The view to the sea was amazing. You get to see the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. The staff was very nice. The food at the restaurant was served in very big portions for the money you pay. The beach is within walking distance of 15 minutes

Well, I guess a lift would be helpful for the luggage and the rooms above 3rd floor. In summer time parking will be difficult in Sozopol, generally speaking

The staff is really friendly, they gave us free room update, the apartment was renovated, spacious, clean. Amazing sea view!Really good value for your money! The restaurant is great, food is delicious and the beers are cold!
Just keep in mind that the hotel is located on a hill,prepare some comfortable shoes!

The view from our room was amazing! The hotel is located on the hill and we were able to enjoy watching the marina and the whole old town. A bonus is that the sun comes to the balcony in the afternoon. You can buy coffee at the reception and besides that they have a restaurant. The stuff is nice and helpful.
The stairs to the room were a torture, but the view definitely compensates this inconvenience. The room needs some refreshment, but overall this place is worth the money.

Not easy to get into the hostel when the gate is locked and no one answers the doorbell, despite the fact that I arrived at the time Iโd said I would. The โwelcomeโ I received was โgive me your passportโ and โpay cashโ. No further niceties. Since the whole street was dug up with roadworks, and there was virtually no other guests, I asked if I could move to a room facing south (sea view). But no, โnot for freeโ, I was told. If in low season the comfort of guests is of no concern, it can only get worse in the summer.

It was a bit of a walking until you get to any of the main locations in Sozopol. Very hard for parking in the area. Quite noisy and hot in the room even with the AC turned on.

The view from the balcony is fabulous. We enjoyed sipping our cuppa coffee there while taking in the view of the marina.
The room itself was ok
1. There was leakage from the outlet of commode & every time you flush, some water used to start dripping, making it very disgusting to use the bathroom. Brought the problem to the notice of the staff who tried to resolve it but couldn't do it. The room should have been checked before letting the guests check in.
2. There was neither AC nor a fan in the bedroom. This was pointed out to the staff who provided a portable fan which was not much of a use.

Almost everything perfect at a reasonable price. A good balance between the authenticity of moderate size Guest House and the offered services including the restaurant.
I could not find anything that I did not like. This is a personal opinion. Other visitors may prefer a still better closeness to the sea by a walk but it does not take more than a few minutes.
