The south-facing Garden of Eden Complex is located directly at the beach in Sveti Vlas. It consists of a 5* part with Double Rooms and Suites, and 4* Apartments. It offers modern accommodations mostly with sea views and several restaurants and bars.

Located close by to Sunny Beach, the complex offers 8 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool with children’s sections and 2 pool bars. The rooftop Vista Bar has beautiful panoramic views. Free Wi-Fi is available in most bars.

The complex is very big, a lot of pools, inside and outside, a lot of nature around the commodities, the beach is close and it's accesible only from the complex. There are 3 restaurants inside the complex, Italian, classic buffett and Fish. The Parking is very big and also has lots of places underground (garage). There is a supermarket inside the complex with relatively good prices and lots of groceries and items.The overall prices are O, decent quality for the price.

The rooms should CLEARLY NOT be 5 star rated. The facilities inside rooms are not top class quality (as I expected from a 5 star complex). You need to pay extra for umbrella and sunbed. WE HAD ANTS IN THE ROOM !!!

The place is very beautiful! You can easily use the swimming pools and go to the beach! The food was very delicious and there were a lot of choices!

The staff didn't know any language!!! It was NO greetings or just simple words like 'welcome' , 'thank you' or ' good morning '. So please teach them some common greetings words! The rest was excellent!

Everything was on point with the complex it self. You have everything which will make your stay comfortable. Beach which is close, many pools and plenty of space in the rooms.

There was no WIFI Connection especially for our room that we have ordered. We had only 1 night in the complex and I booked the room because there was information about High Internet, but unfortunately - NO WIFI was in our room.

The best thing about the property is its beachfront position. The complex is very green, lots of plants , very carefully maintained and clean The staff is very polite and helpful but only the receptionist speak English

The studio is very small for 3 people, the furniture is not of very good quality The sink was leaking and there was always some water on the bathroom floor Our child got a virus and spent the last two days in the room throwing up and with fever

The rooms are spacious and functional; there are supermarkets, pools and restaurants. The green areas are beautiful and well-maintained. There are sports fields and water sports. Breakfast (18 leva for summer 2024) is available.

The staff did not provide sufficient information at the entrance and during room settling. Sun loungers are paid (umbrella and sun lounger 30 leva). A bit far from the city center, you must have a vehicle. Parking is insufficient. Be careful not to swim in the sea in the morning, it gets wavy and becomes algae in the afternoon.

The gardens are very beautiful, i find it very relaxing to sit outside in the evenings. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The food was decent, and we could find things to enjoy at every meal. The beach is very clean and it doesn't get very crowded, the water was pretty clean and perfect for small children.

The furniture in the rooms is quite old, it needs some refurbishing. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom, and we had to leave the ventilation running all the time. There was a big gap between the bathtub and the wall. It was impossible not to splash, and water went under the tub. There was another family with us, and they said that, at some point, the tiles from the bathroom wall just fell off, and also they had some stomach issues. We had no issue with the food, but we mainly sticked to familiar things.

We loved staying at this complex. There were lots of pools to choose from and beautiful gardens. It's on a lovely beach with watersports. We mainly ate at the three restaurants on site. Our favourite was the fish restaurant overlooking the beach (which serves a lot more than fish). I loved the very large pork skewers, which were cooked on the barbecue. We got taxis to Sveti Vlas, the Marina and Sunny Beach on different occasions. The resort has their own taxis, which were very handy. We had a three bedroom apartment which was very spacious and clean. We would love to return sometime.

The area is very quiet, the complex is very nice, full of vegetation, with nice pools and nice view. We had sea view, which was amazing. They have 3 restaurants in the complex, with very good food! The atmosphere is so relaxing and it was not as crowded as in the other sea sides.

The rooms could be renovated because some areas were deteriorated, like the bathroom.

Swimming pools with diversified depth - for us the one with 100 cm was perfect, amazing flowers and trees all around the place (a real Garden of Eden:) , also, very nice beach with white sand and very helpful staff.

Some people didn’t respect the fact that throwing towels on sunbeds and not showing up for more than an hour means that other people couldn’t find free sunbeds all day.

Great, clean place right by the beach. Conveniently located, nice breakfast.

The buggy driver helping with our luggage at check in (around 15-16h on 22nd Aug) showed unpleasant and rude attitude when he said that he doesn’t accept ‘stotinki’. We were going to give him a tip in leva (Bulgarian 1 and 2 leva come in coins, not paper ) but he made the assumption that we would tip him in stotinki. We felt obliged to explain to him that the tip is actually in leva and he then accepted it. Not a great start to our holiday and ruined our mood at its very beginning. A 5-five star hotel should not hire such staff or at the very least provide proper customer service training if they want to live up to their 5 stars. Unacceptable to even expect a tip, let alone comment on its quantity and make people uncomfortable. Please also explain to your personnel that nowadays everywhere in the world it is common to use cards and people might not have cash on them, including for tips.They should be grateful for whatever they get, like in most countries, and then customers might be willing to give even more. (7 out of 10 given here because of this experience, otherwise it would have been higher).

Berd good maintained gardens and pools, really good food not overpriced. More like a complex for families with small kids. The beach was very nice. There was also a free party where you didn’t have to pay for an umbrella and sun bed.

The smell in one of the bathrooms. I think this was an apartment owned by a Russian family and being rented out when they were away. No beach bar. As I said it’s very chill and therefore best suited for families with small kids.

Stayed for one night only during our road trip. What we appreciated - free guarded parking, being last hotel on the beach area, direct acceas to sea, good breakfast, decent coffee, garden, having shower and bathtub in the room, misquoted nets.

Our disappointments: pool/gym opening hours are like government office 9 am-6pm. Room has cattle but no mugs. No welcome water bottles. They already knew we are 3 and still 3rd bed was not prepared - hate asking for these kind of obvious things. Very uncomfortable sofa bed. Had a great offer thru Booking.com , otherwise staying for full price it is not worthy.

The apartment was spacious, well designed and clean. The whole place is well thought and maintained. Lots of pools to choose from and a beach. Our favourite place to eat remains the fish restaurant at the beach.

Food in the main restaurant needs improving. The Italian restaurant is a let down and overpriced. The blind in our bedroom was broken and was letting sunlight in, first thing in the morning. Not a four star experience. We tried to address it with the receptionist, but the staff here is the biggest problem. They are not interested, never smile and sometimes just don’t understand you. Even the sweet Ukrainian girl Nikol, we met last year at the vista bar, had this year an attitude as if she owns the place.

Very run down booked a sea view and they stuck us in a corner up 6 floors with a 3 year old, pools are dirty the concrete is never cleaned. The beds get changed that's it. Food is not great. The complex itself is very beautiful, full of landscaped gardens and swimming pools. The studio was enough for us, since we ate in the complex. Without food, it would probably be a problem, especially during a long stay. A nice view and a parking lot in the area are definitely a bonus.

There will definitely be a lot of shortcomings, since it is not a new building. Especially in the bath.

We stayed in the hotel which is at 5 minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. I chose the option with breakfast and dinner and it was enough. There were plenty options of food at every meal and very tasty as well. The room was nice and had a small terrace. We received clean towels every day. The access to the 7 outdoor pools was free so that was an option as well. We went during mid september so very close to the end of the season. Therefore it was not too crowded.

Our car was longer in the service than expected, the free period to cancel/modify our booking for free has passed, so i called the hotel and explained the problem. They moved our booking for several days later without any additional costs. The accommodation is great. We stayed in a 4 star part, it was very clean and with very nice furniture. Has everything what you need for short or long stay and more. It had a washing machine, which we didn't expect, and when you have kids that is great. We liked the outdoor swimming pools and the beach. The small grocery shop is also great. Looking forward to come again!

It is a bit far from the centrum, but not too bad. The bus stop is in walking distance from the hotel. The sofa in the living room should be replaced.

Amazing location and is right next to beautiful, sandy beach, beautiful gardens with pomegranates, grapes and figs growing on the trees, lots of swimming pools to choose from, friendly staff.

Unfortunately no maintenance has been done in or around swimming pools. Lots of mosaic tiles came off and not replaced. I have had lots of deep cuts on my toes and feet with lots of blood and it took very long to heal. Many guests complained about the same issue. Very disappointing as it is not safe

Awesome complex, especially if you're with kids. I liked almost everything about it -- inside and out. A lot of nice swimming pools for kids and adults, pretty good buffet style food. Entertainment for kids (free, as well). Free parking. Nice beach. Nice cocktails at the pool side bar.

Food at the Italian Restaurant was way below expectations.

The view, the vibe, entire complex is build like a park. Very clean and good people. Very fine sand, clean beach. You have a lot of activities, the spa is genius, 3 restaurants inside the complex and also a supermarket. Very clean room, the bed was comfy.

Would be great to have a tv in the room suitable for netflix or to be compatible with hdmi conexion for laptops.

The outside is very nice, with lots of green nature.

The room was not so good: the door at the shower cabin was missing. In the second bathroom, water was leaking from the bathtub and the water in the shower had no pressure, was barely flowing. The sheets have not been changed at all during our 5-night stay. Food was very poor. Disgusting smell of sewage on the alleys and was also entering in the room. The pools were not clean, with dirt flowing in the water. Both my children got otitis, which has never happened before although they have played in so many pools.

We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival — everything we needed was readily available and easily accessible. The room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate three adults, and the bathroom featured both a shower and a bathtub in one. The kids enjoyed the Complex because it has many pools (indoor as well) and the beach wasn't crowded at the beginning of June so we could play a lot on it. The food was good, the staff was friendly and as a heads-up - not all of them know english. The apartment was ok. If you want to go to Nessebar there are quite a few transportation options.

Very nice complex, like a small city. Lots of pools. The studio had everything you need. Beautiful vegetation, quiet, nice views, very well planned architecture.

Sofa bed was made from 2 separate pieces, one with wheels, that during sleep separates. Had to find a solution to keep them together with a belt.

The hotel is very nice. It is not a big monster but many small buildings with a lot of gardens in between and several pools are located between the gardens. There is a direct access to the beach from the hotel. The hotel serves a hearty breakfast.

We had a delux apartment with kitchenat and dining table but there was no way to hit/cook the food (no stove/microwave/oven). The beach was not as we expected. The water was smelly and full of seaweed. Cannot say if this is the same at Sunnybeach as well or only at Sveti Vlas.

Arriving: Upon arriving everything was explained clearly in english at the reception, plenty of staff, they help with the luggage with a golf cart, a very plus at 10pm and after an 12 hour drive. Busboy/helper guy speaks great english and explaines everything additional what you might have missed at check-in. Parking: parking very professional (4 levels + ground level). There are always 5+ free places and maybe 1-2 if you are lucky at ground level if you do not want to use underground parking. Buildins/rooms/apartments: Clean buildings and apartments. Towel changes every day if you want to. Friendly staff but do not expect a deep philosophical conversation with them, no english, but they are there to clean not to chat with you on their worktime. Security on the premises is very reassuring. 1-2+ guys always there. Restaurant: great food. Breakfast and Dinner very ok, lunch could be a little more variety but a solid 8.7/10, tasty and fresh food. If it is not included in the booking it is a little expensive 20BGN for breakfast and 35BGN for one lunch/pers. (children 10 and 17.5 BGN) Complex and pools: The complex is very large, you can walk for 10-15 minutes to see it all, plenty of pools (water is not heated, so you want a 29 Celsius+ weather to enjoy the pools). Pools and its sorroundings are cleaned every day. You can use whichever pool you want and it is not aglomerated even in peak mid.-aug. season. There is a bar at the pool, you van even order from the pool! Great lush green scenery among the buildings and pools. Beach: private-like beach, from the complex you walk down directly to the beach, there are even two elevators if you don't feel like walking 1 minute on stairs. Great beach, great sea water, friendly staff where you purchase chairs and shade if you want to. Shops/restaurants/bars: There is a supermarketm three restaurants and a pool-shop at the complex.

Restaurant a little expensive if you don't have all-inclusive but that is a subjective matter, you have 100+ options to eat at Sveti Vlas and 500+ options in Nessebar which is only 5-6 km away.

The inside garden was really nice, the food was diverse, we had many decent options and were tasty, the beach was close, fine sand, and the water entry was great for kids. We did have one bathtub and a shower so it was perfect for a family of 3. A really good value for money. I liked the beach as it was not crowded. They have a big parking lot, warm inside pool and several small outside pools

The room was not that modern and there were a few hangers in the bathroom which were broken. The cleaning ladies were not emptying the trash each day. They cleaned the rest of the room each day and replaced the sheets once during our stay. The food menu especially for the morning could have been improved.

Beach wasn't very crowded, sunbeds and parasols not free but enough space to place your own towel. Breakfast was the same on all mornings but enough variety to try something new every morning (we stayed 5 nights) Dinner had more variety from one day to the other and it was tasty. The staff was pleasant and polite. We had new towels and toilet paper brought to our room every day. The landscaping from the complex is very beautiful with a lot of flowers and green spaces. They have underground parking with 4 levels with enough parking spaces. There is a very well stocked marked on site with fair prices.

The furniture from our room in wich was situated in the apartaments is a bit old and should be changed to comply with the 5 stars rating, also the walls should be repainted. Some of the elevators and such public spaces should be cleaned. There should be some maintenance for some loose tiles. The sofa bed had a metal rod sticking out at the feet region and nobody warned us and when one of us sat down it bruised her hip.
