The cleaning part is the worse! The apartment needs to be cleaned. We stayed there for 8 days, the cleaners came in for 8 days, 2 days they didn't make up our beds! They only cleaned the bathroom one day before our departure! The manager tried to be apologetic by telling me how sorry he was and he will refund us some money! He didn't refund me anything at the end. How disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this apartment even if it's the last option we will have.

Location was superb. Close to transport, restaurants and Hamer hall where our concert was held. Bed was comfortable and no road noise at all. All our kitchen needs were provided.
The carpet in the room and near the lift looked very tired with pulls threads and holes. The grout beside the bath looked like it needed a good scrub with bleach and there was a fairly substantial stain on the couch.

It's the location that makes this place worth staying at. It was great to be able to duck 'home' in the middle of the day and head out again without effort. The staff were lovely. The bed was comfortable. Despite being in a very busy area, the apartment was very quiet and east to rest in.
There was a bad smell in the carpet as we came out of the lift on level 5. We couldn't determine if it was cat or human pee. Thankfully, it was only in one spot and didn't transfer further down the common hall or into our apartment. The dishes in our kitchen hadn't been cleaned properly by the last guest and seemed not to have been checked. A staff member took them and cleaned them for us without fuss.

The staff were amazing!
There was an issue with my booking where the incorrect dates had been used. On checking it was not an issue at my end. The staff were fabulous and found me another Punt Hill to stay at.
We had real issues accessing the venue when we first arrived - the door code did not work and we had to contact the afterhours number - we were in a sie alley in a cit we didnt know.

Great location, in the heart of the city. The staff were really welcoming and the room was comfortable.
I was initially given an interconnecting room, which as a solo traveller I didn't love. I could also hear the people in the room next to me like they were in the room with me. After a quick chat to the staff, I was able to be moved to a room that didn't have an interconnecting door and felt much safer. Wifi is also pretty dodgy and often dropped out.

Absolutely perfect location (10/10) to explore Melbourne on foot, by tram and other public transportation. It's in the middle of everything, surrounded by great restaurants, cafés and gelaterias. Despite its location in a busy lane it didn't get too loud at night.
The apartment was clean (not serviced daily, thus the good price) and you could get everything you needed by calling or going to the reception, and there was a cabinet with essentials if you needed something outside reception hours. Staff friendly.
There were several things that would need more attention and maintenance (e.g. all taps hard to move, shower door didn't close properly - but bathroom floor remained dry), bottle bar in the fridge broken resp. missing, so bottles could not be stored in the door without falling out when opening the fridge. Light in the rangehood didn't work (not that I would have really needed it). TV remote only worked occasionally because the batteries were only held in place by cellotape. (Will send detailed list to property as soon as I have time for it.)
Bed/mattrass far too soft for me.
While the air in my room was fine, friends who stayed in another room got all the cooking smells from nearby restaurants into their room through the aircondition - which you needed to turn on from time to time because you couldn't open the windows. Quite unpleasant. I would not want to stay in such a smelly apartment.

The location was great, on Flinders Lane next to Degraves Street which I thought would be good, but it was so loud at night. Location is about the only great thing about this hotel.
I received an email the day before check in, where I checked in electronically, including credit card details for incidentals. When we arrived at the hotel, I had to do all of it again. Not sure what the point of the email was. The room was an odd layout, with two single beds in the same room as the living/kitchen and the bathroom with the shower was only accessible by going through the queen bedroom. It was very loud at night. Degraves St is right there, with loud music and revellers well after midnight. We stayed on the fourth floor, didn't make any difference. Then, around 5am the garbage trucks roll in each morning to clean up. That was even louder. I live next to a highway, so a little noise is manageable, this was next level. Would not recommend for that reason.

The hotel, the rooms and the staff are great for the price - stylish, clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic above cafes and close to everything.
The noise! OMG. The garbage trucks at ALL hours of the night and the crazy homeless people screaming obscenities every day from the street flooded into the room. I appreciate the hotel can't control that but the windows are not double glazed or sealed properly and so it was very loud in the room. I did not sleep well the entire stay. A few small other issues in the room (toilet flush had issues, Nespresso machine damaged) but those weren't a big deal. Wifi was a bit dodgy for online meetings but passable for streaming other content.

Great location. Room was spacious. Bed was soft. Everything was clean. I like that you can sit on a couch and watch TV at eye level. Room was really quiet and at the rear of the property. Lots of lighting.
Dishwasher was out of order. Coffee machine started and would not stop running. Parking only for very small cars, so we had to use off site car park and walk with luggage a block and a half.

Location was excellent, as we were in the center of the active part of the CBD. The property was easy to find, and the apartment was spacious. Having a pod coffee machine is lovely first thing in the morning.
The rooms were not clean. Rubbish bin from the last guests had not been emptied in the bathroom, and carpet needed to be cleaned. The draws in the bedroom were broken.
There were many rooms empty in the building, but guests were booked in the room next to ours. These guests were of a free spirit later at night which made sleep difficult for us.

Location and room size was really good
There was a man sleeping on the couch in the lobby on both mornings. Unsure who he was, but he did not have a key or any luggage, was slightly disconcerting.

I guess since it was in the middle of the CBD it wasn’t the quietest and there was an incident where we encountered an angry vagrant was in the lobby

Location was great. Close to eateries and transport.The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable.
Being 74 we would have liked a walk in shower instead of having to climb into the bath to access the shower overhead.

Great location, was short walk to the venue for my meetings and there was lots of options in close walking distance for dinner or drinks.
Dirty run down apartment. Very noisy all night. Shower in bath with water saving shower head. Cheap, poor quality amentities (soap, toilet paper etc). Bad adour in hallway, lift and apartment, The tell you to park at 300 Flinders Street and bring them the ticket so you pay them and they validate it but they charge more than the carpark does (rip off). I would not stay here again, did not enjoy anything about it.

The location is right in the middle of the CBD
It’s a very old property, almost like no windows that you can open. zero view, no room service in 6 nights that I stayed, only a couple of times they just cleared the bins and I think that’s why there are cockroaches in the rooms
