We had half board and the food was simply delicious and varied. The facilities were nice, a little crowdy at times but not all the time. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The people from reception, from the restaurant and spa need mentioning, they made our stay relaxing and fun. The rooms were clean. Parking is big enough and close. Location was good, not too far from the ski slopes or the center.
The mattress was a little bit too hard for my taste, but that's not enough to spoil the vacation. Also some of the furniture was a little too worn, but not a turn off as well.

Personnel was helpful always smiling, very kind especially girls in the restaurant. Location is good too, short walk away from Main Street. Breakfast was tasty.
Everything is outdated, broken or very dirty. I would not this experience count even a good value for money, because it is not worthy. Starting with swimming pool - bottom of it all broken, after swimming I came with cuts on my feet, water very dirty and with enormous amount of bleach(which I don’t think is measured by the standards), jacuzzi- broken, not working, some parts of it even melted, wires going out, dirty. Spa center - steam bath not working properly too, while you are relaxing you can hear canalisation rumbling (like they are having a dragon in basement or so) so no much of relaxation, the only proper place from all relaxation facilities is sauna.
Rooms - haven’t seen so dirty three star hotel room, not to talk about four stars… a huge disappointment, there was mould all over bathroom, spider webs around every corner and ac. There were even mould on pillow cases and pillows.
Second day in, we asked housekeeping to change our towels, the answer we got was shocking: “ there are no clean towels, we can take dirty ones but you should leave for yourselves some, because we won’t change to a new ones”.
Hotel maybe 15years ago was worth four stars and was nice, but now I would never come back to it, nor would recommend it to anyone.

This is not a 4 star hotel. The facilities are aweful. Swimming pool is small and tiles missing around and inside the pool.
The jacuzzi is very old, damaged and the jets don’t work.
Steam room was decent and the two saunas.
The rooms are unhygenic.
There is nothing to like about this place. Not even close to the Gondola. A taxi from the Gondola cost us 15 Leva

exactly what was expected of a hotel. convenient and perfect value for money. breakfast is sufficient & dinner is top notch. bar staff is pleasant and fast as well as reception.
triple room was a bit small, however we were told at the reception this is already a better room (we had 3 proper beds instead of sofa bed)
main complain we had is the cleanliness of the room after cleaning was done(on daily basis)... they wouldn't take the used glasses out or dirty mugs. also the fridge when working was very very loud! once we wanted to see whats up we found flocks of dust in the ventilators. the bathroom itself needed more thorough cleaning. stains on the carpet. they wouldn't refill the shower gel/ or ear buds..
since we came there for skiing we were coming to the breakfast for the opening. noticed that every other day 7.30breakfast is still not ready nor open. on a Saturday a lady was opening breakfast alone so she was very late - considering Saturday is also the busiest day of the week for the hotel i found it almost rude. as i said mainly the cleanliness was lacking

The breakfast was excellent!
The beds were very comfortable.
The steam bath at the spa wasn’t operational during our stay.
Also when we inquired for a massage the receptionist told us that they only have one associate so it would be impossible for two persons to book at the same time and the only availability was too early and we would have to sacrifice time on the ski resort which was the main reason of our trip. Thus we didn’t try the massage.
Nothing serious but a little disappointing for a hotel with spa on its name.
Another thing was the in between cleaning…they only rearranged the linen on the beds. They didn’t bother to change the shampoo bottles nor the drinking water bottles.

The water in the pool was too warm for us and jacuzzi was simply hot (I could only stay there for a couple of minutes) but that’s because they use hot mineral water for both.

Breakfast was great, varied and tasty. I have been to sauna and pool an hour before closing time, so I had it all to myself and loved it! Furniture in the room was outdated and bed a bit hard for our taste, however it was all clean. Overall it is good value for the price you pay.

The pictures on the site didn't match the reality. They may have been taken 20 years ago when the hotel was new and clean. Now there were spider webs all around the hotel and balconies, dust on every surface and even cockroaches. We had paid for breakfast which was disappointing. There were only three things to choose from and even those didn''t taste good. The spa wasn't very clean either.

Clean, food is perfect, overall for the price they offer it's definitely worth it
The gym definitely needs renovation and perhaps considering adding a party area (billiards, ping pong, etc.)

The food in the restaurant was very delicious, the included breakfast and dinner were büfett style. The Sauna was good and the pool was not too bad, it was a little small and very shallow (only 110cm deep across).
The bathtub was cracked and fixed in a very unsightly way with glue smeared all over the crack, there was also no way to fill it up due to a missing plug (in all the rooms). The temperature of the pool wasn't high enough considering it's a Spa complex, the jacuzzi was a bit dirty and also not worm enough, some days the staff did not turn it on until 12:00. The overall quality of maintenance was poor, doorknob very loose and wobbly, carpet was torn in some spots and patched up. The Gym is basically nonexistent, there are 4 bikes and one machine, only 3 dumbells each a different weight. Lastly I did not like the keycard system because nothing is working if you are not in the room, you can't leave the A/C on to warm the room when you are not there, in some other complexes with a similar system at least the A/C can be kept on for some amount of time.

The staff and the one sauna, that was operational. Breakfast also was pretty much okay
Fitness is simply nonexistent, 1 gladiator, 1 bike and few light dumbbells. The Finnish sauna was in repairs and the relax zone was small, wet beds and permanent condensation. The pool was heavily chlorinated

Location, room size, and hotel location. We like the breakfast and hotel facility the most.
It's not big deal, but our bathroom door was locking completely, so we needed stuff to open it (as I mentioned not big issue, but still can be uncomfortable)

The hotel offered Christmas dinner that was good.
Rooms radiator does not working and they gave me an electric warmer. House keeping has threw out some of my thing and hotel didnt take a responsibility about it. After speaking with reception about it he said at he dont know anything. Water was not warm and the room was cold. Breakfast was also served cold that was not good.

The breakfast and dinner buffets had a great selection of food options that changed every day. The hotel has a shuttle to the main gondola, which runs every 30 minutes. The ski rental in the hotel was super convenient. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to check out the spa and swimming pool areas.
The breakfast could have been a bit earlier, so that we could catch the first shuttle to the gondola.

when we go in room it was cold. central heating was not working and HVAC was not work in one of rooms. So I ask reception and they provide heater. to worm up both rooms take 24 hours and after that was OK. also water in swimming pool was cold during day

Polite staff, cheap prices at the hotel bar.
The breakfast was mediocre with low quality products. The pool was not hot and the hamam was out of use. Our room had a constant noise, like it was next to the boiler. The first day our room was boiling hot, like we had to open the windows because it was unbearable. The two out the three nights we stayed there the was no hot water, not even lukewarm, it was ice cold(but that kind of fixed the temperature in the room).

Very nice facilities with a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and indoor pool. The rooms were also very nice and cozy and well heated, it's around 20 minutes walk a bit uphill to the Gondola but there is a free shuttle a few times in the morning and in the afternoon back.
The staff were not great, some receptionists were nice but the driver of the shuttle bus is a very miserable and rude person, would rather walk. We also had to change rooms because the bath was leaking but they changed the room quickly for us no problem. Overall some of the receptionists and the driver need to be nicer to the guests but apart from that it's a great hotel and a great value for money.
