We had stayed at another location of the Lofts St-Jo a week earlier which was spotless compared to this unit. The beds were clean but the floors and the doors were not very clean.

Nice location. Charming window overlooking the street. Kitchen and bathroom were nicely renovated.
We didnt have the door code to outside of building and we had to call. It was left out of instructions to get in. We were supposed to have a 2 bathroom loft but we were checked into a one bathroom. We called and they said 2 bathroom loft was booked.

Amazing massive loft, with an interesting design, really liked all inside. Nice showers and amenities, comfy bed as well Calm at night, not noisy at all. Great location pretty close to all attractions
there is a community centre near by and as a result a lot of homeless. But nothing you can do about it, would recommend not to go out really late at night.

Interesting location with a very mixed community around. Cheaper than staying up the hill and good facilities and cafes and eating places nearby. Supermarket at the end of the street.
Just be aware that in the particular Loft we stayed in there are two flights of steep stairs to access the accommodation. This may not be the case for other Lofts. Once in the apartment everything was quite good and quiet.

It was well located and spacious.
The common staircase, and railing were filthy. Even the sofa covers were dirty. The dishwasher and electric kettle did not work.
We also had to climb two flights of steep stairs to get to the apartment. There was no lift. This should have been clearly mentioned in the description of the property. My mother who is 75 years old found it difficult to negotiate the stairs.

great and spacious apartment, loved the brick finish and the balcony. Very luxurious vibes, comfortable beds, and an amazing bathroom
was honestly surprised to see there was no coffee/tea, creamer, sugar, or hot water kettle provided. we had to request for coffee and sugar and only then they provided us but no creamer. The coffee machine and toaster provided are really old and the first aid kit has been expired since 2021, needs a new one

Big windows nice looking loft.
There no reception need to store your luggage elsewhere if you arrive early. The guy on the phone was not very friendly. Made the check in more complicated that it needed to be. Dirty dishes. Neighborhood is not great. Was so excited to take a bath, could only get it to be too hot then water was too cold, so couldnt even enjoy it. We paid 400$ was not worth the money

Huge loft on a quiet street.
2 very steep staircases with a curve at the top to get into the lofts main floor which was a bit tricky for a senior with luggage but well worth the effort!

- The location is excellent for exploring Old Quebec City and the locals hangout. About 30 minute walk to Lower Quebec and popular tourist attractions
- Public transportation very easy and frequent if you have Canadian currency. Taxi service is easy. The property site gives information on how to access transportation services
- Armand the customer service person was very helpful, patient and friendly. He helped a lot with figuring out stuff since the primary language is French and some information is only in that language. He made us feel welcome
- The loft style is excellent for group or family stay
- No elevator and stairs are very narrow and railing on one side only
The fixtures were poorly installed so I had to be careful when turning knobs and bathroom fixtures
- I got the impression they are in the middle of renovating an old, beautiful building and hastily rigged things to accommodate our reservation
- Front loading Washer had mold in the door and gasket. I couldnt use
- Dryer lint screen was full

Comfy beds and shower.
Very unorganized getting the door codes. Office said they did not have my email although booking.com had it. Also they had the wrong credit card on file so they said! Yet my payment had been taken by booking .com. Entrance to accommodation was filthy and carpet on stairs had trip hazards. No welcoming basket of coffee and tea. Inadequate seating in the living room. Only 3 seats available in living room yet the apt was set for 2 couples. No side tables for drinks etc. no instructions for tv. Apt void of any ambience. No windows opened. Black mild on the backsplash of the hand sink in the bathroom. An envelope was left for tip for housekeeping services but the dusting abilities of house keeping was lacking hence no tip!
