The location was fantastic.
The lack of hygiene of the hotel, the actual damage in the rooms, that’s wasn’t repaired, such as: leaking water through the ceiling of the bathroom; horrible stench coming through the bathroom; overall lack of maintenance and how dirty the room was; the staff was unhelpful and uninterested in the guests; there was a whole panel hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom that was a hazard; the doorknob on the bedroom door was coming off; missing light bulbs, and lamp shades; horrible curtains which were providing minimal privacy.

It is in a good location and has AC, the beds didn’t have frames. It looked like half of a bed structure but good mattress.
The beds weren’t real beds, just half the structure. The shower head stand is broken and it kept moving making the whole space wet

Directions would help if it was described as opposite the Synigog Took over half an hour to find the place. Then no bell to gain entrance had to phone , the reception not the best start. But know now location would stay again

The condition of the room, dangerous situation with broken night light, broken wall electricity contact next to the bed, broken bed bottom, rusty shower, broken clothing hooks and overal dirty room with old spider webs everywhere. On top of that there was a large heating element with broken cord standing next to my bed, probably forgotten by the maintenance. The hotel is next to a tram track which woke me up at 5. Cheap stay doesn't mean you can put people in a shed. I was in more cheap places which were 10 times better. I am not interested in luxury, just a clean place without so many broken and dangerous situations.

- location is quite comfortable and easy to reach some of the most important sightseeing's of Sofia;
- apartment was with good size, clean, warm and we had all necessary amenities.
- bathroom was clean and spacious with good light;
- the staff wasn't super polite, not even watching in my eyes while talking or simple smile.
- it had a strange smell in the hallways, I trust maybe from other guests who were cooking, however it maybe that the aspirators didn't work well.

This is a terrible hotel in the historical center of Sofia. The location is great and it was warm in the room, because the air conditioning worked well.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
This hotel can claim the title of "WORST HOTEL OF MY LIFE". I will post a photo so that you can judge for yourself. In Bulgaria I have had problems with hotels and apartments several times. But this hotel is simply terrible. Everything in the room is broken.. Mold on the walls and pillows. Bulgarian-style shower - the shower head is right next to the toilet, there is no tray and when you wash yourself, all the water will flood the toilet, all the walls and the entire floor. The plumbing is broken and leaks. I booked one large bed, but when I checked in I was told that there is a room with only two beds. It is difficult to call them beds, because they are actually mattresses with a net on the floor.

The staff was really helpful and responsive even I arrived without pre-notice and gave early check-in as there’s room available.
Location is very good as it’s near Metro station, Tram stops and in the Serdica. Easy walk to everywhere including to Vitosha Blvd.
No elevator, but it’s written in the information before booking, so no a problem for me with a small bag. But will be a problem if guests come with large luggages.

there is no elevator. there is no hairdryer, as in booking say that there have . Noting look like in pictures . Very old and dirty. There was a sofa that had changed color from dirt. The bed is on the ground. That is, the mattress is on the ground. The walls were dirty and black. In the bathroom, the shower was secured with nylon to prevent it from falling. The toilet cistern had a cable, not a push button.

The location was amazing I was always on foot exploring Sofia and never want to come back to my room. The reception was always empty in different time of the day. During the stay never change the towels or bedding. The air conditioner was working awfully with sound and some times not hitting. When taking shower the warm water lasts approximately 15-20 min. After it the heating system was not functioning. I reserved double or Twin room photos are attached.

Really close to everything, the metro is a few meters away. And the people are very nice. Nice price for what they offer.
