The front counter staff and breakfast staff were always friendly and approachable. The cleaners were hard workers, as the towels were nice and white BUT they kicked in to AWESOME when I accidentally left my coffee travel mug which was a xmas gift so very important to get back. I called the hotel and team worked together and got my mug cleaned and returned safely! I was so relieved. The location is good.

This is nothing about the staff as they are doing their best - but this place is in HIGH need of renovations; or a serious rebuild. I had to ask to get moved from my first room because the room smelled very bad….just like an aged unclean human; not a dog or wet dog smell. It literally grossed me out that I decided to ask for a room change. Thankfully, the staff accommodated this request, even though it was difficult since i was travelling with my two small dogs. The next room was clean and had no overwhelming smells. But STILL, bathroom ceiling was peeling, the tub itself was cracked on the base, door locks were not working properly on my room; no usb plugs but extensions (so bring your own plug ins), Beddings and Towels were WHITE and fresh! Pet fee was refreshingly affordable. The hotel has smokers smell everywhere even though it has a no smoking policy. All in all this hotel is a get what you pay for… the OWNERS (Wyndam) SERIOUSLY need to UP their game as many customers will come ONCE and not return since other accommodations are charging slightly more for nicer experiences. The parking roads around the hotel were a 4x4 experience due to snow, so be aware of slippery, wet conditions.

Staff were Awsome doing amazing with what they had to work with

Very outdated tight narrow hallways very strong smell of urine on the second floor of bathrooms are extremely small. I feel like this whole place just needs to be completely redone. The stuff was great. You could hear everything, though in the room, kids screaming, and crying people next door.

I don’t recommend this place. The staff are very kind and helpful, but the property is very old and has a strong “low-class” smell. There were many many serious and large stains on the bedsheets that looked like body fluids, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I would not come back. This is clearly very budget accommodation. Next time I would prefer to pay more and stay somewhere else. It’s still good that such low-cost options exist, but in my opinion the price should be closer to $50 per night, not $100.

Absolutely nothing front desk wouldn't even let me and my daughter check in we were in a accident and left my wallet in the vehicle so i had no id, i had a picture of me holding my id in my phone cause i had to send it to one feather, she wouldn't except that so my daughter called my other daughter at home she had my old id in video chat, that Still wasnt good,and my money was on the wrong cards i even offered her a larg amount just to let us go sleep but no compassion rude in the nicest was if u know what I mean.. the man was trying to help in a nice way but he couldn't step on her toes. The location is fine. The workers were nice and I was given an actual clean room after complaining to the front desk.

When we got to the room, it was freezing cold. The first floor by the elevator smells like RAW SEWAGE. The room itself was absolutely disgusting. Grease and people stains all over the walls and carpets, stains and hair all over the lamp shades, the shower looked like it was from an 80's horror movie, and didn't even turn on. The door couldn't close properly from the outside, and needed to be slammed. Safety hazard. The outlets are dangerous and don't hold anything you try to plug into them, the hotel's lamp cord was dangling by a thread when we got into our second (slightly cleaner) room. Fire hazard. The taxi service provided by the hotel desk tried to make us pay $14 out the gate just for sending a van when we specified "any vehicle", not a van for luggage. I've never been more appalled by a hotel in my life. The low-light of my birthday trip.
