Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They were also very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. We were originally booked in to stay somewhere else but the location wasnโt suitable and the accommodation was extremely dirty and tired so we moved ourselves to the Eurostars Sofia city. It was a great relief when we arrived to be greeted by friendly staff and nice facilities.

Tea and coffee making facilities are in the room. Good Choice of Buffet Breakfast. Beautifull rooms
No door in between rooms in our suite, barely any storage space. When I was weighing options on Booking.com, this hotel had breakfast included in the price. I entered the right number of persons, and yet in the final confirmation, there was only one person included for breakfast, and we had to pay extra for the breakfasts.

Location, comfort room, breakfast
The clean - When we entered our room and inspected the bed, we found hair on the pillow and across the bedding, seemingly left by previous guests. It appeared that the linens had not been replaced after the previous stay. However, after raising the issue, we were given a different room, which was clean.

When I opened the bed on the first day, the sheets looked like they had been forgotten to be changed. There were things like hair and feathers, I told the reception. They gave me new sheets. It was a bit disappointing for me, but this was the only problem I had. The rest was really good.

The hotel is not bad in terms of location. Some of the hotel staff were dull and had no idea how to laugh. We asked the cleaning staff for slippers but they did not bring them. If a little more attention is paid, it can be a great hotel.

A hotel I stay at most of the time when I come to Sofia. It reflects the quality of Eurostars hotels. 5 minutes walking to the city center. Good breakfast. Parking is available for a fee.
I had a problem with room cleaning during this stay. It was not done or it was done according to us. Despite our warning, only towels and sheets were changed. The allotted time was 10 minutes.

The breakfast was excellent and a mixture of full and continental. The Patriachal Cathedral is 5 minutes away, so you are in a central location. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in the surrounding area. Taxis are cheap, and you should always use the registered ones.
In restaurants and bars smoking is allowed.

There are definitely some positive aspects worth mentioning. The location is great โ close to everything but still in a quiet area, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything I needed.
However, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. While the surface areas seemed fine, there was leftover food under the rug and even socks under the sofa, which clearly hadnโt been cleaned in a while. Also, the soundproofing wasnโt great โ I could hear noise from neighbouring rooms quite easily.

Good location, cleanliness of the room and the facilities in general, very average breakfast.
the receptionist tried to trick us by saying that they were going to fine the car on Sunaday, that we should put it in the garage and taht it would cost us 12 eu, it's a lie that on Sundays they fine yo for parking. The breakfast is of mediocre quality.

Nothing in particular.
Not exactly what you would expect from a 4 star hotel.
Basic interior and breakfast. A bit out of the center.
Although you wouldn't expect much warmth in Bulgaria, the staff was rather apathetic. When we pointed out on the second day that the room hadn't been made up, we were coldly told that the cleaning staff had forgotten about it and we would have to wait until the next day. Not even receiving an apology, we turned to the hotel manager, who at least granted us a refund and offered a transfer to the airport as a commercial gesture.

Location of the hotel is good. Everything is in close proximity. Cathedral, Bus, Tram all were really easy to access. Loved the view from the hotel. Hotel bathroom has a bathtub, so that was really good. Kids Friendly rooms.
Behavior of the staff could have been made better. Like we asked for water, it came after half an hour. We asked for some cutleries which they did not even send it our room. Services can be improved.

Room could use more lighting especially bathroom. No shower curtain. Breakfast too much processed, fried foods, veggies that seem out of the bag, could have been more authentic / Bulgarian, like in other hotels. Only generic white bread, needed more variety.
