Great location, possible to park right outside and have valet parking for a fair prize.
The room was nice but so small that we could not have a suitcases open anywhere and still be able to open the door. We booked a room with view to the park/and hence the water, which was nice. But to enjoy the view you had to sit in the chair in the corner as the window was quite small and in the corner.

It is clean the rooms are smaller than what i was expecting but i guess it’s just the way it is there ! The breakfast is okay, the location is amazing it’s literally in the heart of old quebec ! And calm at night u don’t hear any noise from outside or neighbors !
Other than probably working on the breakfast menu it is indeed a good hotel !

We were right off the breakfast room and the noise was loud in the morning with breakfast service and vacuuming. It would also be nice for them to have a sign to shush guests after a certain time of night.

The location was absolutely amazing. Its right in front of a park and lake. The room was very comfortable an overlooked the park and Lake. Quiet at night. Friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was absolutely perfect.
There is no parking, in particular street parking, anywhere in Quebec City. We had to park in the rear lot of the hotel for 25 American dollars a night.

Awesome location. Across the park from Frontenac and the Boardwalk. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. On site parking with valet worked out great too.
The room was small. No coffee maker in room. (coffee in lobby). Nice wooden blinds but didn’t keep sun out in AM. Minor issues.

Location, staff, room with a view towards the river overlooking that park, breakfast were all wonderful. The staff helped my husband and I with our luggage up the steps to the front door, they were so on the ball. We liked that we could help ourselves to coffee, tea or juice too. Would love to stay with them again.
Just a small thing really - we are used to a very firm mattress and these were a bit softer than we would like. I am sure most people would love them however.

Location is the best you could hope for, on a quiet street in the middle of the old town, everything is within walking distance. staff was friendly and helpfull and there is a Valet parking on site (outdoor).
Room was well appointed and comfortable.
The room (superior Queen) was quite small, and the AC was noisy. Luckily the windows open so we would let it run during the day when we were out and shut it of and open a window to sleep. Québec city night are usually cooler than other big cities.

The location was superb - very close to Dufferin Terrace and Petit Champlain. Less than 5 minutes to walk to many eateries and shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed during our stay.

The outlets are fire hazards waiting to happen . When you plug something in, it falls out. VERY dangerous. Only 2 outlets were usable. The floor was laminate plank flooring with pieces missing. Taking suitcases up those big front stairs was demanding, The side door with only 2 stairs was locked and unavailable.

he shower head is in a good working condition but inconvenient: it is fixed to the wall and not adjustable with no extension head.
Unfortunately, I was charged twice for my stay - the second charge, for the security deposit plus for the room, (!?) again, is still pending though. For more than 2 weeks. Very strange, not good.

Great place to stay! quaint area across the street from a really nice park. Right on the Saint Lawrence River. Close to shopping and great places to eat. Place offered breakfast, we did not get that add on. But Coffee, tea, and juice were available 24/7. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will be going back to Old Quebec.
Getting off a cruise ship we arrived early, real early. This annoyed the gentlemen behind the desk. When I made the reservation I had contacted the hotel asking for the possibility of early check in. He pretty much implied he didn't care where we went but we couldn't stay there, Come back at 1pm and possibly a room would be ready. He was gracious enough to keep our luggage for us. Perhaps he was just having a bad morning. Never saw him again and the rest of the staff were pleasant and delighted to help in any way.

I didn’t like being in the basement and having to pay for breakfast. My friends had a room on the 3rd room over the park and breakfast was included. We arrived around 10:00 am and feel we should have been assigned a nicer room for the money we paid.

The front desk were helpful and carries multiple functions. Location is great and a big plus. The room is just small for two for that price. It was raining the whole day when we were there, I am glad the front desk has umbrellas, it could have been better if you have more.

This hotel was very quaint and cute. It was very comfortable. We loved that there was an area for people to congregate and visit in the evening. I met several people who just returned from a cruise and enjoyed visiting with them. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were several places to eat and shop within walking distance. You can see the water from the hotel. It was a great choice.
The stairs. Trying to get our luggage up those steep stairs was not easy.

Close to the Old City and Citadel.
The property is older. Fire doors were not closed. We brought our little dog as per your policies. The room we were assigned was at the top of the stairs, creating anxiety for our dog. She barked in alarm when people came up or down the stairs . Other residents complained of her barking. You might revisit your policy of accepting pets. The rooms were very small.
