I travelled with my daughter and a friend of mine with her daughter as well to attend Ed Sheeran`s concert. We reserved two rooms. The room of my friends was fine. But ours - it wasn`t unreal what we saw. The apartment has a parquet floor. There must have been a huge flood because the floor absolutely everywhere was hideously raised - you literally couldn't sit on a chair, to use a table or anything because they seemed to be on hills literally - I have pictures. The situation with the bed was the worst, because one half of it was raised at a 30 degree angle and two people could not sleep peacefully. I am truly sorry for the fact this apartment is given for renting because everything else in the property was absolutely fine. Please repair this one - it was on the third floor, apart. 12...

The location is very good, very close to the city center.

We have been using this hotel for a long time. The apartments have become poorly maintained. The wallpaper in the room was torn off, the shower basin was cracked. Water flows from under the shower basin onto the floor. Shower doors do not close tightly. There is no kitchen towel, although there is a kitchen.

the apartment itself was lovely. decent sized rooms with all amenities listed

the lady at reception did not tear us at all how we expected. on arrival she took our passports to take a copy and asked us to wait for them. another woman then came in and asked to book a room so we were told we would have to leave our passports and wait until she had booked the other woman in. i did not understand why she wouldn’t just copy the passports first? we didn’t mind waiting so said okay. however, the woman then proceeded to yell at us telling us we have to go to our room and wait there. i told her we were happy waiting in the lobby for our passports. the woman continued to yell and tell us we have to go to our room and wait and that we cannot wait downstairs nor take our passports with us and come back later. we just didn’t want to leave our passports unattended while she was busy with other things (which we think is completely understandable). underneath the bed had clearly not been cleaned in months - if ever - and the shower still had hairs on the floor, walls and door clearly from the previous guests. on the contrary, we will not be staying again after this interaction

your apartman is very dirty. Hygiene is zero. Hairs in the bathroom, the mini kitchen dirty, the bedroom dirty, the curtains on the windows turned dark gray from the dirt.. In addition to all that, when we reserved rooms on booking, we asked for a hotel with parking. We did not find a parking place. the receptionist didn't care where we were going with the car, she said we'd manage. private parking lots were full, there was no space. So we can conclude that you are lying about your offer and deceiving potential guests. very incorrect and unprofessional.

The apartment was spacious with nice terrace and could have been really beautiful and comfortable, if it had been cleaned properly. The staff was kind, yet after 22:00 we were strictly told to not contact anyone for help, despite the 24h reception being advertised.

The apartment was very big and spacious, the beds were comfortable, the heating was powerful enough to overcome the poorly isolated windows to the terrace. There is an elevator.

When it rained, in one of the rooms the parquet got wet, and, as you can see from the pictures, the wall also got moisture. The apartment wasn’t so clean, there were other people’s hair in the bathroom and some old socks behind the sofa. Also, the whole apartment smelled of cigarette smoke. It was very unpleasant. For the value paid, it was alright, but still, these things could be easily fixed so guests don’t leave with a bad impression.

Nothing - the location is terrible the car parks are soo small & full all the time it's impossible to find parking I tried 9 different locations in 1 day I booked 5 apartments for 4 nights with 18 adults I had to park 20 minutes walk away as there is literally 0 parking available They advertise parking but I paid 265leva for 4 days for 2 vehicles at a private car park for 96 hours I would certainly look into staying outside the blue zone for a place with free parking & a better view Apartments have damp & are run down pictures are deceiving & old from when the apartments where newly furnished The toilet seat was not even attached in 1 room & the lift is very small Although staff are very friendly & helpful the facilities are not great for the price No microwave no kettle or toaster in some of the rooms The location would be ok if you are using taxis but otherwise it is terrible if you want to sightsee & travel during ur stay with a hire vehicle as parking is extortionate

No microwave or washing machine facility Heating is very slow AC are not working or only used in summer so could not use them to heat up apartments There are dog faeces littered everywhere locally & it smells terrible so take spare shoes as you'll definitely step on it I stayed in Manastirski livadi for 2 night & it was beautiful modern apartments which where also cheaper.

The apartment was clean, spacious, nicely furnished and equipped with all necessary facilities. The staff was nice and helpful although nobody is present at the reception desk in the evening. The apartment is located within a walking distance from the city center and all major tourist attractions.

The hotel has no private parking and finding a safe parking place in the surrounding area may be a challenge for foreigners, because you can pay a parking fee (via SMS) using only Bulgarian phone number (however, this information is not announced on the traffic signs). We paid our parking fee using a Polish phone number and we had to pay a fine, because our car was blocked by police (of course it's not a hotel's fault).

Easy access into the building. I have successfully and easily self checked-in. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. All the facilities are working and in-order. Modern furniture adds to the welcoming experience. The fridge and the coffee machine (there were free coffee capsules as a compliment) are functional and clean. Overall the cleanliness was great.

Although most of the facilities like sink and radiators are well-maintained, some of them had unavoidable rust built-up and noticeable wear-and-tear, which is borderline acceptable. The biggest problem of the accommodation, however, was the poor or rather absent sound-isolation of the building - almost everything is heard from the hall of the floor and through the walls from the other rooms. At 9 A.M. there was cleaning being done in one of the adjacent rooms - and you could hear everything happening there - every time the sink was used or the toilet was flushed or something was being dropped, kicked, pushed. During the night you could be woken by similar sounds as well. Definitely not a place to get a good night sleep or experience a late sleep-in.

The room was very spacious, comfortable and nicely furnished. Raya, the lady who checked us in is an absolute gem of a person. She was so helpful, courteous and simply lovely. The parking situation was a big problem. For international guests especially (who may not know the lay of the land in terms of apps for parking etc), this was particularly troublesome. There are 4 floors in the building and the WIFI did not reach the 4th floor which is where our room was, so that was a bit of a disappointment.

Renovated and furnished to a high standard. The mattress and pillows are of very high quality which provides excellent sleep. The staff, Raya and Daisy are very helpful and always there to help.
