Great layout and use of space and good amount of separation for a studio! We were very impressed by how efficiently it was planned out, rather than walls just being flat in the hall they used them for drawers and space for the microwave. Very creative. The sound proofing was excellent, we never heard another guest or traffic despite facing Archer Street.

We never could get the place cool. When we rang the front desk we told them that despite the room was on 20 and cool aircon it was still hot. They said that it didnt get cooler than 20but it still felt heaps warmer so Im not convinced it was actually working. They were very kind to offer a fan, which helped some, but we woke up uncomfortable multiple times in the night soaked in sweat. Not at all what you would hope when you pay >$200 for a room.

Very clean, friendly staff right from reception. Special mention of the room service lady on the 8th..she was amazing. The location was convenient. They went above what we had anticipated. Provided an extra bed for my son. We also checked in early as the room was ready. Such a relief having arrived very early in sydney.

Great location with easy parking underground with plenty of headroom for larger cars. Well set up unit and good layout .beds comfortable. Staff very helpful.

We had a room next to the lift it was very noisy all night . And the curtains in the living area (where the extra bed is set up) are sheer so it has lights shining through the window all night. Also the curtains in the bedroom did it cover the entire window so it was very bright and made it hard to sleep.

The room smelt badly of cigarettes. It backs on to the inwards goods area for some stores so I was woken at 4.30 by trucks unloading and then later by recycling trucks picking up glass recycling.

Convenient location for dining, shopping and meeting friends. The room was clean and modern though I didn't like the strong smell of the detergent/air purifier.

The validation system of the car park failed multiple times. The fridge door can be set to open on either side. However, it was set on the wrong side which made it difficult to access the inside of the fridge while standing in the kitchen.
