Breakfast was set up well, and a few extras from “the usual” hotel breakfast made it feel and taste better. Adders like almonds and walnuts for the oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, along with the waffle maker, and sausage, eggs, etc.

No breakfast until 7am. Sports teams and parents had to leave at 7 to play first game. Breakfast should be ready by 6am as ALL other hotels offer.

Room was clean, front desk attendant was great. Drive to airport was fast and friendly. I like that they offer 24 hour shuttle services. Also appreciate that they allow you to park there for the time your away although there is a charge per day.

Breakfast was good but would like to see hotels do more of a vegan option for Breakfast, Rice milk or coconut milk, vegan eggs….etc Would be better to not have a charge to leave vehicle for duration of your trip.

Breakfast was delicious. Staff so helpful and always smiling. We had a drive back to the airport by your vehicle. The gentleman was so very nice accommodating.

The pool was not open and they did let us know that. But on May 4 we paid $140.25 but on May 13 we paid $208.44. Why such an increase the pool still was not finished which we would have used on May 13.

The breakfast was good had there been enough food to meet guests’ needs. There was only one worker who was overwhelmed by the number of guests wanting breakfast.

The room was clean, stocked well with towels and toiletries, and beds were comfy. Staff were friendly and well informed. We were able to check in a few minutes early, which helped us immensly.

Didn't really care for the breakfast I chose (bacon and eggs) but there were other options available. I just didn't have time to try more.

There was nothing that we particularly liked. It was an alround bad experience.

Service, cleanliness of the bathroom, super noisy airco on rooftop under our window, lousy breakfast (no coffee), all disposable plates and cutlery, super non-sustainable.

Hot water shuttle off a couple if minutes into my shower....and came back on 5 minutes later (?) - staff said they would look into it. I had trouble connecting to the wifi. Waited for shuttle bus for 45 minutes at midnight...not the driver's fault

Appreciated the shuttle service to the airport

Arrived by 9 pm at the hotel. No food services were open close by. No restaurant at the hotel. The snack bar items were outrageously priced. It cost $43.01 for 4 small bottles of water, 2 protein bars, 2 cans of pop and a bag of chips! Price gouging at it's best! The elevators were painfully slow. The room's air conditioning was too noisy. The hallways were humid and smelly. No place to put personal items in the shower. There was only a tiny corner nook taken up by the hotel's free products.

That they renovated.. but not up to hilton hampton inn standards. I liked that they had shuttle but could fit only 6 or less people. We were a group of 26 it would have taken them 2 hours just to pick us. Wish they had bigger shuttle so enough people would fit in with luggage. We came by uber. Property this big and so close to the Airport needs a bigger shuttle service. Spent 200 bucks just on uber.

Had a shuttle but no use. We ended up up staying there literally for few hours and ended up leaving spend few thousands of dollars for staying there.

Rooms are are super, King Size one ed suite is the size of a one bed flat! And every thing is really clean. Shuttle Bus is great.

N/A Not a dislike but, the reception staff do not have the same welcoming attitude as most hotels in Canada do. Maybe the odd smile and being upbeat would help?
