Great location within easy walking distance of the station and town. Very comfy room and a fantastic breakfast. Lifts to all floors. Helpful staff and we could leave our bags after check out. Second time back here and we loved it as much as the first time.

The size of the room was very good, the staff was amazing in helping us. The location was very good

The room felt old, the door was hard to close and showering put the entire bathroom under water. We also sadly didn't get our free drink voucher.

Lovely room, and great facilities. Exceptional staff at check-in, Sabine and bar service, Maurizio. Thank you both.

No proper shower in bathroom, required a walk in shower which was a problem.

good location from central parking, near city center room with twin beds looked good, renovated, there was also an Nespresso machine on this room

the room with double bed was on 4th floor and the room for our children with twin beds was on the first floor... Double bed room was really old and not worth the 4*, there was no normal power outlet, the hot water kettle had an 30cm cable and the nearest socket was an 1,5m away... the room was worn out and it didn't look good at all

I liked everything, from the friendly staff to the large comfortable room. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was large and clean. I think it would be a great plus if you had someone to help guests with their luggages, especially if they arrive by car and are using the parking lot, but that is just a suggestion, something that would differentiate NH from other hotels.

Everything was great, clean, staff very polite and helpful. The breakfast is exceptional!

Not exactly a problem as we managed to order Uber eats and get delivered to the hotel, but it would be great to have a few food options (even just some pizza) for room service / bar.

Lovely location, easily accessible from main underground car park. It's our second time at this hotel and would always choose to stay here when we return to Bruges. 10/15 minute walk into Bruges town centre, friendly staff, lovely spacious room.

Wasn't the fault of the hotel at all, but I tried to purchase drinks and snacks from their little shop. The barcode scanner wasn't working and I wasn't able to pay at reception so after a long drive, we had to leave the hotel straight away to go to the shops.

The location was good in terms of distance to the city

The room was not cleaned well! We were given a room on the ground floor that had a bench outside which was 2 meters from the window and had youths sitting on it and making a loud noise until early hours of the morning. Staff did not seemed that bothered when I complained. I understand it is a city hotel but then ask that the city of Brugge does not put a park bench 2 meters from a bedroom window or as a hotel do not put a bedroom in that location!

Comfortable beds

I booked through Booking and when I arrived at the hotel they wanted to charge me a higher price, I pointed it out and they told me to pay on the next day. The next day I paid by creditcard. The same day I recived a notification through booking indicating that I did not shown up at the Hotel, I sent the recipt payment to Booking inmediatly. Now they charge me again at the creditcard wich I made the reservation, but I already paid for my stay. They have been very unpleasant in dealing with this situation, this is a robbery.
