The location of the hotel is spot on! 5 minute walk from Central Station which has local connections all over the city and 5 minutes from local pubs, bars and the Grand Palace. The room was big enough for us both and we slept very well. Ample wardrobe space for us both to fully unpack and the bed was very large and comfortable.
The lack of mirrors in the main bedroom and lighting, some women like to put make up on and I had to use a hand mirror and my phone light to be able to see what I was doing. The screen between the bathroom and bedroom is very unnecessary and it wakes whoever is in bed up if someone goes to the toilet at night and turns the light on. The TV is in French which is fine but would be good if there was an option to log into personal subscriptions. We also found quite a lot black mould behind the curtains. Rm 703.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, the staff was nice and helpful, the breakfast was good, and the location is great. Mostly for tourist, but was also good for me to get to the office, and close to EU district.
The hotel passes as a 3-star hotel. There is no restaurant for lunch and dinner, or a bar which is a shame. The rooms are mediocre. I found that there was a lot of noise coming through the walls. I was right by the cleaners storage room which was noisy in the morning when they started their routines.
The bathrooms need a significant upgrade. There is no plug for female use - e.g. a flatiron etc. Only plugs for a shaver. Very little space for toiletries. The water pressure in my room was very low and it was hard to wash out shampoo and conditioner. In addition, adjusting the temperature was near impossible. The water was either ice cold or burning hot. It took forever for the water to get warm, and when it finally did it was scolding, any minor adjustments turned it instantly ice cold.

The location is very close to all the attractions which was both good and bad. Good in the sense that everything was steps from the hotel. Not so great in the sense that it was near a busy street that was very noisy, especially at night. The property was clean and the breakfast was good quality with good variety.
The mattress was flat out awful. Very uncomfortable for a side sleeper. The windows didn't keep out much noise from the traffic. It was very noisy at night with loud cars and motorcycles speeding by a half a block away. As a result I didn't get very good sleep for the 2 nights I was there. The room was small but worked fine for one person.

The room didn't have a working heating system so it was very cold. We did complain and we were given a plug in heater which was great. they sorted the issue out immediately but I wonder if we had checked in later after 5pm if this would be the case. The lamp also did not work so it seemed the electrics were dodgy.
They did not clean the floor so well and we were given 1 toilet paper only. The staff however, sorted all the issues out very well but for the price i was expecting better room. Also little noisy you could hear the cars, people etc it needs a revamp

The location was near Central station, lots of cafes and bars nearby. The receptionist was friendly and we were allowed to check-in 2 hours early. The room was a reasonable size and comfortable. The bathroom was a decent size and everything was fine. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room. Was able to check out online.
Air conditioner was off so the room was a bit too warm for me and it was noisy with the window open. Shower was fine but over the bath, I prefer a walk in shower.

Ever since the energy crisis of 2022, some four star-hotels have turned off the aircon in the entire hotel. Even though electricity prices are back to normal, this hotel does that too, unfortunately, to increase their profit margin. When I asked reception whether the aircon could be turned on, the staff replied that it's still off because of winter (it was half May) and she knows it's warm but nothing could be done. We had to open the window, which was annoying because it was a very noisy Saturday night, with sirens and drunk people screaming outside. I think it's outrageous that a four star hotel advertises aircon and then turns it off, but still charges over 150 euros for one night without breakfast. I won't stay at nh again.

The bathroom is old and not very clean (with some black mould). It is shower in the bath, with partially anti-slippery mattress on the bottom of the bathtub. The space is small, without handle to grip. Very inconvenient shower. I fell down badly inside the bathtubs the last night of stay. Not at all recommended for kids or old people.

We reserved our room on Booking.com platform, it was stated that the premises is a fully air conditioned hotel. This was the 3rd NH hotel that we've stayed in on our trip. The previous 2 hotels were entirely satisfactory.
Firstly, we encountered 2 staff members who were unprofessional and arrogant, making us feel very unwelcomed.
Firstly, we requested a 2 singles- beds room during our reservation with booking.com. However, we were given a room with 1 double bed. Hence, we requested for a change at the reception. The front desk staff was rude in her interactions and simply accused us for not specifying our room requests during the reservation. We were eventually given an old and stuffy room with 2 single beds. The room had an aircon unit which was not functioning. We clarified the air con situation with the staff members. A female staff told us the air con system was under repair, they are unsure when it will be fixed. After much discussion, she claimed that she could give us a stand-alone air-conditioner. Upon receiving it, the so-called stand-alone AC is merely an old and noisy standing fan. We have no choice but to open the windows to induce the outside air to cool the room but remained very uncomfortable as the cold air is unconditioned (humid and dusty). That also led to traffic noises as the room is just beside a busy road, and it has seriously affected our rest the whole night.
The next day, we requested to relocate to a quiet room with 2 single beds. Again, we asked whether the AC has been fixed. However, this time, we were informed by another female staff member that the AC would only be switched on in the summer, and it is the standard practice/protocol of this hotel. Within 2 days, we received 2 completely different explanations about the AC, very unprofessional! After much discussion, we were given another 2 single beds room (still non- air conditioned) and gave us complimentary breakfast.
Alas we were left with a bitter taste in our mouths.

The hotel is located a few blocks from Brussels Central Station, less than 5 minutes walk. From there you can easily walk to the centers of interest. The wi fi works without problems. The staff at reception were very attentive and patient with my questions.
I would have liked the fitness center to open a little earlier, due to my work schedule there. But it served to have the opportunity to go running in the Brussels Park, which is located in front of the Royal Palace.

The sound insulation of the room is very very poor. I could hear the neighbours and was woken up by the noise of the cleaning staff who were cleaning the room next to me.
They had turned off the AC centrally which made it impossible to make my room less warm and more comfortable.
