it was warm and clean. The receptionist are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a private bus that can take you to the ski center for free.
The restaurant and the food. We ordered a dinner and waited for 90mins without getting anything. the waiter was saying its ready its ready but we never actually received the food. Breakfast is 2/10.

Fresh modern condo. Though it was not in center, it took 15 min walk to get there. The apartment was clean, check in fast and staff nice.
Water drain in bathroom didn’t work at all!! When shower was taken the water was everywhere, even in room.

well located to visit Bansko. you can park inside the resort. around 15min by foot to the city center. swimming pool in August was open.
appartment not well maintained. a lot of equipements were broken ie: microwave, doors to open, in the bathroom you need to open a hole on the floor otherwise you have water everywhere in the appartement. there was a dirty bird nest at one window. towels not so clean.

There was a man and a woman working at the reception during the day who where really nice and friendly. When I complained about the dirt in the apartment, he organized the cleaning staff for the next day.
Apart from the group of young people staying there its is very calm at night. It is 3 minutes walking to the city park which is nice. And the distance to the city center is also okay (10-15 min walking).
We had a look at the studio and tbh I wish I would have booked that insteat of the appartment! The studio was very spacious and good priced. So I would recommend you rather this than booking the 2-bedroom-appartment.
The staff at night was the opposite: Not very accommodating or cooperative.
The pool, spa and the restaurant where closed when we stayed there, but the price was the same as it was high season. There was a group of very young people (erasmus) who where sitting outside, drinking, talking, yelling till sometimes 3 or 4 o'clock at night. So we couldnt really sleep and the guys at the reception didnt understand our complaint (we felt more that we disturb them in their cigarette break).
The appartment itself is totally overpriced. the furniture is very worn, When we arrived there were lots of (dog-) hairs on the sofa, smoked cigarettes from the previous person were on the balcony and a weird smell from the drain. The bathroom is so annyoing as there is no curtain around the shower - so everytime you shower the whole bathroom (including the toilet) is wet.
The beds are super soft, there is a damp smell in the bedrooms and the curtains are transparent - so its never dark in the sleeping rooms.
Although the two people at the recetption are really nice and helpful I wouldn't stay here again. The complex has some potential and a renovation would probably justify the price. Right now I cannot really recommend to stay here for long, sorry :/

It was clean, warm and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The staff was polite. There is a parking in the hotel.
There wasn't a fridge in the room. I would prefer a shower not a bathtub in the bathroom. Also, there was not a window in the bathroom and the fan didn't work. The water in the pool was cold and we were extremely disappointed, because the main reason we booked this hotel was the indoor pool.

The apartment was spacious and warm, the spa services were very good, the staff friendly and kind. There is a shuttle to the ski gondola.
The appearance of the rooms is slightly outdated. The room was not cleaned during the 4 days (the trash was picked up once), but maybe because it was New Year's Eve. Breakfast and dinner quite modest.

Breakfast was not the great but enough if you judge from the price you paid. All the reviews should be in accordance with payment. More variety can be a bonus for them. Unfortunately for them, the complex was not full.
More variety, more cleanliness on the tables. Improve the juice quality. Improve the quality of the meat - but again if we judge from the price perspective everything was ok ! We will be back there in the future of course.

SPA facilities were good.
We stayed at the building 1, where the reception is. It is a bit old building and furniture and bathroom is a bit old. Every time when we had a shower the water was leaking to the floor.

Bathroom was really awful. Water leaking from the tap .No spot for hanging the towel , no spot to put any stuff ( unless in the floor ) . I was thankful there was a hot water . Breakfast is very poor . Our kettle was so dirty inside , that it wasn’t possible to use it . There is an entrance to the spa/swimming pool that is close to the apartments , but it is closed , so u have to go around , and when it is cold outside it isn’t very pleasant , especially when u go back to the apartment

The location is far from..everything and at night if you went outside of the complex it was a very dark and shady area. The food is very poor, you have at most 2 options to choose from both for dinner and breakfast. Tasteless to the point that it's not eatible. The water in the pool is cold you can't stay more then 10-15 min in it.
The rooms look very old, and they for sure need a refurbishment.

The location of the boiler in the bathroom was very bad, you practically sneaked to the sink. Also, the shower curtain is very worn and very smelly.
Throughout the apartment there is a lingering smell, probably of cigarettes.

Even if in the beginning, they gave us a room that had a horrible smell of mold and tobacco, after I have notify them about this thing, they have managed quickly to switch our accommodation to a nice apartment.
The new apartment that they offered us was , unfortunately, near to another apartment were the lady from there had cooked all day and all the food smell entered into our apartment ( literally all of it because their ventilation pushed the smell into ours). For the spa area and pool, this location is separately from others. They don't give you towels or shoes. You exit wet from the pool in a minus temperature to return to your location.

Very nice hotel, comfortable and cozy. We haven't had a problem with hot water, the room and hotel was hot even though the temperature outside was below 0. The food is great, the breakfast and the dinner was great and definitely a good valley for your money.
The pool and the hotel are not connected with the hot line. It is a problem when is cold outside.

I am satisfied with my stay at the hotel. However - there is no elevator and had to carry the heavy suitcase to the 3rd floor. All door handles and sink were loose - a bit of adjustment is needed.
Food was generally good - 3 types of salads, 3 types of main dish, 1 soup.
The spa starts from 15 to 20 - a indoor pool, a steam bath and a sauna. Generally clean.

We enjoyed the wellness and spa center. The apartment was a great size and comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen as well.
We didn't have internet in the room even the staff tried to resolve the issue. Also the bathroom smelled a bit more cleaning it will be great.
