In the morning the young man cleaning held the door open for me. This is the only positive thing I can say about my stay.
First off, I was given the room furthest from the entrance. Oh sorry, the second furthest room as there was a room next door. I walked the entire hotel to take an elevator up only to walk the entire hotel again. When I finally got to my room, it was very disappointing. There was nothing positive to say about it. It was not inviting. It reminded me of a hotel room where people get murdered. It was small, dingy and very dirty. The garbage had not been collected from the previous people which lead me to wonder what else hadn't been attended to in the room? The sheets looked clean. And the smoke detector kept beeping. When I inquired about it, I was accused of smoking, although we had just gotten into the room when I reported it. The girl who checked us in was not very welcoming. I felt as if I was intruding on her texting on her phone. There are no public washrooms even for guests. You have to go ALLLLLL the way back to your room. I would not stay here again. I would rather sleep on the ground at the airport. I would have liked to give this place a minus but you can't.

Beds were dirty, house cleaning was poor, manager was rude, staff yelled at other guests, staff talked down to us when we inquired about the laundry room. Place smelt of smoking, ac hardly worked. Place was disgusting and dirty.

Price was reasonable.
Worst experience so far, this place is literally a no-go for the kind of staff and room service they provide to their guests. I was checked in to a room and late at night I found out they have double booked that same room, and when I mentioned that to the front desk the lady mentioned that it is normal "You can just come to front desk and we will find another room". No water available, they are using their ground floor for separate ethnic restaurant locations. There was a fight in the main lobby over someone had to ask for right door key number 3-4 times but were still getting wrong card keys.

The place is easy to access.
Rooms are very old, dark and haven’t clean properly. Not worth the price. They should really renovate this place. It has no sun light into the room and dusty. All the furniture they have is very very old and outdated specially the bed and bed materials. It’s very hard to find the elevators and has only one.

It was a bad experience, not clean, smells bad. chair was so itchy and has sharp object like thumbtacks that hurts my butt when I sat to it. I booked for 2 nights but we didn’t even stayed for a night. It was so sad that we need to find another hotel where we can comfortably sleep. And worst they are not willing to refund the second day. . I deeply regret booking to that hotel thru booking.com
I talked to them but they don’t listen.
I hope they will improve their facilities and dispose that chair.

It was super dirty, rooms had bandaids on the ground, unwashed counter tops and a half used bottle of soap, the bed had literal human semen and blood on it, there were actual bed bugs. Had to sleep in our vehicles for the night and they absolutely refused a refund. Do not go to this place

When we arrived, it was over 32 degrees Celsius. It took 2 hours to cool after turning on the ac. It was dirty and overpriced. They didn't direct us to our room very good. The room was by the front stairs and they sent us to the back by the elevator, which was a far walk. Stairs were way easier.

I liked absolutely nothing
It was extremely dirty and smelly. The receptionist gave us keys to the wrong room. After we received the correct keys, we got a room in which not only did the lights not work, but the room had a questionable stench to it, the bed had bed bugs and other stains, and floors were dirty. The bathroom wasn’t exactly clean either. We left after about 30 mins to get another hotel. It was by far the worst hotel I have ever been to (and I travel a lot!)

The place we ended up in was perfectly respectable, clean and comfortable. I feel like the owners are working to provide a better experience with some renovated rooms. I can support and get behind that.
Our initial room had not been cleaned, didn't have all working bulbs or a properly working toilet. The receptionist immediately moved us to a perfectly acceptable room so no complaints. The neighborhood felt sketchy, but we had no issues, and it was convenient to our destination.

The room was clean but not excellent,was no breakfast offered,room was fine for the price.
The older woman was a grump, we called at about 9AM and asked if possible if we could get in abit earlier and was told probably after 11:30 when we arrived she was just bitter and she said check in time was after 2-3, so came back after 6 with a intention of cleaning up quickly and get to a family reservation at 7 and she says you’ll have to wait for 20 minutes as they are just doing bookings so had discussions and younger one got us our room, when we went through lobby latter she was having another altercation with another party wanting to register, just a bad first impression.

There are a few places for food around the hotel that open 24 hours. Location is good close to the airport and main streets. A lot of parking lots.
The building is very old. The room was dirty and old as well. There are a lot of stains on the floor and beds. We found a lot of dark long hairs on beds and white powder on the table. Switchers were broken. Pictures of the room were taken from best angle and light that hide all mess and oldness.

Bed was very uncomfortable.
Wall insulation was so bad that I could hear people talking till 3 am from next room.
The heater’s air was smelly, got headache in ten minutes.

Many areas of the hotel including my room smelled of cigarette smoke. State of general disrepair in the hotel and in the room including: very stained carpets on a staircase and in some hallway areas, some ripped carpet and a small indentation in the floor of the room, side table not fully attached to the base, unattached cable base plate, stained bathtub, and a super loud bathroom fan. Not remotely worth $107 for the night including tax!

The price was only $130..
The towels were dirty! One wash cloth was black like it had a grease stain and a few towels looked like someone had brushed their make up on them and hadn’t even been washed! It was disgusting! They charged my card after it had already been charged through booking.com and when I brought it up the next morning she didn’t believe me and refused to look at the transaction on my phone and took like 5 mins looking it up. Eventually I got it back. She was not very professional in her manner with other people that were standing at the desk near me which made me uncomfortable. The beds were also hard and thank got we brought our own extra blanket because all there was, was a sheet and a thin blanket on top of that which was no way enough!! The room also smelled like smoke when we first got there and it’s a non smoking room..
