Loved the longer pool hours, we were able to get a swim in late, the water wasn't overly warm but it wasn't cold either so the kids and my partner and I enjoyed it. We were on the same floor as the pool which was super handy with young children. The staff were amazing, especially the ladies handling the breakfast, she was super helpful and friendly. Loved the underground parking that fit our truck, and the luggage carts at elevators that made for easy transporting our stuff to our room and back down to our truck after our stay. The location was great!
The breakfast selection was very limited, compared to other Hilton hotels we've stayed at in other cities. Couldn't find designated smoking area that wasn't outside to entrance driveway or sidewalk, and couldn't smoke in underground parking, but not end of the world. No hot tub. Room thermostat wouldn't stay turned up a couple degrees when we tried to change it slightly.

Just checked out this morning and I am absolutely blown away!
Got the king room with pull out couch, and requested a cot (which they had delivered quickly, without issue), and still had room to run across the room!
Room was very clean, and impressive overall.
Pool was also clean and great! They even supplied the towels on pool deck.
Breakfast was excellent. There were many options, from cereal, toast, bagels, eggs, sausage (pork and turkey), and waffle station! Couple high chairs for baby in the breakfast area as well.
Honestly couldnt ask for a better stay!

The included breakfast buffet had a great variety and everything was delicious and very exciting for our two younger children, most particularly the waffle maker! The staff making the waffles and tidying were so kind, as we're the clerks at the desk upon check in. We also loved the warmth of the pool, its size and its accessibility for little ones. The underground parking is a great bonus as well. Finally, the room itself was so tidy and had nice modern finishing touches. Thanks for a great stay, we have recommended it to friends!
Nothing negative to say about our stay!

A good hotel that matches the standard of a typical 3-star hotel in Ontario. The staff were kind and helpful, the breakfast was what you would expect from most hotels, and the price was fair for the service provided.
There was a bit of noise from children in the hallway. It’s not the hotel’s fault, but it didn’t last late into the night.
