Easy to get too. Central

The food was very average and waiting staff were very unstaffed. Not really hotel issue but The amount of road works and detours was crazy. The amount of homeless people on the side streets was really sad to see. Didn’t feel safe to be out after dark.

Very friendly staff and good service overall. Efficient and speedy check-in and check-out.

It’s very dated. For the price, the rooms feel very old and a little in disarray. There was rust in the bathroom and the balcony was dirty, unkept and unwelcoming overall. The rug on the floors looked really old and stuffy. A good stay nonetheless, but for the price I expected a lot more.

Room was nice - house keeping was great. Desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The elevators took a very long time to arrive when button was pushed. Other guests were very loud in the middle of the night ( knocking on doors loudly and speaking loudly ) causing me to not being able to sleep. I realize this is not the facility’s fault, but it would make me reconsider on staying at this facility in the future.

Location is good!There is a playroom for kids, and our 3yo received a free gift ( a toy stuffed animal and chocolate). The front desk person was exceptionally helpful and nice. We requested extra pillows and got them no problem.

The rooms themselves are a bit older-looking, but super clean and spacious!

I love staying at this hotel. I love the amenities, the proximity to shopping and shows. It’s my new home away from home. But what stands out to me the most is their constant attention to customer service and satisfaction, their attention to detail. They have a fantastic staff from the reception to the maid service not to mention that their concierge goes out of her way to welcome us with thoughtful gestures like chocolate, robes and slippers , a treat for the puppy and so much more (thank you Marie Pier).If I were to sum it up in one word it would be “hospitality “ and this hotel has it all!

The Staff were great but we did have a few problems with our Stay. As we got in from a 9 hour drive we were looking to check in and that was good Until The staff had to inform us of a hockey tournament going on and that was ok until it wasn’t. So we try to get to our room at the kids jumped in the elevator before us and had hit ever floor and thought it was funny and I know what kids are like I was one but not when we have driven for 9 hours. I let it slid but it became worse as our stay continued on. Friday night they ran up and down the halls yelling and screaming slamming doors and this continued til about 1am and then it stopped. Then it was morning and we had to wait for 45 mins for the elevator because the staff were using the other one so we were waiting to leave or go to our room. And this continued all day Saturday will the running up and down the hallways and even some parents were drunk laying in the hallways banging on the doors. This was the first time we ever experienced. I’m hoping we will not experience this again or please give us a different floor at least away from all the activities going on.

Staff are nice

The bed is so itchy even you showered before bed. Request to change room but still the same. How will you complain in the middle of the night to change the beddings. The amount I paid is not worth it, had a hard time sleeping. They can’t do anything to do any concessions as it was booked by third party. I should have booked with them directly instead of using the booking.com platform.

Location is very central, within walking distance of the Montreal Museum of Fine Art, for example. We enjoyed the swimming pool and saunas, .The room was very spacious, with two Queen beds and lots of living space. The fridge was very quiet, unlike many hotel fridges.

The water in the hot tub was just lukewarm. The carpet in our room was old and had a big wrinkle in the middle. The pillows were too thick, so they lifted my head too high when sleeping.

Management was nice. We were having issue with room’s air conditioner because it was making very loud noises and it was hard to sleep so night manager offered us to change our room and offer us complimentary breakfast. We ended up staying in same room because other room was very small. We wasted couple of hours to find a better room but unfortunately we ended up with same room. Food was good. Restaurant staff was nice. Pool area and gym was cleaned and good. Both managers Ms. Lin and Mr. Mathew were nice and helpful. One of the receptionist was rude who was helping us to change our room. The other Receptionist who helped us with checked out was very helpful, nice professional and understanding. I appreciate their help. Thanks

The front desk people are exceptional. They always welcome my child with smiles and gifts. But most of all they provide a quick and efficient service.

It's minor, but I'd love access to a vending machine on select floors. Sometimes you want a cold drink of water and don't want to go out or ask the front desk.

I like attitude of staff. Everyone was so friendly. You feel yourself comfortable while talking to them. On reception, in restaurant, in room dining, in fitness center… everywhere people are welcoming you in that way when you feel yourself someone special. My kids loves your hotel. Big thanks to Kamila from reception. She is very kind and polite with customers.
