The location couldnt have been any better, very short walk everywhere but really quiet area and no noises at night time. Staff very helpful and friendly. Such a nice place all in all

A great place to spoil yourself especiallyif you plan to explore the sights . lt's newly refurbished hotel. They managed to marry classical features of a grandee's home with modern facilities. We stayed in a rooftop family room, perfectly clean and comfortable. It's within sight of theatre near city's famous centre and minutes walk to historic buildings and churches, cultural events, fabulous shops and other amenities. Lovely staff. Highly recommend you take the breakfast - pricey - is still definitely worth it.

The location of the hotel is good, very close to the centre, restaurants, market. The room was fairly big and clean, and my friend liked the beds as he found them comfortable. The room had a fridge, which is quite rare in other places.
The breakfast is quite expensive. The hotel is fairly old, and the bathroom had a weird smell, even if it was clean. Also don't like the locks at doors, which are open and closed by key and not automatically locking. Probably because the hotel is old. Wish they had liquid soap in the bathroom rather than a solid one. Also, we had a room for 2, but only provided toiletries for one person.

The location is conveniently within walking distance to the town square, and lots of shopping and restaurants. The room is clean, the kids especially enjoyed their own area of the room separated by a curtain.
The floors and walls are thin. We were asked to be quiet as to not wake other guests in the facility. The elevator is very small.

Our room, on the top floor, was small but comfortable and functional. The only issue is it had a sloping roof beside the bed and if you are a tall person you could well hit your head during the night if you got up quickly!
The location could not be better. It is 2 minutes walk to Market Square and the historic town. The breakfast was fine.
We liked everything about the hotel

Clean, excellent staff, very central, right in front of a famous pub. It doesn’t have parking if you’re coming by car, but you can park in other car parks that are bookable like the t’ Zand central car park which is just 10 min walking from the hotel.
Easy check in, until 8pm.
The double bed was actually 2 beds making a large bed, which I never understand in hotels. Other than that, perfect.

Hard to choose, everything was great: the friendliness of the staff, tidiness, location.
A great advantage against most AirBNBs is that you can leave your luggage(in a room at the ground floor) if your room isn't ready even before check in hour.
