The surroundings are very pretty with a lot of greenery and great view. It's out from the city center but not very far away; easy to reach by car.
There is no lift to the breakfast area, only stairs. It's not very convenient with a trolley and a small baby. The pool and spa area was very crowded and noisy. And for some reason, the staff in the spa area are very unfriendly to compare to the rest of the resort. But we somehow expected as we saw previous reviews, some wrote "don't choose this accommodation if you're going for the spa".

*no lift (they gave us a room on the 4th floor) *no water ( 22:30 no water, when calling the reception they said its sth cos of the spa centre and should be fixed soonit took them 1h) *no electricity ( Monday morning when you think for 4 start Hotel at least you can work, nahno electricity for 3h ) *no paved road leaving to the hotel - god damn it people when building those hotels, pave a freaking road to it!!! *very poor breakfast! The room was comfortable and we have everything we need for our stay for 3 nights.
There is small kitchen equipped, bathroom with great soap and shampoo ( spa flavour). The breakfast was great with a lot of choice, everyone can found something that he like .For the kids there is a rope park very nice for extra charge .
The outside Poole was very cold , but dont worry we go into the inside pool and very enjoy ( but it was nice if the water will be more warm )
The room carpet was not clean .

Cons: The fact that there was a kid's camp during almost all our stay made it a bit too noisy and not relaxing enough for us, there was no AC in the rooms and the fact that our room was with pitched ceiling also wasn't really appreciated.

The view from my room was nothing short of awe-inspiring. The window opened up to a panoramic tableau of towering trees, their verdant canopies extending as far as the eye could see. The staff is kind and friendly.
In the room there was no AC and we could not sleep properly during the day. The outside swimming pool is really small and there are no more than 20 sunbeds and umbrellas which is far from sufficient as all hotel rooms were occupied for the weekend.

Hotel facilities are great. Small indoor pool is nice with different sauna rooms in the spa area. Apartments are spacious Good breakfast including fresh vegetables and fruits. Location is a bit far from city center yet walking distance to hiking or biking trails leading to forest and mountains. Staff was very professional & responsive to any requests.
Rooms are a bit run down. Weak WiFi in rooms. Having no air conditioning during summer nights is ok but during the day & afternoon it might be problematic. Outdoors adventure park costs extra, I would expect it to be complementary for hotel guests.

Wooden interior looks cozy.
There is no air-conditioning in the rooms! We stayed in not very hot days, and still it very hot and uncomfortable in the rooms.
Part of the rooms have "view" on the parking, which is very unpleasant.
Pools are very small.
Outdoor pool is not heated, not possible to swim even in hot days.
There is no children playground! At all! Park with climbing wall etc is extra charged and children are not allowed to use half of it's facilities!
Spa is average and overcrowded. During our stay ceiling in one of the saunas fall down and damaged visitors!!
Buffet breakfast is rather basic and is repeating every day. A la carte restaurant is pricey and not tasty at all.

The breakfast included in our stay was OK.
We stayed for one night on our way from Greece. The hotel is in serious need of renovation. The walls were dirty, the room smelled like smoke from the chimney inside of it, the bathroom smelled of urine and we had no shower curtain, resulting in a huge mess in the bathroom after we showered. The entrance looked as if it was forced with a crowbar, you could see the signs on the door (hence the door barely closing and locking).
As the weather was rainy, we decided to have diner in the hotel restaurant, and order from the a la carte menu. Out of what we ordered (I cant speak for the entire menu), the schnitzel was OK, but I had an unpleasant surprise with the ribs. You could see they freeze the food, because the grease on the ribs was cold and solidified.
They offer free wifi but its very slow.
Honestly cant see how this is a 4 star hotel.

Staff was very welcoming, helpfull and pleasant. The hotel itself is nicely designed and organised. Spa area is pleasant and clean (tiles around the pool are very slippery but there is a non-slippery mats almost all over). Pretty huge variety at the breakfast.
Altough the rooms are clean and nice, they should be renovated in the near future. There are signs of aging and decay.
There were no water cups in spa area, if you wanted to have some water you must've bring your own bottle.

Although delicious, food is expensive and if prepaid has very little choice (literally 7/8 meals) which is ridiculous for 4 star hotel. The breakfast was the worst I ever had at a hotel. We saw what the dinner looked like and we were relieved we did not book all inclusive. Additionally we wanted to eat at the restaurant once for dinner, but half of the things in the menu were not available and the prices were too high for the quality they offered. That is why we preferred to eat outside were the food was amazing. If we stay again, I would book it without any food.
