The staff were very attentive. The apartment was located on a busy street with lots of restaurants and a nice jazz bar. The location is a few minutes' drive from the city and takes about 25 to 30 minutes via public transit, depending on where you want to go in the city.
Being a lone traveller made me feel a little uncomfortable because I noticed a lot of people looking at me (mainly at night). I also noticed that a lot of people were in groups when out and about in the evening. The apartment had no sofa, just a bed and two a chairs with a dining table.

Unique Stays always ensures that their spaces are well stocked with everything you might need for an apartment-style stay - including comfortable beds! Their communication and willingness to be accommodating is also exemplary.
In this location, the building's older infrastructure made it quite porous to noise; there is no additional noise insulation and so it's possible to hear human noises from neighbouring rooms or the outside corridor. Most of the time this isn't an issue however.
