There is no elevator and the parking is small, so if you are with car you should have really good luck to park there and to be really good driver to park without any damages.

Breakfast was dry and not tasty. All the food we had for breakfast tasted like leftover. The receptionists don’t care. The Snack bar close at 4-5pm but the working hours provided are until 10pm. No toilet at reception for customers. Hot water only in the afternoon. Can’t take showers in the morning or during the day because there is not hot water.

Great location: located a few minutes walk from the bus station, so it is easily accessible from Burgas by bus. The beach is like 5 mins walk from the hotel, and there are numerous restaurants, shops and bars in the nearby.
The room was clean and just like on the picture, the bed is really comfortable. Even though it is located on the main street of Sunny Beach, it is quite quiet.
The receptionist were kind and helpful, they let me leave my luggage there after check out before i had to go to the airport.
the breakfast is not really veried, almost the same every day (but it was okay anyway)
More frequent cleaning in the rooms would be great

We had a delightful stay at BSA Boulevard Boutique. The breakfast was great, offering a variety of delicious options each morning. The rooms were cleaned daily, which was much appreciated. The hotel's proximity to the beach made it easy to enjoy the beautiful scenery and activities.
The only downside was the lack of an elevator, which could be challenging for guests with mobility issues. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and prime location.

.1-I made a reservation on Booking.com with breakfast included. The gentleman at the hotel reception said that breakfast was not included. Even though we showed the reservation confirmation on the application, he said that if we wanted to have breakfast we would have to pay an additional fee. Paying extra for breakfast is not a problem, but the feeling of being defrauded is not pleasant for a guest coming for holiday..
2.The toilet was not clean. We had to clean the toilet ourselves.
3. There is no elevator in the hotel. We had to carry the heavy suitcases up 3 floors ourselves because there was no attendant to help us.
4. Parking is paid. We checked into the hotel at 16:00. I paid the fee and was given a parking voucher. It said on the receipt that it was valid for 24 hours. We stated that we wanted to remove the vehicle from the parking lot around 13.00-13.30, which is the check-out time the next day. However, I was told in a somewhat rude manner that the hotel's policy is that the vehicle leaves at 12:00. However, this information was not given to us upon arrival at the hotel. Both on the parking ticket and on the sign at the entrance to the parking lot, it was written as 15 BGN for 24 hours.
5.We had difficulty sleeping because of the sound of a machine constantly running loudly on the upper floor of the duplex room.

Very good place for Bulgaria standard, located 2 minutes walking distance from the party places. Full comfort, Air Conditioning, huge room, Nice fridge, real balcony with Restaurant View (concert every week-end). Nice staff, speaking English.
A glass door for the shower instead of simple curtain would be perfect, and maybe fix the sink that is moving (a huge classic in Bulgaria).

A good budget stay, if you dont plan to spend too much time inside. Perfect for a weekend get away. Location is right in the center of Sunny Beach. If you want to take the free shuttle to the Aquapark, the station its just on the other side of the street. Its not for pretentious people.
