience on location and surroundings.

The balcony… We were on the 22nd floor with a spectacular view. However, with a 20-month-old, I couldn’t help but feel uneasy about a few gaps in the balcony wall. While I doubt anything would have happened, the thought alone was enough to make me cautious. We were always so busy that we didn’t spend much time out there, but I didn’t allow her on the balcony at all.

We had a two bed/2 bathroom apartment. Well equipped. Loved having a balcony outside. Good location, a 15 minute walk to Queen street mall or 10 minutes to the river. Woolworths next door was handy. The pool/spa and gym was great. Reception staff really helpful and friendly. Allowed us to keep our luggage there before and after check in/out and organised a late check out for us which was welcomed! We will be back.

If I was to be picky, our apartment was a little tired, some of the furniture like the dining room chairs which were faux leather were cracked and the main bed frame was worn so probably needs to be replaced but it didn’t impact our stay.

Very central to everything we needed. 3 minute walk to Woolworths, 5 minute walk to Central Station, 15 minute walk to the Valley, 30 minute walk to TK Max. Kitchen with kitchen equipment/dishes was useful, large clean fridge was perfect for all our food and drinks, lounge great to veg out watching Netflix, view was good. And my daughter loved soaking in the bathtub for hours. I really really really liked Albert at reception. Nothing was too much even though I had queries every day. He went above and beyond - the apartments are very lucky to have him as he is made a normal experience to a wonderful experience. Firstly I arrived HOURS early and Albert had the room speed cleaned so I could check in extra early which I did not expect. Treated us with kindness and had a lovely gift for my daughter’s birthday. He upgraded us when the booking wasn’t what was on my app. And he was able to store my luggage at checkout as we still had 7 hours to wander Brisbane. I would stay again. A travel tips: it’s only 1.5hrs to Surfers Paradise beach & shops from Central Station. A easy relaxing train & tram ride for only 50 cents per person! The Valley has 15 nightclubs and bars. TKMax is bargain heaven.

The air conditioner in our bedroom had the brightest light shining, it kept my partner and I awake our entire first night, we had to buy duct tape to cover it for the second night.

Staff were super helpful and great location within walking distance to Fortitude Valley and Harris Wharf. Very roomy. Excellent sound proofing when windows are closed.

Only one air conditioner in lounge and situated on a busy road junction, so can’t sleep with windows open. We left the bedroom doors open.

It was big enough for my family.

It was way too expensive. It would have been great to have the place serviced daily considering the price but this was not part of the deal. There was not enough soap, shampoo or conditioner. The shower did not have good pressure. The TV only offered limited entertainment. Again, considering the price, it was not good.

Quite good and large apartment within the CBD. Perhaps not the most modern furnishing, but ok for sure. Had an initial issue with getting access to the second sleeping room (as we booked for two persons only), but it was quickly solved. Washing machine and dryer were very useful.

The location is convenient and quiet. There are bus stops close by, and the Riverside ferry terminal is about an 8-10 minute walk. The apartment is clean and comfortable. There's a full kitchen, and a supermarket is just downstairs. Ideal for a few days' stay.

There is no housekeeping unless you stay for eight days or more, which is understandable. However, guests are also asked to take their trash out to the garbage room upon checkout. It would feel more welcoming if this could be handled by the staff instead.

The location was great. The rooms all had heatpumps. Clean.

The pool was out of commission and one of the reasons we booked was because we wanted a pool. Nowhere did it state that they were doing work to this. The room was 3 bedroom but it was a bit cramped. The third bedroom is pretty much part of the lounge closed off by rolling doors so you can still hear everything and it's not private. Should really be a 2 bedroom apartment. Generally everything was ok but it had the air of being a bit aged. It was super cold when we stayed there and we pretty much had to have every heater going in every room as it was a south facing apartment it never really saw and direct sunshine. Odd somewhat wide gaps in the balcony area. Would not want small children playing there.

Apartment was in very poor condition, paid a 5 star hotel rate to stay in basically a student accommodation. Apartment had been cleaned well but the general condition is terrible with old and damaged fittings and furnishings throughout, bathrooms are dated and have mould, patio doors locks didnt work which wasnt great with having a young child, light bulbs were out, some kitchen pans broken. Apartment management told us after our cancellation period that the gym and pool were out of action, when they must have known and should say up front in the booking. Would not recommend staying here. I have been using Booking.com for 15+ years and first time I have had such a poor apartment considering the reviews it has.

I liked the location of the apartment as it was in the middle of my two main reasons for visiting Brisbane. The apartment size was excellent and location to CBD, groceries etc was good. The bedroom was excellent in comparison to the rest of the apartment.

The lounge & dinning furniture were sad looking and sagging. The kitchen bench top was burnt, and the bathroom looked outdated and had seen better times. Foxtel didn't work.

It is a great location to explore Brisbane. The highlight for us was the restaurant area Howard Smith Wharves. We did the amazing Story Bridge Adventure Climb only 5 minutes away from the apartment. A car rental station is only 3 minutes away.
