I like that they had programs for children even though not all kids were included for some reason known only to them.
I liked the fact that it was really close to the city center and you could roam all the time.
The Tattoo parlor and the Tattoo Artist! The guy is an absolute gem for the hotel, his work is absolutely beautiful.
While there was a large variety of food it was poor quality and very repetitive.
All inclusive bar for a week had issues every day for several hours (no beer, sometimes no juice, no coffee etc)
No possibility to order anything after 22:30 and ALL LIGHTS OUT at 23:00 similar to a nursing home for elderly people.
People are allowed to "reserve" chairs by the pool and security does not intervene when arguments start unless you go to them to complain.

Buffet was nothing spectacular, but the food, even though basic, was good, you had several options.
The pool was very nice, but in high season you have to go really early to occupy a spot.
Issues with the parking - limited spots at the hotel; we knew we had to pay for them, but none were available, so we had to park other place.

The place was very clean, and the cleaning lady was extremely nice and the pool is amazing and also clean.We did not expect a snack bar, it was a good suprise.
The stuff was very receptive and they know english, which from our point of view was great.
The Parking spots are limited. You can park either behind the Hotel for 15 BGN a day, or you can park in front of the Hotel for 20 BGN a day. You can pay day by day or for the whole itinerary. Usualy the cheaper parking slots are full.
The bar is not that variate. Same (aboute 6) alchool drinks everyday, and the juices have a bad taste.
The food was good, but repetitive, maybe you can add more in the future, or to change it more often.

The city is great, the food is great,
The cleaning is very bad, the personal doesn't give you all the information, they don't speak fluently English, they wanted to detain our passports (wich is ilegal), also they don't give you water in the room, they send you to buy from supermarket, they serve only water in glasses, they are not polite, the hotel is clean only to the reception, they don't deserve 4 stars at all.

Staff was rude. When we came to hotel we were sent to dirty room. Only part of hotel that has 4 stars is the lobby. It is like time has stopped in the rooms 15 years ago. Food is terrible. Meat has weird smell, cheese and salami for breakfast are on pilles, also weird smell, same thing everyday so i think they serve leftovers over and over again. It would be good to change oil from the french fries because they have black particles all over them. Juices are bad. I woud be good to have 4 meals but good quality then 10 meals which are terrible. Water in pool too cold even though wheather was good. Never again this hotel.

The hotel has a good location in the centre of Sunny Beach and the room was a good size. Balcony overlooking the pool.
The food was very poor quality with very little choice. Food had been cooked but was cold - cold fried egg and something resembling bacon for breakfast anyone? Lunch and dinner were the same - the food had been prepared long before time, and always cheap chick wings or drumsticks,, a fatty pork stew, dried out fish, rice , soggy chips swimming in fat and overcooked tray of mixed vegetables - always cold. There is one microwave available to heat food which was disgustingly dirty and not cleaned all the time we were there , and one cheap toaster to be shared by all guests - this was broken on our last day and the lever had to be manually held down to toast the bread. The snacks were stale, poor quality - example - small portions of bread rubbed with tomato sauce and small piece of cheese on top. Ice cream invariably "unavailable", drinks served in flimsy plastic cups, ice only available if you knew to ask for it. At times while we were eating, there were 6 staff hanging round the serving area clapping and demonstrating their dance moves (to each other) to Bulgarian gypsy music they were playing on the loudspeakers. How this hotel has attained a four star rating is beyond me. Quite the worst hotel for food I have EVER stayed in.

- A lot of great facilities but all mega dirty. There is a great kids corner, but surely it wasn’t cleaned in the last 20 years, you won’t let your child play there.
- Parking in front of hotel is very limited, should be hard to find a place in high season.

We book a room with a double bed and was given a room with two singles pushed together, the cover for the air conditioning unit was off and up against the wall in the room, the restaurant staff were quite rude and more like bouncers than front of house staff and the food was awful, overall a disappointment.

It’s in the very centre and there are supermarkets around which is nice.
The staff did not speak Bulgarian NOR English. Only Russian/Ukrainian - it was a challenge to ask for towels, toiletries (the latter of which we were told by the cleaning staff that we are not entitled to once we use the ones already provided in the room - it was crazy). There was no kettle, the cleaning staff were very unfriendly and made us feel bad for asking them to come back later. I asked the bartender at the Snack Bar if they could give me some hot water, they didn’t know what that is - I had to look up hot water on Google Translate for them. The description of the hotel offered cocktails, however there weren’t any - the alcohol was the cheapest and most disgusting we’ve ever tried. Also, the “snack” bar, was quite poor - the only edible thing they offered was unsalted unbuttered popcorn.

I had an unfortunate experience staying at this 2-star hotel. The room was not up to par – it felt outdated and lacked proper maintenance. The beds were uncomfortable, and the linens seemed old and worn. Additionally, the amenities promised on their website were not fully functional, and the Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow and unreliable. The noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway disrupted our sleep, making it difficult to get a good night's rest.
As for the restaurant, the food served was disappointing. The menu lacked variety, and the options available were not particularly appetizing. The taste of the dishes was underwhelming, and the presentation was lackluster.
Overall, this hotel and its restaurant did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend it to others looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is near the main strip with lots of shopping and not too far from the beach. Very easy to walk there. Our room was overlooking the pool, clean and spacious, nice balcony. Friendly staff.
The air conditioner made noise, but did not cool the room.

Great location and very nice hotel considering the price. Staff were great. Drinks very strong. Rooms clean and spacious. we would definitely come back. the weather was really good despite we went off season.
The only problem with the hotel was really poor food which was cold and not very tasty. For us food was not very important so I am reducing only one star. however if you have high expectations you may not be satisfied. Saying that, I would like to admit they were serving amazing pizza in side bar that they were making themselves from.scratch. especially the first week, as in 2 nd week they changed cheese to some artifcial cheese alike product. breakfasts were decent too. English breakfast. fresh egg. hot pancakes. nice
