Everything was exceptional!I canโ€™t praise enough Mr Angelov for the warm welcome.We had a terrible journey and everything was prepared for to the last detail to feel like home and be welcomed like by a family.It was very,very clean and very cosy.The view from the terraces is amazing.Just make a such a difference to wake up to such a view!We had our appartement cleaned daily and change bedding every 3 days!It was the best of both words-living in a hotel in the comfort of a spacious apartment.The size was perfect for 5 of us.The neighbourhood is great- walking distance from great restaurants,coffee shops,supermarket,historic landmarks,shops.Big shopping mall in 20 minutes walk.One of the biggest bonuses is reserved parking space outside the entrance of the building!iIt just ticked all the boxes for us for comfort,location and cleanliness.We canโ€™t wait to come back!It was great and memorable experience

I Will mention it because maybe someone will find as a disadvantage,but it wasnโ€™t for us .There is no lift in the property and we were on the 4th floor.But I believe if you struggling to climb stairs or having push chair to carry will be an issue.For us was ok as we had the most amazing view from there and I would never used the lift anyway.Even when we visit again I would insist for having the same apartment if available regardless!

Location was perfect - right in the midst of the trendy Kapana neighborhood and a stone throw away from the old town and the city center. The space was immaculately clean, spacious, perfect for a family of 3 or 4. The owner saved a parking spot for us in front of the building for an additional fee but a guaranteed parking is priceless in this area. WiFi was excellent and the overall space was functional.

The bathroom is small and there was a smell coming from the sewages but we kept the door closed and it didn't bother us much.

The location was great, right in the center of Plovdiv. The apartment was clean and even if we stayed just for two nights someone came for cleaning while we were out. The staff was very nice.

We had to pay additionaly 20 euros for the parking, no bill was offered for this. There was a strange smell at the bathroom.

The location is superb. The apartment - too. It's everything you need for one ot two nights stay in Plovdiv. The rooms are big, the beds - comfortable and the balcony is nice. True, it might get a little bit loud in the night but, hey, you're where the night life is happening. And the host was so polite and possitive.

The shower enclosement is small, so you have to be carefull not to take it down. Also - there is no elevator. It was not a problem for me, but if you have problems with the mobility or you have to carry up a stroller, it might be tricky.

We absolutely loved our stay in the apartment. It was spacious and with all the facilities you might need for a short as well as for a long stay. Personal was also very helpful and nice. Cod for the baby was already prepared, even though we booked in the last moment!

The location was excellent - near to the historical part of the city and the center of the city(walking distance) The restaurants were across the street as well as a lot of shops to buy food and do the shopping or enjoy the evening on glass of vine and have an extraordinary time with your friends and family

1.There is no assigned parking - even though you pay for parking spot you might not have anything available when you are back to the hotel(so do not pay for the parking) 2. The staff is very friendly , but useless - when we came the internet was not working and still not working during our stay(3 nights - 4 apartments) We notified the front desk and the answer was " We have been told the internet is working" - they never try to investigate where is the problem and fix it. 3. For 4days/3nights - no housekeeping or garbage pick up 4. No front desk service on Sunday 5. No clear instructions how to check out (it was Sunday) - I must call the contact number to get some information.

Right in the middle of the Kapana district, walking distance to everywhere. Good air conditioning and bedroom at rear nice and quiet. Staff gave us a SIM card for our ipad when the Wi-Fi didnโ€™t work.

Car parking is a bonus in this area but only if you donโ€™t plan to move your car whilst you are there. It is on street outside the apartment but move it and you lose it!

Great location in on the edge of Kapana, quiet at night. Owners arranged a taxi for us when we told them that we had to leave to catch a train early on Sunday morning which was nice of them. Fresh towel and a bity of a clean each say which was a pleasant surprise.

I thought I had booked one of the apartments with a large outdoor terrace but we ended up with a small balcony described as a terrace but this was a minor issue.

The location was very convenient for exploring the local pubs, restaurants and historical/cultural sites; The bed was very comfortable and the facilities were more than adequate. The staff were friendly and welcoming, also quick to respond to questions through the booking app. Definitely recommend if you're looking to stay for sightseeing or just to take in the atmosphere of the Kapana district.

Minor inconvenience but important to note - the bathroom floor could get rather slippery when wet, so, if possible, guests could bring some rubber slippers to mitigate that; for room use there are disposable slippers provided by the property.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful and has a wonderful location. Even though it is in the heart of Kapana, the bedroom is located in the back side of the apartment and is very quiet. I would recommend also paying extra for a parking space as it is totally worth it.

The living room is quite bright at night, because there are no thick curtains, but the host was quite helpful and managed to temporarily solve the problem with extra covers he put on the windows

The main thing about this place is the location, right in the heart of the lovely old town. The appartment itself was spacious and well equipt, including an electric stove, a washer/dryer and a medium sized fridge. There also was a nice small balcony right above the street. Toilets and shower were clean and in great condition. The parking spot is right infront of the building.

The folding sofa bed wasnt very comortable.

Lovely place! We stayed over New Year's Day. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The flat is fully equipped and has everything necessary in terms of amenities. The bedroom had a spacious terrace and there is also a balcony overlooking one of Kapana's streets. The flat is really quiet even when there are parties happening at surrounding restaurants and bars. And there are quite a few of these in the area offering a variety of drinks and tasty dishes.

We went there with my little daughter and my mother. The host was really, really nice and helpful, we are thankful for that. The location also was perfect - just inside the "Kapana" - close to everything! Aside from that, the value for money was not satisfactory. I would expect much more for the price of 4 starts they have. Also, you have to pay extra 20lv/day for parking in front of the hotel, bear in mind. No one came on the 2nd day (3 days, 2 nights there) to change the trash bins or to give us more toilet paiper (left 3 people with only 1 roll). And talking about how clean it was - I had a huge spider web under my bedside locker + it was with drink's stains on it. The hot water in the boiler finishes for 10 mins max. The sofa bed in the living room was not very uncomfortable, but all the pillows were not good. Also the linen was with stains. Wouldn't come again.

The apartment was great and very well - equipped, especially the kitchen section. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, just what you need if you plan to walk around the city center by foot or you are with a small child. Also the host was really nice and welcoming, he even preheated the apartment prior to our arrival. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back! :)

The only issue when you are in such a central spot, in the middle of largo streets that are only meant for walking, is the parking. Even though you can reserve a parking spot keep in mind that the streets are very narrow and the available spots are too. Our car is a little bigger than average so it was quite the challenge to park in those streets. However, we were not even charged for a parking place by the host as there were none available in front of the building. There is a paid garage parking nearby which could be used.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. It's located right in the city center, close to restaurants, walking areas, and major tourist attractions, which made getting around very convenient. The room had everything we needed.

Unfortunately, the noise level was quite high. It was impossible to sleep with the window open due to the street noise, and the air conditioner was also quite loud, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, parking was a challenge โ€“ it was hard to find a spot, and the area is in a paid parking zone, which costs 20 BGN per day.

Shower is one of the silly central drain in the middle of the bathroom ones - not a problem, I just donโ€™t get why this is a thing

Ut is a small issue, especially in the middle of Kapana of Plovdiv, but climbing stairs was tiresome
