Also, we wanted to extened our stay, asked us to wait 1h to give us pricing and gave us a price almost double vs booking.com so we had to book one extra night thru booking.com as they did not price match. So a lot of time spent when it could have been much easier. Water in the pool is very cold and inside pool not usable Food is mostly old and not good for eating. Snack bar is non existent

Pool is very large and clean. Variety of food was pretty good as well as all the waitress and bartenders were very polite and always smiling. Parking is convenient. Bottled water and drinks around the pool it was very nice. The guys from the animation team are cool. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The room had a nice view.

Reception desk staff should be more organised, they suppose to assist and guide the hotel guests in a better way. Toilets in the common areas are very dirty.

The only properly good thing was the food. That was great, except for some beans in tomato that weren't good but still we're served for like five days in a row for breakfast. I was gonna throw up when I tasted it, several days, cause I hoped it was changed.

In the room there was sand on the floor everywhere, even on the first day, the cleaning service should pay more attention to that. It's mostly because the floor tiles are too small and the relief is not ideal for hotel room,but it could be alright with a little more sweeping. The barcelo app is a great concept, but during our stay it wat quite problematic. It was suggesting us non existing animation programs! We were so angry when we learned that the children playground in the basement wasn't working due to the government regulations!!! There was nothing to do anywhere with children!

One ofcthe front desk staff was not helpful and mad us feel uncomfortable. We went end of season but were not informed of this and no information on the website. Room not cleaned they would change towels but nothing else. The accomodation was awfull, the floor on the apartment was dirty, the door from the bedroom was broken. In the kitchen, we found oppened bottles of water…sign that the room was not cleaned properly after the stay before us. All the furniture in the apartment was old and damaged, they don’t deserve 5 stars rating, I would say that not even 3 stars.

Breakfast was very well, always fresh, also nice variety of drinks to choose from. Location is lovely - I could walk barefoot to the sea even. It is quite calm, even if the beach is fantastic. Gym was almost empty, so it was nice to have it around. What was remarkable was the MATTRACE. They were the best beds I have ever slept on. Absolutely amazing, no matter how it sounds.

The reception staff was horrible. Hard-working people are elsewhere by the breakfast and you will find them helpful. Parking costs 10 euros per night and they are not allowing to park before you will pay for it. Standing on the street is forbidden though. Kitchen in the room is a nice facility, but everything that can be stolen (like sugar, coffee, tea bags, salt and so on) is just not available to you. It is good that you will have enough toilet paper... It's a bit low for a hotel that names itself a "royal".

The food was very delicious and there was a lot to choose from every day. The outdoor swimming pool was excellent.

The room was not clean! There was dust everywhere on the furniture and the TV. The floor was dirty from day 1, and there was mold on the bathroom walls inside the shower cabin showing that it was not cleaned for some time. Having some of the cleaning personnel swiping the floor of the dining area with a broom, while there are still people finishing their dinner was another unpleasant experience. The pillows people, the pillows! Please put them all on a pile and just burn them. What's the idea of the 2 single beds next to each other in a Deluxe room? Haven't you heard about a proper double bed - 1 bed? The top mattresses were constantly sliding. The airconditioner is not going lower than 24 degrees and providing a winter duver for your guests in August is not the best solution either. Surely not the 5 star hotel as advertised. Somewhere around 3.5 and with a huge struggle maybe 4.

Location is great, facilities are good comparing to Bulgaria, wifi is well established.

Food is terrible, no way a 5-star food level, fits a 3/3.5 food, there is no free drinks at the dinner (you really do not have free water (!!)) and you need to pay for it (crazy). Service is average and no way a 5 star service - room is not being cleaned every day (!!), very difficult to order drinks / food to your pool spot (you need physically to go to the bar each time and wait), receptionist people are not welcoming, pool bar and main bar people were nice though. this is no way a 5 star hotel in western standards, worth 3, 3.5 stars.

The staff was very kind, the food was diverse and well cooked, the coffee was good at the reception bar. The pools are nice, quite large and clean. There were enough sun beds around the pools. One night it was a nice saxophone concert at the pool bar. The bathroom had various supplies, even tooth brush set, conditioners, bodymilk, etc.

The hotel doesn't have a private beach, there is almost no food between the meals and the local beverages are not very good (except the wine which was decent and the orange juice). The indoor pool was as cold the outside pool.

The rooms are big and spacious whit a balcony that has a great view over the pools, the cleaning stuff came every day, they emptied the trash bins, made the beds, and change the towels if we requested it, they didn’t clean the rooms but to be fair the rooms were clean, and we staid to little in the rooms to need it to be cleaned. The food was great and verry diverse, the service was good, the stuff doesn't know English very well but they are friendly and eager to help u.

When we arrived at the hotel, they charged us 30 leva/day for the underground parking, in my opinion it was too expensive for a parking that was full of stuff cars, doesn’t have direct access to the hotel, was flooded and full of trash cans, it smelled horrible and we got wet when trying to walk through the parking. The spa area was full of bad smells and unsanitary, u didn’t even have a looker to leave your phone or valuables, the jacuzzi was cold and most of the time didn’t work.

Allmost everything was great. We really liked the hotel and it was better than we expected. Location is really good. Food was very good and fresh. Pool area is nice and clean. We could come again and recommend to others -- really good and relaxing stay.

We had different kind of rooms what had booked. Our booking was two rooms with one bedroom and we got normal hotel rooms without bedroom. Reception staff sayed that they changed the room type becouse we wished that rooms were close to each other. We asked to chance rooms to what we had booked and got rooms changed after two nights. It was not a big proplem for us after all and we also had some compensation. Rooms were dirty. We asked for cleaning and after that it was fine.

The hotel is very good located, few minutes to arrive on the beach. They have a private underground parking. The pools are big, clean, for adults and also for kids. Rooms are very big, same for the bathrooms. All the drinks and coffee are good, the sweets diversificate all the time. In the afternoon they have special programs for entertain the kids or live music.

The restaurant is a little bit smaller for the capacity of hotel. The food is ok, but not wow and most of the time not supplemented, especially for lunch and dinner.

Building not in good state, room had door handles falling off and a door frame broken everything seemed old and requires attention. The food was not good although plentiful. The alcohol was very weak but this seems the standard everywhere in sunny beach.

The room was clean but that could be just because the woman cleaning the eight floor was diligent.

Despite being all inclusive you had to pay for practically everything and if that was not bad enough you couldn't use the room number, but had to carry cash or a credit card all the time. Despite being all inclusive that doesn't mean that you are there to stuff your self with food, as I was skipping breakfast and/or lunch depending on the day, the food tha you could have in between lunch and dinner was the leftovers from the previous day or from breakfast.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, the location is absolutely excellent. Situated right on the boardwalk, it offers easy access to the bustling seaside and provides a vibrant atmosphere. In just a five-minute walk, you can find yourself enjoying the refreshing sea breeze and sandy beaches, a true delight for beach lovers. Upon entering the room, I did notice some stains on the table, which was a bit disappointing. There was a wetness on the bathroom door and because of that we couldn't close the door and we had to be with door open in the bathroom which wasn't so nice.. However, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job of ensuring a tidy and comfortable environment, attending to all areas of the hotel diligently. . One aspect that truly stood out during my stay was the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. From the friendly and welcoming front desk personnel to the attentive housekeeping team, everyone went above and beyond to cater to our needs. They were always available to assist and ensure that our stay was as pleasant as possible. Another highlight of this hotel was the evening entertainment provided. There were various activities for both children and adults, ensuring there was something for everyone to enjoy. Whether it was live music, performances, or engaging games, the hotel truly excelled in creating a vibrant and entertaining ambiance for its guests. The food and drinks offered at this hotel were simply a pleasure. From the morning breakfast to the scrumptious lunch and dinner options, the culinary experience was excellent. The food was delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from, and the drinks were perfectly spiced, adding an extra touch of flavor to the dining experience. The hotel's kitchen staff truly outdid themselves in delivering satisfying and enjoyable meals throughout the day.

The hotel and all facilities including spa fitness and the pool area , also the big room and the Guest Relations Manager with good communication and problem solving skills. The food was varied good and fresh.

The cleaning in the room! The maid did a very superficial job , she must work in a 1 star hotel , just packing the same used towels and arranging the duvet on the bed. When I asked why she didn't change the towels and linen, she ironically told me that she don't have I had to call the reception to solve this problem. Also, the soaps were only some shells left, which she replaced after 3 days, also after my complaint. A lot of dust on the furniture and she also didn't wash the floor. The glasses and ashtray were unclean the whole stay. This is unacceptable in a 5-star hotel. The all-inclusive drinks were diluted and of poor quality.

I had to pay to park the car , a lot, stuff not so friendly, at the restaurants you had to wait for the waiters forewer to pick-up up the plates, no sodas no water în the room, no sunbeds and no umbrellas at the beach, although on Booking was specified: beach umbrellas !

The staff were wonderful, particularly Todor in Customer Services who made my birthday celebration there feel extra special. Halil at the Lobby Bar and Georgie at the Pool Bar were also excellent and went out of their way to ensure that service was swift, friendly, and personal in taking time to learn how you each preferred your drinks etc. The balcony from the lobby bar is a lovely spot for a morning coffee. The food was great, with lots of choice and variety. Bars are in the restaurants so if you want a glass of wine with your meal it's easy. Snanks at the bar looked good too, but we were always too full to try them, but did enjoy the included ice lollies. Our room was lovely too with plenty of space and a well-sized balcony. The general areas were always clean and tidy. The main pool is great fun, with plenty of sunbeds and generally people removed their towels when heading to lunch or off site so others could freely use them, knowing that when they returned, other beds would be free again. The smaller (green) pool was our fave spot as it was quieter, again with plenty of sunbeds. The Animation team seemed good fun, although we didn't partake, they always had a fan group of kids in tow ready and waiting for the next game and activity. Night time entertainment was good too, there was a dance act on one evening and they were very good.

Finding the sauna & stream room was tricky - you need to go through the changing rooms.

Everything was very good. We were upgraded to an apartment which was enormous and had pool / sea views. The staff were all very attentive. The service in the restaurant was very good. The choice of food was incredible for lunch, dinner and breakfast.

No negatives at all about the hotel, we enjoyed our stay very much. However, the car park was a complete mystery for us. We went down the lift to minus 1 and were indeed in the car park. But it was big and, I think on two floors. It was hard to know which side of the building we were on. We were ages looking for our car. They need numbers or letters or something to help you know where you are. I very much doubt that we were the first to wander around there looking for our car. Or the last.

Amazing resort, very big rooms and very welcoming staff, especially the managers, Mr. Todor Georgiev and Mr. Dimitar Stamenov, location very close to the beach and the city centre, diversified restaurant with a high variety of options and high quality food for each meal. Great entertainment during the day, as well as during the night, especially Lubo who almost always carried the show! The bar workers, Tanya and Halil, were also remarkably skilled, amazing and patient. Excellent overall facilities, with spa, gym, many pools, indoors and outdoors and great entertainment. Everything you need for the best vacantion. As a big fan of Bulgarian seaside, I will definitely come back here the next years!

The service overall was great! The reception staff were super nice and understanding, super flexible around our schedule, we could check in earlier and later with no problem and got treated amazing. Lots of choices for food, really tasty and good stuff there. The pool and the pool bar are also great and all the staff is super nice and friendly. Rooms are big and nicely decorated, great views and amazing hotel in general! We're going to come back here and highly recommend it!!
