The shower door seal was a bit shoddy and caused the bathroom to flood a bit every time we took a shower. Housekeeping was a bit inconsistent, wed ask for our room to be serviced but it wasnt done well, we had to make the beds ourselves and was our own towels.
Also reception closes at 7 so we were checked in by a night auditor. Was friendly but unable to give us an extra key, and also took a photocopy of my credit card which felt very insecure, surely they can do pre authorisations after hours

Sky apartment is AMAZING. If you dont like Heights, I wouldn't book.
Waking up to those views every day was heavenly. The enclosed balcony I loved could still open a window safely. I took my two small grandchildren and daughter so being enclosed,
Children could enjoy it with us, without any safety problems. The pool and spa were perfect, went to spa with kids every night, but they should have used non slip tiles around areas as they are really dangerous (classy) but dangerous . I've travelled a bit and this one was a very memorable stay.
Ps. Bottle shop at entry of the hotel was so handy we were there every night and nicest guy works there.
Also across road was so great!
Although I put a yes on our door to have room cleaned and stocked, it didn't happen sadly in 4 days. Our towels and rubbish piled up and we used our aldi bags for rubbish and tissues for toilet paper. The staff did apologise and tried to ring me later about it but I was going through airport at time so we had to hang up. They said they would call back but didn't. But I don't want this to put anyone off it was an AMAZING stay we had the best time!

Couch and lampshade with stain/rip- apartment did not look at all like the advertised room, in reality space is very tired.
House keeping poor- bed not made, but duvet cover pulled up to create appearance this was done.

Great location for everything, a block from free tram stop, shops on your doorstep, Victoria market, restaurants and more. Property was clean, serviced daily and all staff very helpful and friendly. Facilities - spa, pool, sauna and steam room were fantastic. The biggest spa pool ever! The views are amazing, out across the CBD with no other buildings blocking the view. We were on the 68th floor and absolutely loved it every minute - couldnt be happier!!

facilities such as the tv and phone were broken. first night of the stay we couldnt use anything and just had to stay in the room. the keycard didnt work frequently so the stairs were used to get to our room often. What I didn't like about the property was primarily my interaction with the front desk manager. Their attitude was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. During my check-in, they were curt and unfriendly, which left a negative first impression.
Moreover, when I requested room cleaning services, they were not properly fulfilled. Instead of cleaning my room, the staff simply left a clean room plate on my door handle, which was disappointing given the length of my stay.
The most concerning issue was during my check-out when I followed the hotel's instructions by placing my room key in the mailbox. When I informed the manager of this, they responded in a rude and dismissive manner, questioning my actions and expressing their displeasure.
In the hospitality industry, a welcoming and professional attitude is crucial, and the front desk manager's behavior significantly detracted from my overall experience at the property. While there may have been other aspects of the property that were satisfactory, the manager's attitude overshadowed any positive aspects of my stay.

Spacious, good kitchen, nice view and convenient
Staffs were a bit less attentive and the walls are thin, you can hear noises from the next room very easily.
Lower floors have mostly people renting the place for a longer period. I saw someone having a withdraw and trying to take the elevator back to his room ASAP.
The information given was not up to date, I read from the paper it said I need to reserve to use the swimming pool, but when I go to the reception they just said go in by the room key card.
