We really were happy with the location. Close to the all the shops and restauraunts of Old Quebec City. This hotel is located in the Lower Town. We were within walking distance of the entire city.
I think the shower could've been bigger in our room. I realize most Europeon bathrooms are equipped with small shower stalls, but it could definitely be improved for the comfort of larger people such as my husband. It was a busy weekend. I highly recommend you make reservations for restaurants many weeks ahead, but you will still wait in line even with that security.

The amenities were above and beyond what I expected. So many open areas in the lobby including a 24 hour access to a self-serve wine bar. The location was central, the staff super helpful and friendly. Our room was well equipped, spacious and beautifully decorated.

There were so many places nearby to have breakfast, so we did not opt for hotel one. I would recommend to all my friends. Great value for the experience

This hotel is so beautiful and comfortable. Very relaxing and calm song were playing while we entered the room. The bed and pillows are very comfortable that we wish could sleep another night. Bathroom is modern design, I love the big shower water and easily turn on hot water that we don't have to wait for long. All toiletries were provided. The location is superb in old Quebec area, really beautiful area. We had a nice drink and food at the restaurant downstairs at the lobby. I can't recommend this place enough, no doubt I would stay again.

The location of the hotel was great: close to restaurants, train station and galleries. We recommend it to anybody who is looking for a quiet, relaxing stay. I like stained glass decorations. Good historic inn, in the historical Petit Champlain part of old Quebec. This is a great location if you’re a first timer to Quebec City. Staff was very pleasant and welcoming, bed very comfy and the room was very clean, much more so then a lot of bigger chain hotels.
L’Occitane products in bathroom - good quality. Nice little touches like two luggage racks.
While it’s expected it won’t be perfect given this is hundreds of years old, I believe auberge St-Pierre has been described as a deluxe boutique inn, at least, in the past. Nowadays, while it still has character and some more luxurious touches, such as the great bedding and premium bath products, the rooms have some finishes that do not reflect what you’d find in a 4 or 5-star hotel. The lighting in the little room hallway is atrocious. Bright, daylight white bulbs, so bright, it has the charm of you thinking you’re in a hospital waiting room. The bathroom vanity was a modern, cheap laminate type of thing that clashed with the historic nature or the auberge. The lighting fixtures in the bathroom were what you find in a university dorm room: basic and too bright. I’m also pretty sure some of the room’s lighting fixtures were IKEA. Window had two railings, one for the blackout drape and one for the sheer curtain but the sheer curtain isn’t there anymore. Bedside lamp on one side didn’t work. There’s a lack of attention to details that doesn’t match their luxury boutique hotel description. Oh and be aware: with hardwood floors in a historical hotel, you will hear your neighbours walk above you.

We enjoyed a spacious suite on the fourth floor. The room was sunny and had a beautiful view overlooking rooftops and the river. The location of the hotel is great - a short walk to the center of Old Quebec. We arrived by train so parking wasn’t a concern though the hotel has valet service. The cold breakfast buffet was very nice with a wide choice of croissants, breads, yogurts and fruit. If the breakfast isn’t included with the room, the price is competitive with other breakfast restaurants. It’s very handy if you are in a hurry to get to a morning activity like the Strom Spa (taxi ride 10$ Can).
Nothing that’s a deal breaker. We’ve stayed here three times and enjoyed it every visit. It’s more affordable than the boutique hotels next door, offers a water station for refilling bottles, and the rooms are beautifully decorated.

Great location, close to the restaurants and shops but not in the most touristy area. The facilities were unique and well decorated, with lots of space on the main floor to hang out. The robes in the room were so cozy. I visited in the summer but it made me think that a winter visit would be enjoyable too!
Quite expensive but so were the other hotels in the area.

It was clean and comfortable. A great size. Wonderful staff. Convenient location. Highly recommend. Now, you may be able to hear other doors close and walking above you occasionally but it didnt take away from the experience for me. I would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioner had an extremely loud rattling noise which kept me up most of the night. Hotel emailed me to ask about my stay and did not respond to my email. Also did not respond to my message through booking.com.

Was able to check in early and check out late. Room was a nice size and a quiet location. loved the extra rooms we were able to use during our stay.
It would have been nice to be able to order a pastry or fruit instead of the entire breakfast.
