It was very clean. Obviously a bit old furniture and flooring, but bathroom was squeaky clean indeed. It has parking, which a great convenience. It's a good value for the money though!

The staff is friendly and hardworking. Very clean room. 24-hour reception. The hotel has 3 dedicated parking spots, but it was easy enough to find free street parking next to the hotel.

The breakfast was disappointing. It was 8 BGN per person, and the quality of ingredients used was very low. Our room was facing the street, and the sound of the traffic (even with the window closed) was noticeable and made it hard to sleep well. At least they are honest and upfront about this in the hotel description. Not all rooms face the street. The location is too far from the pedestrian area/old town. About 25 minutes walking.

This is a good hotel with good sized rooms and comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful. About fifteen minutes on foot from both the railway station and the city centre

The walk from the station is not pleasant due to the volume of traffic and the poor state of the pavements. Breakfast was not the now standard buffet but a menu card to choose from. The choice was quite limited for a hotel of this standard but the quality was good

I truly liked the spatial rooms and the staff. Everyone was helpful. The brerakfast was made according to a menu which I found a plus rather than the open table.

Some of my collegues found a cockroach in their room. Although my rooms were great, I found the bug incident disturbing.

Quite a large room. It's a little bit further out than some other hotels, but still not a bad location about 15 mins walk to either the centre/shopping area of Plovdiv or the railway/bus station (watch out for the crazy paving footpaths though..). The little complimentary chocolates are a nice touch.

The only negative was that the room smelled a bit uncomfortably musty/smoky, as if people had been smoking in it at some stage, or hadn't been aired out completely, although it wasn't strong enough to warrant asking for a change. Minor thing, but it was also slightly odd that the bed covers/sheets were not already on the bed and had to be taken from the wardrobe initially.

Even though the hotel is facing an active road, it’s located in a walkable distance from all the Plovdiv sightseeings. The breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable with the overall experience and quality of the stay matching the price.

The parking spots are pretty limited, and the room was facing the road which at some point can become pretty noisy unless the window is closed.

On the positive side, the staff were genuinely fantastic—friendly, super helpful, and a real credit to the establishment. The location was also very convenient for exploring the city.

Unfortunately, these positives were overshadowed by the issues with the room. Upon entering, there was a persistent bad smell, which I believe was coming from the bathroom drains. This was quite unpleasant and meant we had to keep the window open constantly to air it out, which was not ideal with the weather or for security. Furthermore, the breakfast offered was disappointing due to its very limited options. It felt repetitive and lacked the variety you'd expect.

The room was pretty big, and the staff was really friendly and accommodating. When we made our initial reservation we made an error, but after calling staff, the girl fixed everything for us really quickly and was polite. When we arrived, the staff gave us directions to a nearby supermarket and pharmacy as well.

The breakfast was really disappointing. We got croissants and we were pretty surprised to see that they were just slightly heated up supermarket croissants with a bit of banana on the side. There was also mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. There was no fan in the bathroom either, so it was so hard to get rid of the steam after showering. And no shower gel either, just a hard soap bar. And we were surprised we had to make the bed ourselves, insert the duvet into the cover and all.
