Walking distance to the stampede ground Tim Hortons close by lots of restaurants and shops close by. Great pillows Breakfast was included eggs waffles yogurt sausage

I didn't like that. I had to walk up a huge flight of stairs to access my room. There was no elevator which would not have been a big deal if I had known prior.

Clean hotel with really friendly staff in a great location at a budget price.

Accessing the property is a little difficult the first time due to the location on the main road; not the fault of the motel!

Very spacious room with small kitchen. Great to have a swimming pool. Ideal for real swimming/training but not very fancy. Everything looks outdated.

Poor breakfast, everything looked dirty. The immigration service is occupying the main floor which really was annoying when in the fitness room young boys and men kept on staring through the door. Same for the swimming pool.

I give it an 8 because it is indeed good for the price. This is one of the cheapest available hotel in Calgary and as is, it was decent. Bed was comfortable. Katherina at front desk was polite, efficient, knowledgeable. It was clean enough.

Good to know if its a deal breaker for you: - You can hear the street and train as is the windows were open. - The whole floor is carpet. I’m sure it gets vaccumed, but I highly doubt it get clean. - There was hair in my bed. - The breakfast choice is bad. Still, as I say, you get what you pay for, and for this price, its a very correct option.

Very comfortable beds and plenty of pillows! Continental breakfast was delicious with a good variety

Location of my room was on the busy street side, so it was not quite at all. The pool/hot tub didn't seem inviting or comfortable, I checked it out, but did not use the facility

The breakfast was fine, however I would like to see ingredients printed in front of the hot items. I cannot have dairy, and I wasn’t sure which items had milk/cheese in them. Also more dairy free choices for milk/coffee cream.

I did not like the fact that the only USB port in the room, 321, did not work and there were no other options for charging my phone.

The location we’ve stayed here numerous times before and loved it. But the stuff we went through today a AWFUL!

The site said we can use debit visa for deposit and we drove 9 hours to find out they don’t any more. The guy was real rude about it!

Comfortable beds. Quick drive to top locations. Cllean

Weren’t informed in advance that the pool and hot tub were broken (this was the main reason we picked his place) even though it had been broken for days. They weren’t willing to offer a price adjustment or other action to reconcile this disappointment/inconvenience. Sound proofing was awful.

The beds were very comfortable, room was clean. Close to the place we needed it to be?

Far, too many kids in and out of the elevator, that kept the elevator from moving. Elevator wasn’t working very well, it wasn’t sure if the doors should shut or not. Also we were not informed that the pool and hot tub were out of order when booking the room! That could have changed where we stayed!

during breakfast at a hotel, I encountered a situation where I almost unknowingly consumed a food that has pork due to the lack of ingredient information. This incident not only affected my dietary restrictions as a muslim but also highlighted the importance of having clear ingredient lists available, which could easily prevent such occurrences.

Breakfast, room, and bed were all excellent. I enjoyed the food and the DIY waffle bar. The bed was comfy and the room was good value for the money spent.

The shower made a horrible whining noise in room 431 whenever we used it. It made showering a bit of a nuisance and made bathing preferable in most cases.

The lobby, it's at least a reasonable temperature I also enjoyed leaving this morning

The "first floor" is actually up 3 flights of stairs... I then asked to please move as I was travelling with my senior mother and this hotel is advertised as it uses elevators. They did not move the room. The temperature in the room was 86 degrees, or plus 30 for us Canadians! After turning the ac on and 3 hours later it was still unbearably hot. Asked for a fan, they did not have any. After being very upset because there is absolutely no way anyone should pay $200 to cook, they did find me an old fan out of some other space. It was still so so hot. The shower curtain doesn't close because the curtain bar is broken. The room is very, very different from the pictures listed. I have spent probably 30 nights in 20 different hotels the last few months and this has been the worst experience I have actually had in my 20+ adult years of using hotels

Friendly reception. Comfortable bed. Room was darkened well for sleeping in mid June. Good soundproofing between rooms. Good and plentiful hot breakfast and spacious breakfast room. Attendant turned down volume on TV when I asked. Handy parking on hotel lot.

More fruit at breakfast would have been appreciated. Only 1 elevator and stairs were not near to elevator so we had to wait to go up and down when we could have easily walked.

The breakfast was ok better than most continental breakfasts.

Got there and found out we were on the first floor that didn’t have an elevator but had lots of stairs and we had a person with a disability. There was no other king beds at that time that they could move us to. The rugs in the hallway had bumps in them which made it a walking hazard for person with disability. No body wash in shower till we went looking to get some. Hot tub, pool, and showers were limited to certain hours cause of water problems in Calgary. Shortage of parking and so parking on that down hill slope was also an issue for person with disability. Then morning we were going home my Daughter found a bed bug in her room on the pillow which was gross. We all had been in each of the rooms so both rooms of people were grossed out. Big convenience when we got home 5 hours later and had to wash all laundry and take precautions for bed bugs.

For the money it was just okay. The room was comfortable enough and it was clean, but the place is a bit beaten up in spots. The parking was free and the pool was open for a few hours despite the City's water conservation order. We didn't use the pool however.

There is a single elevator, and being on the 4th floor we didn't think the call button worked on that floor. We waited and only if someone was coming up to the 4th would the elevator come. I would not stay again just for that. The neighbourhood isn't terrible, but I didn't feel like we were in the safest part of town.
