The only thing which deserves praise is the friendly staff and good breakfast!

The Hotel has been 4-stars probably when has been built! It looks very "rusty", the room was above the expectations for such kind of hotel! The equimpent was very old , there were signs from cigarettes on the carpet and on the wall, the bathtub was dirty, the bathdoor couldn''t close at full! The room need refreshment urgently! There wasn't view to the mountain!

The hotel is really outdated and it's definitely not a 4 stars hotel. The breakfast was disappointing. No toilet paper in the room. The room was not clean.

The breakfast was very good and the location was good to,near the centar of the old town.Near by is the beautiful park with a small lake.

They should keep more clean in the rooms,bathroom and all environment.The water in the pool was very cold ,and we couldn't use the pool and spa the first day of our stay.Also their is a billiard table in the hall,but it is not free of charge.You should pay for it.

Certainly not a 4 stars hotel, but a good 3 stars one. Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms, with adequate beds and large bathrooms. Polite reception stuff that speak Greek language and overall good breakfast, a very nice bar that serves drinks and coffee until 23:00 and very pet friendly. The temperature was more than enough and hot water was always present. Easy parking near the hotel, in a quiet neighborhood, not very far from the city centre. Good and free WiFi everywhere.

The hotel desperately needs a renovation and some serious restorations and the rooms need a phone and some furniture fixes. Amenities are not provided, unless asked for and payed extra. We had to pay 15 euros for our pet. The pool water was not warm enough and there was not a single chair or table on the balcony. The price was rather expensive and not VFM.

The hotel is close to the city centre, has a free shuttle to gondola & skiing area, offers skiing equipment for rent on site. The staff was kind and at our service. We had breakfast and diner, both had great options for every taste. Room was spacious, clean, with everything we needed. Heating was amazing. Spa was good and clean too, with many options - pool, hiacuzzi, two saunas, tapiddarium, steam bath.

The only minus for us were uncomfortable beds, and we prefer warmer water in the pool.

Very good price for a 4 stars during winter season. So... The deco is a bit oldy, the room รฉquipements are a bit oldy, the breakfast is all you can eat but with low food, etc. It depends what you are looking for... I had a really great time. I will definitly come back.

Iโ€™ll start by saying that before our stay, I couldnโ€™t understand why the reviews were so mixedโ€”some as high as 9 or 10, and others as low as 1. But after our stay, it all made sense. The staff were polite, and the food was very good and varied, even though the hotel was nearly empty during our visit. The room was clean and spacious enough for a family with two adults and two young children (aged 3 and 6). However, thatโ€™s about all the positive things I can say.

There was a terrible smell coming from the bathroomโ€”so bad that we had to go out and buy an air freshener. We ended up covering all the drains (sink, floor, and bathtub) with plastic bags and kept both the balcony and room doors open constantly just to air out the space. There was also visible mold in the bathroom, and the door was defective. The main room door had clearly been broken before our stay and was poorly repairedโ€”it didnโ€™t feel secure. The pool water was cold for two out of the three days of our stay. Only on the third day was it warm enough to enjoy. We couldnโ€™t adjust the temperature in the room at all because the thermostat was broken. We had only two options: completely off or constantly on. With it off, the room was freezing; with it on, the temperature climbed to 30ยฐC. We managed to find some balance by sleeping with the balcony door slightly open. Weโ€™re returning to Bansko this summer, but we wonโ€™t be staying at this hotel againโ€”despite the good food, clean rooms, and polite staff.

Breakfast was nice, spa center (the part that was working) was fine. Location is ok, near to the center of Bansko. Room was big enough, but no air conditioning.

We had reservation for room with balcony but when we entered there was no balcony. I went to the reception to ask, the receptionist told me that thatโ€™s our room. She suggested to use public balcony (photos below). When we arrive and enter the room, the door was broken, bit it was resolved quickly. There was no fridge in room too. The pool is quote small and there is no enough chairs around the pool.

You get what you paid for. Itโ€™s definitely not 4 start, its very weak 3* , restaurant is only 2*. Not the best cleaning service . Swimming pool is just joke, the guy who will be on the desk will be keep switching off jacuzzi, and telling you off about everything. The swimming room is full of mould. Sauna is not hot. Staff is unwelcoming.

The young receptionist, the restaurant staff and bar staff were very kind and helpful. Food was also good, with a nice selection. The location is ideal for families because there is lovely park directly behind the hotel.

It really needs an upgrade. Bathrooms had a funky smell. The doors felt like you could kick them down with a kick.

This is the second year in a row that we have been guests of the hotel. The hotel is in a great location for those who came to rest during the summer period and want to take advantage of the benefits that Bansko offers as a settlement - good food, good cultural content, festivals, hiking tours in the mountains. The hotel has all the amenities that a **** hotel should have. Of course, the price difference from a 4* hotel indicates that the service and quality is not at that level. But who doesn't mind, I think that the price-offer ratio is more than worth and for recommending.

During the summer, the hotel accepts tours with a large number of children. Of course, the children are not the problem, but the parents or educators who, as teenagers, know to buy drinks in the market and drink in the evenings, and that they are too loud in the space for joint gatherings. And that's under your balcony. Those on duty at the reception should pay attention to that.

The location is good and the massage was good and the lady was very polite

I've been there a year ago and they've deffenetely downgraded their value. We've booked two rooms, in both of them the air conditioning was not working. After telling them 2-3 times they've looked into it. In one of the rooms, it was fixed in the next day. In the other room, it was not fixed during our stay, with no apologies and no compensation. Also, the shower was broken in my room.

The most amazing service (for Bulgaria) we have ever received! Perfect green area, well maintained and clean facilities and perfect location. The food was delicious + the coffee for breakfast was espresso type. The swimming pool and SPA are decent and the play room for kids is totally fine. We were amazingly happy to have most of the Jazz Festival in front of our balcony (as it was situated in the nearby park ). I truly recommend this hotel for people who are warm hearted and not that picky, as this place accommodates great times with beloved ones, not only bodies ;) See you again for Christmas! The breakfast was standard fare. Room was large and OK for the most part. Good size balcony. Staff was very accommodating to our requests.

The hotel was not ready for the large number of guests attending breakfast, so coffee mugs run out after the first hour. The room refrigerator was small and lacking a freezer. No coffee table between the balcony chairs and lack of privacy from the neighboring balconies.

Located close to the city center. I participated in competition and it was very convenient to reach start area. Place is quite and close to a nice park.

I don't know about other rooms, but in the room 308, where I was staying, when taking a shower, the water flows by bath side to the floor. So there is a puddle in the middle of the bathroom after every shower.
