Someone else’s used soap left in the shower. The toiletries provided were half-used. Previous guests food still in fridge. Tried to close the blinds in the living room, half of the blinds were missing. Pool was out of use (and looked like it had been for years) but this was not specified at time of booking. Beds uncomfortable. The entire place was just run-down and not worth the price that we paid for this.

Room 41.. where do I start.
-As soon as we opened the door it smelt like animal poo.
-Our balcony door was broken- there was also toenail clippings on the balcony.
- The facilities weren’t in use.
-The free wifi didn’t work
- Unsure if bedding was clean or washed.. Our parents had blankets with crusty marks and hair stuck to it… we all know what that could be.
- We went to Luke combs concert came home and there was a CAT in our hotel room and cat hair all over the floor.

-Dining table and chairs were broken and TV remote in lounge area was also broken - Lounges were disgusting

I walked in and was amazed at the room size, it didn’t even feel like a hotel room it felt homely.
The location was amazing also and everything was clean. There was even a little visitor in the evening (a cat) that come to the door to say hi. Will definitely be staying here again. 10/10.

It was in Spring Hill and the man at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful

Early check in as advertised on bookings not available, site says from 9am. We requested between 1100 and 1200, no communication on day after message saying we would be advised. Arrived at 1.30pm, ended up being changed in room as "our" room not ready still. Butter knifes were the only cutlery, and limited crockery, lucky we had our picnic bag with us.

We were having a great time.
Unfortunately when we came back to the suite my partner had a very big Tonic seizure.
My mother called the ambulance and my daughter waited for them in the main entrance.
He is fine now.
But we left early in the morning to come back to Bundaberg.

The apartment was filthy. There was rubbish in our allocated carpark when we arrived. The bowls and cutlery still had food on it. The top of the fridge had a layer of dust. There was no spare blankets, no wash cloths or dish cloths. The security latch on the door was broken.

Mould in both the bathroom vents, also we pulled the couch out to sit closer to the tv and a bunch of rubbish was left there.
