Extremely run down and dirty rooms. Dust everywhere. Furniture looked like it was from a garage sale with dents / scratches / missing handles. Broken windows. Pretty disappointing for the price we paid.

Everything. Pretty awful hotel.

The day staff was super friendly. The location was good, we don't mind walking. The room size was nice and no carpets in room which is a plus for us. Bed was confortable. Room freshly painted. Lots of good restaurants near by.

No ac in room, our room being on the third floor was very hot. The hotel is old so the stairs were terrible, uneven, tripping hazard. And no elevator. We travelled with two other couple and all rooms where very diffenrent. The room on the ground floor did have ac but to enter the washroom large step up creating a tripping hazard. Room on the second floor was carpeted and not repainted.

Good location but the overall experience was mitigated.

It was unfortunate but the window of my room was broken and I was anable to open it. Also, although it was independently from the hotel's will, there was a contruction nearby and the noise of the truck started at 6am and made a lot of noise.

We booked a room with a queen-sized bed and got a room with a double bed. This was too small, especially for me as my feet were hanging from the bed, I can honestly say I really didn't sleep well. The hotel let us know that have tried to update their information about this room with you several times but you have not updated it yet. I had no choice as this was the last room. We went to visit the city all day and when we came back, expected to have a well-deserved shower. The shower had a bunch of dark hair stuck on the wall, it was pretty nasty.

All of the above, need I say more?

The location

The apartment was cramped, the a/c old and noisy, the windos didn't open and there is no elevator. The foyer was uninviting. Basically no amenities to doeak of. Only a vending Machinr, a tiny table with 2 chairs. Basic everything.

The location is excellent and there are many places around to eat. The assistant is also great, they helped us to book a taxi since we departed at 5:25 from the train station.

The Internet is not always available.

It is within the city

It is noisy. You can hear everyone going up and down the stairs until past 1am. It is not stated in the postings that the private car parking coes with a separate pay. We thought it is included in the stay

The location was excellent, it was a short distance walk from everything I wanted to see. The parking lot behind the building was hard to find, but once we found it, it was extremely convenient.

25$ to park your car is a little pricey.

The location. We wanted somewhere close to old town, even though I had mobility issues. We were a very short drive, but for people with no limitations, it would definitely be walkable. Would stay there again.

Windows didn't open, dirty to look out. Didn't know how to adjust the air conditioning, but I never asked, though.

The location was unbeatable for the price - right on the Grande Allee beside excellent restaurants and steps from the Plains of Abraham and the cable car to the old city. The beds were great; we had four people and two queens that were very comfortable. It was very quiet so no problem sleeping. (we had been driving all day) The room had air conditioning that worked well, and the windows were surprisingly good at reducing any street noise from the outside, as our window was second floor facing the street life. The host was very efficient and helpful. And the size of the room and bathrooms was great. We would absolutely stay there again.

It's really hard to find a flaw - the bathtub / shower was a bit grungy -- not unclean, just a bit worn as you'd expect in a building in older Quebec with a bit of character.
