I loved this hotel. First, the room was beautiful. I loved the bathroom, with the capsule shower and dramatic tile. The bed was so comfortable, which is not always the case when traveling. The hotel is located right on Vitosha Blvd, where you can find every restaurant you could ask for. It was a short walk to the park and the Starbucks. The staff was incredibly nice. I will certainly return and will absolutely stay here again.

You couldnβt ask for a better location. It is right in the city centre and the pedestrianised street of Vitosha is right on your doorstep. A lot of attractions can be explored on foot. The hotel is sorrounded by loads of restaurants. Cactus which is a highly rated restaurant is 3 minutes walk and the traditional Bulgarian restaurant Moma is also about 5 minutes walk. The room was massive and it was so quiet.
The breakfast is very limited and not buffet style.

The beds are in need of renewal. In the double bed one person turning caused the other person to wake up because of the bouncing bed. The rooms were showing some wear and tear as well.
The breakfast is not a buffet, but you have four different sets to choose from. We only stayed three nights, so this was perfectly fine, but on a longer stay more variety would probably be nice.

Hotel is outdated. Shower tiles were full of dirt and bloated ground had pushed many tiles up so they were slipping out of place and sharp edged. Windows in Executive Suite 62 could not be opened and air in room was very stuffy with no fresh air. Shower ran out of hot water on second morning after 1 minute. Reception staff was changed every day on a 4 day stay and were not helpful or attentive. On first morning, was promised I would have a to go breakfast - but it wasnt there. The second morning i came to breakfast and restaurant wasnt informed of my vegan meal
request and couldnt really help me. My colleagued stayed in same area in nicer hotel and it was 30% cheaper.

The hotel is in a very central location, conveniently close to the subway. It is exceptionally clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Communication with staff at times was challenging as they do not understand English. Kettle and coffee-making facilities are not available in the room, which is typically expected in a 4-star hotel. This establishment does not meet the standards of a 4-star rating. Additionally, it should be noted that the shower door and cubicle are made of see-through glass, which may not suit everyone.

We were a bit stranded in the rain w/o a hotel that evening, and luckily this place had room and the staff were accomodating. It's in a perfect location in Sofia on the main strip, walkable to everything. There is parking down the street.
The lobby is a bit ugly, but other than that everything was good!

I stay at the hotel many times over the years. Excellent location. Staff was always helpful. This time the water wasn't hot at all one night only one night about 11pm. Staff tried to correct but couldn't. Water was hot in the morning. I was given a discount for this issue. I felt this was generous.
